This sucks ass, like it’s embarrassing but if I make a Part 3 it’ll be better I-💀

It’s been 5 years since you left New Jersey.

Saying you missed it was a lie. Saying you missed the people was an understatement.

Five years, and you still wonder how Grayson reacted to your letter.

When you first moved you got a cute loft apartment in downtown LA, which is still your current apartment.

It took you about a month to get used to the LA life, but you quickly got used to the postsmate and Uber eats life.

The only thing that you know about them is that they live in LA too, and only because you over heard people talking about it at Starbucks.

Apparently he and Ethan are famous now. Which if good for them you thought.

You on the other hand, finished high school online, and just graduated from UCLA with a literature major and photography degree , and you just got an email saying you had an interview at Vogue Magazine tomorrow.

You instantly got up from your bed as a few happy tears trailed down your face, even if it’s just an interview you felt highly accomplished because they only do 10 interviews a year, so this was your only chance.

You walked over to your closet, to pick an outfit for tomorrow. You spent a good 20 minutes trying to pick out the perfect outfit since it was a fashion magazine after all.

You decided on some plaid dress pants, a black shirt that would expose a bit, but not a lot of your chest, and would be tucked in, a matching jacket that was the same pattern as the pants and you would pick accessories and a hairstyle tomorrow.

(This is her outfit because I love putting pictures of clothes when I speak about them since people on Wattpad love it so much. You better love this fit cuz it screams “men suck ass and woman are powerful)

Not having any contact with any close people from Jersey or any friends in general, you celebrated and shared your joy by yourself (lowkey how I’m going to be because I hate my family and I’m antisocial in rl💀)

You nearly placed your outfit on a chair that you had at the corner of your room, and picked out an oversized tee, and a pair of clean underwear and went to the bathroom to take a shower.

You did all your businesses, and went on your computer searching up interview tip, before falling asleep.

The next morning you woke up around 6AM since your interview was at 7:45.

You took a quick shower getting dressed into the outfit you picked yesterday and styled your hair as usual, making you just straighten it.

Time was quickly passing by and it was already 7AM, so you decided to just buy breakfast and not be late.

You arrived at the Vogue building at 7:35 and quickly walked in to be greeted by the desk lady.

“Hi, My names Y/N Y/L/N, I have an interview with Mr.Styles today,” you sweetly told her and she just smiled at you. (YES ITS FUCKING HARRY STYLES)

“7:45 correct?” She asked and you nodded your head.

“I’m going to send you right up, take the elevator to the 10th floor, and it should be the last door in your left,” she said, you thanked her and walked away.

When the elevator’s doors opened up to the correct floor you couldn’t help but feel intimidated and anxious.

This was your first interview for a company this big, and you didn’t want to blow it.

With nerves shaking up your entire body, you knocked on his door and walked in when you heard a faint ‘come in’.

“You must be Y/N,” said the guy who must be Mr.Styles.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you Mr.Styles,” you replied as he shook your head and gestured you to take a seat.

“Please call me Harry, The mr makes me feel old,” he said which made you chuckle and nod your head.

“Now tell me why I should hire you Y/N,” he asked.

“Well, I believe I meet the certain requirements to be a writer for Vogue, not only for my major in English literature, but because I have passion for writing and it’s my behest fashion, and I have a love for fashion too,” you said trying to sound as confident as you should, but not stuck up either.

“Good. I see that you’re also a photographer,” he spoke as he read a paper, which you assumed was your application.

“Yeah, photography is another passion of mine,” you smiled.

“Well, I believe you have what we’re looking for, you lack experience but I believe that over time you’ll get the hang of the job. This is a very serious job Y/N, it has its perks but you have to work hard. And I believe you can do that,” he said while smiling.

“That means your hired, you’ll start tomorrow. Since you’re a photographer aswell, I want you to have a photo shoot and interview the person, is that alright with you?” he asked making you nod your head.

“I’m more than alright thank you so much.” You said happily and proud of yourself.

