Feel free to pick and choose from these suggestions and copy & paste them into your in-game surveys. These are ideas a few girlies and I gathered, and I've restructured and condensed them into categories.

✦ GENERAL GAMEPLAY & EVENTS

Please increase permanent mini-game options to diversify gameplay beyond Kitty Cards and Claw Machine. A “My Room” or “Co-op Mode” (for mini-games or Orbit battles) would be amazing.

Add more long-term goals to Abyssal Chaos. Reset the reward track monthly so rewards can be re-earned. This would make it a consistent and reliable resource instead of a dead-end system.

Banner durations are too short. 7–10 days is not enough time to plan pulls or save. Please extend banners to 2–3 weeks like other gacha games.

Stop oversaturating multi-banners. Too many banners per month is overwhelming and discouraging for both F2P and spenders.

✦ RESOURCES & BALANCING

Add more consistent ways to earn diamonds, especially for endgame players. Increase rewards for Orbits, Abyssal Chaos, Bounty Hunts, and 5★ Memory upgrades. Plus better rewards for higher Orbit levels.

Improve drop rates for plushies (especially shiny & wanderer) and Bottle of Wishes/Crystals from Stage 9 Bounty Hunts. SSR bottles should also be obtainable on the last stage.

Allow trading in duplicate plushies (e.g. with friends) or refreshing plushie placement in Claw Machine.

Add pity system to Galaxy Explorer. The randomness makes ranking up 4★ cards frustrating.

Add more affinity-based rewards (Heartfelt Gift frequency, better poses for Rafayel and Sylus).

A way to initiate calls and video calls with the male leads.

Make Illusio permanent/bring it back with the ability to change MC's outfit too.

✦ CHARACTER & STORY CONTENT

Please give Sylus and Caleb more content to match the card counts, anecdotes, and bonds of Zayne/Xavier/Rafayel.

Release main story updates more regularly and provide a roadmap of upcoming content.

Let us decorate and use our own home as a meeting place with LIs, instead of being limited to the café.

Let us choose backgrounds like LI’s homes in the Café based on affinity.

Please include more voiced lines for the female lead. We would love to hear her voice more frequently, especially in 5-star memories and events. Also, please give us the option to mute her voice if desired.

Add bond scene choices (accept/decline date offers from LIs) and more romantic poses for underrepresented LIs.

✦ CUSTOMIZATION & UI QUALITY OF LIFE

Allow MC’s custom avatar to appear in battle, story, and mini-games. Currently the black-haired default breaks immersion.

Include a feature to turn back time inside a memory scene.

Add more customization options: curly hair, more skin tones, eye/hair color wheel, voice toggle in cutscenes.

Add wardrobe lock for outfits and accessories.

Include more outfits and poses in the chocolate shop (especially past banner content).

Increase the MC’s memory/photo showcase limit on profile beyond 6.

✦ TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS & ACCESSIBILITY

Game storage size is getting too large. Please optimize file size and fix long loading times and lag since 3.0.

Please address bugs more consistently. Many issues are reported after major updates and go unacknowledged.

Increase daily stamina cap (standard + Aurum Pass), or allow catch-up collection for missed Aurum rewards.

Make missed event shop items (e.g., BGM, stickers) available during reruns for newer players. Bring back the special store events that accompanied previous reruns.

Add landscape mode during kindles.

Make the pause button and photo button available in the Spring Banner memories especially. MC’s phone overlay is blocking them.

Allow claiming past daily stamina / Aurum rewards retroactively.

Adjust the lighting in animated scenes to properly represent Black characters and people of color.

Utilize crit rate for probability of DMG than RNG. (e.g. 100% crit rate should crit all the time)

We want to be able to see our MC's face clearly

PC Version of the game, because it will just keep growing and take more storage space. (Include better graphics and landscape mode for PC)

RPG Role Analysis Series #6 - Dragon Quest III vs. Final Fantasy I vol.II

Here are my thoughts on the remainder of the classes that I did not cover in my previous post:

