These muffins are a perfect way to sneak in some vegetables for the pickiest eaters. The combination of chocolate chips, bananas, and zucchini makes for a moist and delightful treat that even the fussiest kids will love!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1 cup shredded zucchini squeeze excess moisture out. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a muffin tin. Mix the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. The mashed bananas, shredded zucchini, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together well in a different bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Fill up about two thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. First, let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Have fun with these tasty Chocolate Chip Zucchini Banana Muffins!

This recipe for Cumin Lime Bacon Chicken blends the earthy warmth of cumin with the zesty tang of lime and the smoky flavor of bacon. This dish is tasty and simple to prepare, making it ideal for a weeknight supper or a weekend cookout.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 4 slices of bacon. 2 limes, juiced. 2 tablespoons ground cumin. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Fresh cilantro for garnish optional.
Instructions: Using toothpicks, enclose a slice of bacon around each chicken breast. Lime juice, ground cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a bowl. Blend thoroughly. Transfer the chicken breasts wrapped in bacon to a shallow dish and cover with the lime-cumin marinade. Ensure that the chicken has a good coating. Let it marinate for at least half an hour by covering and refrigerating. Set the temperature of your oven or grill to medium-high. If grilling, put the chicken on the grill and cook it for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F 74C, and the bacon is crispy. If baking, heat the oven to 375F 190C, put the chicken in a baking dish, and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through. Take out the toothpicks and add some fresh cilantro on top, if you'd like. Enjoy while hot!

This Strawberry Rhubarb Tart combines the sweet and tangy flavors of strawberries and rhubarb in a buttery puff pastry crust. It's an easy and delightful dessert perfect for stress baking or any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed. 2 cups sliced rhubarb. 2 cups sliced strawberries. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 egg, beaten for egg wash.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put some flour on a surface and roll out the puff pastry until it fits into a tart pan. Cut off any extra dough and press the pastry into the tart pan. Put rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix them together until they are well mixed. Evenly spread the fruit mixture on top of the pastry that has been prepared. For a golden crust, brush the edges of the dough with egg that has been beaten. Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling starts to bubble. Let it cool a bit before cutting it up and serving it.

This tasty and nutritious recipe for a healthier chicken teriyaki stir fry is simple to prepare at home. It's a healthier take on takeout, full of vibrant veggies, lean chicken, and a housemade teriyaki sauce. Serve it as a full meal over brown rice.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 cup snap peas. 1 carrot, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth. Cooked brown rice for serving. Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish optional.
Instructions: To make the teriyaki sauce, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Put aside. Heat the olive oil in a big skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken slices in the skillet for 5 to 6 minutes, or until they are no longer pink. Take out and place aside the chicken from the skillet. Add the minced ginger and garlic to the same skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. To the skillet, add the carrot, snap peas, broccoli, and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry the vegetables for 34 minutes, or until they are crisp-tender. Place the cooked chicken back into the skillet and cover everything with teriyaki sauce. Stir in chicken broth after adding it. Simmer for a further two to three minutes, or until the sauce gets thicker and covers the ingredients. Over cooked brown rice, serve the healthier chicken teriyaki stir fry. If desired, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Savor your tasty and nourishing stir-fry!

♥ : What kinds of characters are the most fun for you to write for?
Tumblr media
This waxes and wanes for me. Right now I’m having a blast writing for my Noble lady, but I also have a couple of really great writing partners to bounce her off of.
Some months I have a better time writing my more rough, paladin lady (who this blog belongs to!) when I’m in the mood for her particular brand of socializing -- which really is much different from Fiorenze.
They’re definitely my top two right now, and have been for a while. It really boils down to whether or not I feel like they’re interesting enough to write for, and if they’ve got other people and other stories to be active in.
Thanks @musingzero!

What’s your favourite piece of dialogue you wrote this year?
// I will answer this in 2 ways :D 1, dialogue as in during an rp One of the favorites this year was the part of the interaction between Arlyn and Zeehva in ‘Nothing but Trouble’. Zee already gifted a piece of jewelry for free when Arlyn came to purchase cloth material and accessories. Since the singer couldn’t refuse, she didn’t accept any more discount and argued for a higher price for the rest of the stuff. Hardly your usual way to purchase items from a merchant. 2, dialogue in my short stories When Sam finally wakes up after being saved next to Ara in Claws of Death - Pt. II. and she gets angry why wasn’t Arabella also healed as much as possible. In truth Ara refused any more healing than absolutely necessary since she wouldn’t be able to fight after losing an arm anyway.
Thanks @musingzero (and @zeehva for mention)

Mugworts: What was it like for you as a teenager? Did you enjoy your teenage years?
Leon: “Lonesome. I was never... especially sociable, growin’ up. People made me nervous an’ I just wanted t’ make thin’s or play with th’animals or go walkin’ in th’ woods. Pretty sure nobody really believes me about tha’ these days, knowin’ ‘ow I am now, but a lot o’ tha’ is still there. I’m just better at dealin’ with  a lot of it by now.”
Terry: “Gods, I miss bein’ a stupid kid now... Least back then all I ‘ad t’worry about was gettin’ in trouble with mum’n’dad if I got caught throwin’ cow patties at th’ watch wagons or drinkin’ shitty booze one o’ my buddies made or neckin’ with a girl in somebody’s barn. It was a good time.”
Mun: Hahaha nope. Depressive as hell and desperate to be Done with academia within ten minutes of starting middle school. Being one of the smart kids sucked when you also weren’t one of the sociable ones and really liked black leather. (I got comments about being a “Columbine kid” a lot, since it was during that time)

Send 💞 for your policy on pre-established relationships with your muse(s)
(By default, everyone is referred to as “hero” or “champion” - barring other canons, of course. Even if your OC doesn’t do adventure stuff, Khadgar just assumes that the only people interested in speaking to him are heroes looking for something to do or something to earn.  Aside from that! I’m down to plot out pre-established relationships! Preferably nothing romantic between the two - though I mean OC’s crushing on Khadgar is 100% okay!)

is there a muse you’d add or bring back if you didn’t have to worry about whether others are interested in them or not?
Oh yes definitely. I’ve always wanted to bring back Kane’s son, Jace. But I’m not sure how it would be if I were to do that. Considering I’ve shelved Jace five years ago. But it’s definitely something I’ve thought of doing.
@musingzero - thanks for the ask! <3