“Good, I’ll send email you all the informations, and who you’ll be having an interview with, all I know is that he has millions of fan girls so I’ll be carful with that. Now you go have a great rest of your day, because once you start you’ll be too busy” he said diving some stuff.

With a thank you, you left the building and made your way home.

You finally felt like you achieved something and we’re definitely proud of yourself.

When you got home, you filled up your tub, with some bath salt and all that relaxing stuff since Harry said you’ll get a few relaxation days.

Not that it bothered you because you were used to being stressed and working under pressure.

You finished that day off, by watching some Netflix and went to sleep early, making sure to set an alarm up to not miss your first day.

The next morning you were woken up by the alarm, the excitement of this being your first day radiating off your body.

You jumped in the shower, to get refreshed and got our choosing to wear a pair of cream colored Dickies, a white top, a pair of white platform docs and some layered necklaces and sunglasses.

You picked up your phone, opening the email app to see the information your boss sent you, he only sent you the adress and the time you should be there.

You left your house, stopping at Starbucks to get an ice latte and made your way to the place, it was at some studio that you never heard off before, and it was a couple of minutes away from where you lived.

When you arrived you looked around from inside and let Harry know that you were there.

‘Just walk right in, it’s one of our buildings, he’ll be there in a couple of minutes I’ll call you when he’s there. Good luck,’ he replied, you sent a thumbs up emojis (what am I even writing tbh) and got out your car walking in.

The place seemed sketchy from the outside, but it was an entire different story inside.

Walking around you noticed it hadd different back drops, and a back room.

You walked to the bathroom to set your stuff up, and get ready.

After a few minutes your phone started ringing with a call from Harry.

“Hello,” You softly spoke holding the phone with your shoulder as your hands worked with the camera making sure all the frames and setting were right.

“Hey Y/N, he’s there so go open the door for him. This is your first day and I believe in you, so have fun,” he sweetly spoke making you smile.

“Ok, thank you so much, I’ll talk to you soon,” you said your goodbyes, hung up the phone and went to open the door.

“Hi, im Y/N nice to meet-” you said opening the door before realizing who was infront if you.

“Grayson,” you whispered as you saw him in the flesh standing right in front of you with a hurt expression on his face.

i n t r o : A good looking barista who made the best Iced Americano and a pretty law student who spent her time drowning in books in his cafe, a love that blossomed over a cup of coffee. Will they eventually grow to love each other, especially when they have feelings for each other that felt like a caffeine rush?

“What can I get you?” The girl behind the counter asked. “A large Iced Americano and a bagel, please.” The girl nodded and passed your order to the barista, before handing you your bagel. You thanked her briefly and grabbed your mountain of books to find a seat.

You settled for your favourite seat, the single sofa seat facing a wall, where your right side was by the window. It was always empty and nobody could asked if your opposite seat was taken because there was none. You put your bag and books on the table before you heard your order. “Large Iced Americano.” A husky voice said.

You walked over and the barista handed you your drink. You guys shared a brief eye contact before you walked back to your seat. That was the handsome barista that the college girls came flocking for, and you noted his name was Jihoon. He was in Music school, while you were in Law school.

You too, was also quite the head-turner. A lot of guys come to the café you studied at to watch you for hours, and numerous times, tried to buy you drinks. Most of the times, you rejected the drinks and went straight back into studying but that didn’t stop them.

You usually go to the café after class and leave before they close. Today was just like any other day, you were busy studying for another exam. You were writing an essay and eating your bagel when you saw someone dragged a chair to your right from your peripheral vision.

It was one of the guys from Medicine school. You remembered because your best friend from their course dragged on about how they were only there because their parents donated a new lab to the school. You looked at him and he smirked but you rolled your eyes and returned to your work.

“Hey there. Here’s an Iced Americano, you always ordered the same drink and since it was finishing, I figured I buy you another cup.” He slid the Iced Americano over to you and walked away to sit with his friend in the next table. You looked at the drink and sighed. “What harm could it do anyways?” You were too lazy to go get another one yourself, and it was free, so why not?