Thief (FF) / Thief (DQIII) - Dragon Quest III only even has a Thief starting with the Super Famicom remake, which also adds new whips and boomerangs that allow them to be proficient at multi-target basic attacks, despite not having high strength for single-target damage. They do however have good defences, as it's affected by their Agility stat. Stealing for the DQIII Thief means a high chance of taking an item from the last enemy defeated in a fight, So instead of actively stealing they're really a lucky, somewhat tanky class that sweeps up or weakens groups of enemies while a Warrior knocks them out one-by one. Since multi-target attacks rarely knock out enemies on their own, the Thief actually sort of lets someone else choose who to knock out last and steal from. They also get some utility spells that exclusively have to deal with scouting dungeon floors and the treasure within (including one random encounter reducing spell, if you want to call that scouting). They feel more like a careful treasure hunter than a thief. The Final Fantasy I Thief was way different. Once they promote to Ninja, they have access to Haste and Temper, spells that boost the attack power and hit rate of any party member, and other lower level Black Magic, meaning stat debuff and status effects, and some (not their best option) elemental magic. They have the highest Agility, making them go earlier in battle, and more able to flee (in versions where the bugged stats are fixed). Interestingly, the FFI "Thief" has no ability to steal items at all, though the Ninja name fits better for a speedy warrior who strikes true, traps enemies with sleep, slowing, and confusion magic, makes a fast escape, and has maybe some elemental ninjutsu, if needed.

Red Mage (FF) /Sage (DQIII) - In DQIII, the Sage is considered an advanced class that has special prerequisites (either train as a jester first, or have a key item, but if you meet those requirements, the Sage has all the best features of both the Cleric and Mage, encouraging you to replace your magic-users with the Sage. Stat growth is affected by the character's path to Sage, but promoting is an easy choice. The only disadvantage it their low EXP growth, making them a good sort of "reward" to switch to last minute. Final Fantasy also has a hybrid healing/hurting magic class, the Red Mage, but in this it is more of a compromise. They just about reach the highest tiers of Black and White magic, though cant cast the top-tier spells like Holy, Flare, Full-life, Curaja, Diaja, Saber, etc. They do however get access to a good selection of armor, and can attack, if not as well as the Warrior, at least good enough, no matter what you have them doing. The Red Mage has a lot of flexibility, and is more of a true jack of all trades than DQIII's Sage, which is a prestige class for both kinds of casters.

There are also a few other classes in Dragon Quest III with no direct equivalent in Final Fantasy:

Jester (DQIII) - Strange class. They have very low stats other than luck, so might at best shrug off detrimental effects occasionally, but they mainly exist as a shortcut to Sage, being an alternate path that does not require a key item. Remakes give them one spell to instantly trigger an enemy battle, but they are a liability in combat. Thing of Jesters as a grinding tool, but actually more like taking a Magikarp to eventually get a Gyarados. Since the Sage usurps both the Cleric and Mage rather than occupying a niche alongside them, the Jester is a pain that you can be rewarded for.

Merchant (DQIII) - Merchants let you collect additional gold after battle, for those who want their bonus more liquid than the items a Thief aquires. They also level up quickly. The remakes allow them to excavate gold and items on the world map or summon Inns for resting, Churches to save and buy resurrections from a priest, and Item Shops at will. The role of the merchant is to keep your party polished with easy access to the best armor, make sure they can always afford it, and keep them rested and restored on the road.

Hero (DQIII) - The Hero is a special class which only Erdrick has access to. They have access to a variety of spells, and again are a type of magic knight like the DQ1 Hero and DQ2's Prince of Cannock, having lower MP than dedicated magic users like the Sage, but good access to a variety of spells, and good physical stats. In fact, their list of spells is so similar, I could just refer you to my read on Prince of Cannock, though most notably gets a stronger multi-target healing spell than even the Cleric and Sage. If anything, perhaps Hero is the true analogue to Final Fantasy's Red Mage, and not the Sage.

Qin Kha Ottile Srivastava / A workaholic machinist

This character hasn’t always been exclusive to XIV, if anything I always liked making him in different game’s character customizations. Before I only had drawings and placed him in different universes or anything I was obsessed with at the time. Qin’s been more or less a muse for my art work and imaginary best friend since I was 13 yrs old. (I’m weird lemme alone.)

Qin has always been a tad introvert and selective about it, only coming out of his shell and outgoing with people he warms up too. Now of late he lives more carefree and opens up more easily, feeling less forced about putting himself into a public setting. He always carries a sarcastic and rowdy demeanor. When the time calls for it, Qin can be serious and strict.

Notable

His early work depended heavily on where he stayed, but he never stayed in one place for too long. Using what skills he had acquired from Azim Steppe, such as hunting and long distance combat, Qin became useful for bounty boards and quick jobs. Soon enough he found himself falling into the life of a mercenary and ran a small company for several years; Qin used it as a means to ship goods from Azim to Limisa and sell hired swords.

