This belongs to a bigger thing I’m working on that I hope to post soon but a lot of people liked this sketch alone so why not post it.
always been wary of drawing rando and digitally but I’m happy how this turned out!!

He may or may not make an appearance in something I've got planned.
Some notes:
-Elegantly spoken
-A showman, a true performer at heart, can have a flair for the dramatic
-This man does calisthenics
-In a more comfortable setting, will probably jumpscare you by randomly and occasionally belting out arias, or favorite pieces of musical theatre
-Yes, the walking stick doubles as a sword
-Yes, he can dance
-This man is stupidly tall
-Has a hypnotic quality to him (for...nefarious purposes)

Portrait Version Lover's Eyes
There is a lot of 18th Century Inspiration in History of Kingdom: Part V. Louis, specifically in the Portrait version of the album. The detail that I love the most are the pages that feature lover’s eyes.
Lover’s eyes were a late 18th century/early 19th century fashion accessory depicting the eye of a loved one. These were often sentimental pieces, with the eyes being that of a spouse, child, or other loved one. They were miniature portraits painted in watercolor on ivory and placed in jewelry, such as a brooch or a pendant or a ring.
The story behind these pieces is that supposedly George IV wished to send a token of his love to the widow Maria Fitzherbert, but the court was none too happy about the idea of him sending something so romantic to her. To get around this, he commissioned a miniatures artist to paint only the eye. Thus, birthed this trend. Supposedly. Whether it’s true or not, it doesn’t really matter as it started what would be a popular trend for many years.
Imagine my shock when I opened up my Portrait version album and saw these little images of eyes on the pages! I mentioned it on Twitter and no one seemed to know what I was talking about, so I was alone in my knowledge. Seeing these images was proof that a lot of research had been done to make sure the album had plenty of history accuracy while still maintaining the fantasy concept.
The detail of adding lover's eyes into the album even inspired me to attempt making one myself! I may have gone a bit hardcore, but it was fun! I really hope Kingdom continues adding such cool historical details into their albums, because it was so fun discovering this inside the album.

Well, this is what happens when I switch from drawing with Visual Calculus to drawing with Conceptualization. Still got my favorite blorbo, and also #1 Hot Art Wife from Stardew Valley. It's funny, I never really see any love for her here, because in my mind she's very much the tumblr demographic in a character (besides Abigail): artistic, loves nature, cottagecore (literally). I probably won't do this again! We'll see what I do tomorrow.

I’m so sorry
Now there’s a shop lol:
Because some people asked on Twitter, I made this into a shirt as well as prints and stickers. (The shirt was most popular so I’ll just leave that here)
Also available as a print on here!