You were about to take a sip out of the drink when someone grabbed the drink out of your hand. “Hey!” You said, in shock. You looked at the culprit and it was that barista, Jihoon. “He drugged this.” He said, staring dead in your eyes. “Man, what are you talking about?” The guy said from behind.

The guy and his friend stood up and walked infront of Jihoon, as if asking for a fight. I grabbed the drink and stood in the middle of them. “What makes you confident that he drugged this drink?” Jihoon rolled his eyes, “I made the damn drink and he poured it at the counter. You can ask Cheryl over there.” He pointed to the girl behind the counter and you shared eye contact with her.

She nodded promptly, and you sighed. “Fine. If you are so confident you didn’t drug this, have a sip.” You said, passing the drink to the guy. “If this is proven true, I can sue you of Battery. A criminal offence where any unlawful touching of the person of another by the aggressor himself, or by a substance put in motion by him. It is also considered assault.”

“RCW 9A.36.021 provides that someone who "administers to or causes to be taken by another, poison or any other destructive or noxious substance" is guilty of Assault in the Second Degree. This includes sedatives or other sedating type drugs within this definition. This is a class B felony and is punishable by imprisonment up to 10 years.” Everyone in the room was stunned by your speech.

“So, are you going to make me sue you for assault and battery or apologize to me and the barista?” You asked the two guys, with heads hanging low. “They don’t have to apologize to me-“ You stopped Jihoon. “They do, they ruined a good barista’s coffee.” You raised your eyebrows before the two meds students apologized and walked out of the café in embarrassment.

After that shenanigans, you returned to doing your work and a few hours later, the waitress lady, Cheryl, put an Iced Americano on your table. You stopped her in her tracks, “But I didn’t order this?” She smiled, “It’s on the barista, he said you looked stressed out.” She said promptly and walked away, and you saw the barista looking over, sharing eye contact before turning away.

Soon after, it was time for closing. You packed your bags and left the café, but decided to wait for the barista to thank him for helping you and the free drink. After maybe 20 mins, the café door swinged open and you saw Cheryl walk out. She noticed you and walked to you.

“You’re still here?” She asked, confused. She was a senior in Theatre, living in the same block as you, and it seems she knows that you leave to the dorms straight after leaving the café. “Yeah, I’m waiting for the b-barista.“ She smiled, “Ah Jihoon? Be nice to him. He’s a bit of shy but he does like you.” You blushed at her words and she giggled.

“Ah puppy love. The name’s Cheryl by the way. See you tomorrow.” You thanked her and she left promptly. The cute barista has a crush on you? Well I’d be damned.. You waited for another 20 mins before the door swung open again. You saw that it was Jihoon, wearing headphones and humming.

He walked towards the carpark and you followed behind before tapping his shoulder. He turned around and saw that it was you, removing his headphones. “It’s you.” He said, turning to face you. “Hey, I just wanted to say.. Thanks for earlier. For telling me it was drugged.”

He gave a small laugh, and he smiled. “It’s a pleasure. I can’t let my regular customer fall into a trap infront of my eyes.” You blushed a little at his words and you thanked him again. “Oh! And thank you for that free Iced Americano..” You looked down, blushing heavily.

He smiled, “You’re welcome. It was.. for calling me a good barista.” You looked up to him smirking before both of you broke out in laughter. “Did you mean it though, that I’m a good barista?” He asked, and even in the dark you could see that tint of red on his cheeks.

“Of course I did. You make the best Iced Americanos.” He smiled and the both of you just enjoyed a moment of silence in each other’s presence. “It’s getting late.. I should get going.” You said and Jihoon nodded before he spoke again. “Your dorm is a 20 minute walk away, and it seems there isn’t any car here.. How are you going back?” He asked. Crap, you forgot. “Ah, I walk home everyday. It’s not that far.” You smiled and Jihoon’s face dropped. “There’s no way I’m letting you walk back alone to the dorm alone.”