One day he found a passion for firearms. The once talented archer became enamored with them; to the point of commissioning his first firearm, He commissioned a custom-built Wander from the Skysteel Manufactory. Since then, it has become his passion to collect and care for each arm he acquired throughout the years. Today, he owns a total of five firearms that he himself modified, not counting his multi tool.

His Magitek tail is one of the many interesting features but how he gained the prosthetic though, is less interesting. Perhaps it’s one story kept between him and the multi-tool responsible. His multi-tool is an ever-expanding arsenal equipped with a: drill cannon, air anchor, chainsaw, and a grenade launcher. The last one was more or less the cause; a simple weapons test involving homemade explosives went horribly wrong. Qin Ottile spent most of his childhood raised on the outskirts of the Azim Steppe, growing up in a small Kha village that accepted both Xaela and other races alike. It was there Qin’s mother met his father, a Midlander who traded in Reunion. During the war and unrest caused by the Imperial invasion, a rebellion of pirates from the Ruby Sea managed to broker a trade agreement with the Qestir, whom allowed them to trade fish for much-needed medical supplies. Qin’s father was among the few chosen to trade in Reunion, where he met her. A young Kha woman with dark skin and golden eyes, with scales black as a beautiful midnight. Her lovely smile stole his heart and he would never want to leave this place again. As time went on and trading continued, Qin’s father spent more time with her, even staying for nights on end. Eventually he would never return to the Ruby Sea again.

After living together in the Steppe for a time, the Kha woman would welcome a new life into the world; Half Xaela, Half Hyur. In spite of their love and preparation, nothing they could teach would steel Qin for the lifetime of bullying and bigotry that awaited him. Not fully Xaela. Not fully Hyur. He was stuck in between, constantly struggling to find the place where he fit among them. How do you teach your child to protect themselves from a word they shouldn't have to understand? Discrimination. In spite of being shunned by most of the Xaela, his mother taught him the ways of their people while his father, the pirate, would teach Qin how to defend himself. Even if it meant fighting dirty.

For years he endured, strengthened by the lessons of his parents…And of their people. His people. Qin became an excellent hunter, quite skilled with the bow handed down to him from his grandfather, using his prowess to bring home game for his parents to trade in Reunion. He held his own, proving that not only had he survived but that he thrived, able to protect himself and provide for his family. Amongst Xaela who prided strength above most else, he had at least earned a measure of respect. However, Qin would find his adventuring heart longing to experience the lands his father had spoken of until he, like his father, would leave the land he had known in search of more.

Nowadays, Qin spends his life in Ishgard, working diligently as an engineer for the Skysteel Manufactory, residing within the newly built Empyreum. With old comrades and new, they run a new company where Qin happily spends his days crafting firearms and any invention that comes to mind.

How he found himself where he is now is shrouded in a haze of fractured memories. Bits and pieces of his past life as a mercenary, familiar faces forever blurred, a life in Limsa Lominsa running a company with a forgotten name with freelance adventurers and dear friends alike, all lost in the recesses of Qin’s mind to never recover no matter how much he has tried.

But as old memories fade, new ones arise with just as much curiosity…

With whiskey on his breath, and the embers dancing to their death in a dying fireplace, there was life in this abyss of an office, yes….but it was as if time itself had ceased to be.

His mind leapt into wandering as his eyes reminisced, memories flooding his mind as he downcast his gaze to the hands that sat before him, one of which held his favorite beverage, whilst the other held something more…

An azure crystal that filled its surroundings with radiance, the crystal was held together by a tattered leather string, decorated with beads to match. A thumb caressed the crystal with affection, this object, this crystal, it meant something to him. His hand gripped and clutched his precious possession…

An abrupt sound of glass broke the eerie silence.

Red, crimson liquid dripped from the halfling’s grasp as shards of the once bottle of whiskey embedded into a callous hand. Overwhelming feelings washed over the small half-Xaela, with tears forming slowly whilst mouth gaping for a scream that never came. Frustration, a clutched bloodied hand raised up, only to crash down onto the elder wood of the desk. The desk was stained with blood, tears, and emotions….yet time was still.

Fear, his worst enemy. Failure, doubt, the willingness to believe in himself…it was shattering every fiber in his being, chipping away at the little hope that remained.
