Assisted Pull-up. I’ve mentioned the importance of adding pulling movements to your exercise routine in the past. Here is one such example. This is a great way to get your body prepared before you do pull-ups or chin-ups. You can use this #movement as a warm-up or an exercise in it of its self if you’re just starting out.