And somehow, you guys ended up in his car, him driving you back. “Wait, how did you know I stay at this dorm?” You looked at him, a bit weirded out. He pulled the brakes and turned off the engine before he looked at you, “I sent Cheryl-nuna home once. I saw you in your PJ’s eating our bagel infront of the vending machine.”

He what?! You blushed and he laughed it off. “Let’s go.” He grabbed your books and started walking towards the dorm. You followed after him and tried to take your books, but he snatched it right back. “I got it. You waited 40 mins for me, this is nothing.” You walked behind him, blushing.

He walked you to your dorm room, and you invited him in. He plopped the heavy stack of books on your table, and looked around, noting how neat it was with a world map pinned right by your bed and pots of plants round your table. It was minimalistic, yet aesthetic.

“Thank you for today Jihoon, you didn’t have to.” You smiled and he smiled back, “Of course I did. It was nothing.” The both of you looked in each others eyes before breaking into laughter. “I guess I should go, it’s getting late.” You nodded and walked him to the door.

“Would you like to, you know, exchange numbers?” Jihoon asked, and you are 138721% sure you saw him blush. “Of course, why not?” You gave him your phone and he gave you his, and you both saved each other’s contacts. “I saved myself under The Good Barista.” You laughed, rolling your eyes.

“You’re never going to let me live it down huh? I’m Law Dictionary with a cup of coffee emoji.” The both of you laughed at the ridiculous contact names before smiling at the silence. “Have a good night Jihoon, see you tomorrow.” You smiled and he nodded. “You too.”

You took a deep breath and kissed his cheek. “Drive safe, text me when you’re home.” He smiled, blushing. He leaned in to kiss your forehead, “I will princess. Good night, see you tomorrow.” He closed the door and you just started silently screaming. “That did not just happen.” You pinched yourself, trying to come back to reality. “Ow.. That hurts…”

8/1/18 There is a reason why this month is called the dog days. 31 days of the end of summer until the coushin before Labor Day. Today i knew one song that was going to play. The Green Day song Wake Me Up When September ends always plays in August ad nauseum. Forget Ends, Wake Me Up when it begins. 8/2/18 With 800 things in flux, i decided to at least put off getting out of the house until after christmas. That allowed me to start to focus up on things i need to do. First WITC and the degree. 8/3/18 Pooh, especially a grown up one was enjoyable. Only issue was Capaldi playing Rabbit, just wish they could have taken liberties with that. 8/4/18 Dad finally got ride of Davids stuff. Now at least were junk free. 8/5/18 Another opportunity has presented itself and i may take it. Basketball at US Bank Stadium in November. Inviting Andy and Carynn, hoping that doesnt fall through on me. 8/6/18 Another day and another anime discovery. Anonymous Noise, Man is that weird. 8/7/18 WITC Beckoned but that construction on 8 was nuts, nearly caused me to miss the meeting. Heidi did bring up that Im lousy at time management. Will attempt a fix. Also really need to upgrade phone and Ipad. 8/8/18 Always love when the date month and year match. Of course 10 years ago was a near perfect day. Today saw me picking stuff up and proving Heidi right at the subject on the table yesterday. Have to wash truck tomorrow before work, wish place by American Family Insurance still accepted cards though. Nino on Anonymous Noise really iritates me, why is she always wearing that mask! 8/9/18 Got Truck washed, stinks that old car wash is now no longer working. Trump and SPACE FORCE distractions yes, fun to think of though, oh yes. 5 days on before i can go see Shark Movie. 8/10/18 Days i regret are ones that my dopey younger brothers dork around i have to hear every single detail. 8/11/18 Scott Walker surprised the fair atendees, he pied our mayor. Really wanted to meet him, but not a fan of the fair and really not a fan of hot days. 8/12/18 My tendancies when it comes to the store latley are starting to take notice. I linger past 11 cause i get there late, and i always end up getting back 5-7 minutes after i clock out for lunch if i leave the store. Somehow management not noticing is a miracle in and of itself. But i have to fix. that. Coldplay concert was a year ago, have yet to do a thing with mom this year other than the wedding. Hopeful seeing Andy in October could remedy that. 8/13/18 The things i do to help number greatly, and yet they think i do too much. Somehow when you live with two bums of younger bros, the slack has to be picked up somehow. 8/14/18 Well all registered for year 11 at WITC, another Customer Service class. Afterwards saw Statham and the human Ruby Rose fight off that megaldon. I do agree that is the second best shark movie ever made. Dwight though complete tool. 8/15/18 From what the next few weeks figure, wednesdays are going to be a freebie day, unless my class from noon-1:30 counts. Infinity War became my first 4K movie, will hold of on getting stuff for it until next year though. 8/16/18 Another day and at least here i can go to the library for solitude. Patton i finaly watched, why is this a big deal. Preseason football, while pointless can be exciting, case in point Packers 51 points. 8/17/18 First of 5 at the store, wondering where Mark is, got book for my class, hoping that since its previous edition i wont have the same situation i ended up with for previous semester. 8/18/18 The endless eight according to Haruhi Suzumiya. starts today. If i ever had to repeat my summer for 500 years, id be like Kyon wondering when i'd bust the loop. 8/19/18 Sharknado 6, SyFy and thier films, a weird combo featuring 2 names and 2 odd concepts Sharks and Tornadoes. And it was the last thing anyone saw coming a franchise. It was a good ending that somehow tied everything up in a bow, Now i ponder what could be the next unlikley franchise. Crazy Rich Asians, which i'm seeing on Thursday seems high on that list. 8/20/18 Ive had my issues with Willie before, but somehow, he really does everything he can to not be around me. When we do interact its civil, but yesterday with freezer unload him shooing me off and then getting someone else to assit, when i was ready to help just seems personal. Reporting this cause this seems like this could lead to a blowup. 8/21/18 I really like tuesdays from 11-12 the one two punch of CinemaSins and Honest Trailers really can put you in a good mood for the rest of the day. Todays with Rampage, and the very creative Deadpool takedown of the format istelf really made me eager for the stuff coming up. 8/22/18 Last normal free day of the summer, tomorrow its Crazy Rich Asians and hopefully no issues with my class. Next wednesday, everything should be ready to go. 8/23/18 Nice day, was really surprised by Crazy Rich Asians, will be reading the book now to see if its even better. No doubt Michelle Yeoh is the highlight. Also resumed audiobook for City of Heavenly Fire. With Shadowhunters show ending next year hoping this will at least have some beats of that story. Really want to get back on Audible subscription basis. 8/24/18 Having sniffles, and nearly puked at the store, hoping this isnt a bad thing. Rain although was needed, was not welcome, especially with power going out. 8/25/18 Took Dayquil felt fine and went in knocked out 4 from Cap 2 though. Hoping tomorrow wont be bad. John McCain on the other hand, that sucks. He really was the only Republican that went above and beyond to connect with everyone beyond, party lines. He'll be missed for sure. 8/26/18 Still felt a bit crappy, Keep wondering what i've got coming up. Class starts Wednesday. Hoping for good stuff. 8/27/18 Connor bolted for San Antonio to do mine work reminded me of when Eric initially left for Alaska. Hoping he'll pull this off. Unlike his so called comitment to the guard. 8/28/18 He made it down ok, my pants on the other hand split open again. Dad may have a point via my weight issues. 8/29/18 Year 11 of College, the desperation on my ego is high, but at least the ideas have me getting closer to the degree even if it is little by little. 8/30/18 A trend of mine with all of the wed-thur days off will be going on campus to get work done. Quiet day on that front, did get myself set up well for class ahead. 8/31/18 Can't stop sneezing, been a week, really hoping this isnt something bad.
