its 5am and i still can't fucking sleep
#i told myself i was gonna go upstairs at 2:30am#but then i went up at 3#and i was gonna shower but i got distracted and sat on the bathroom floor till like 3:50#then after i actually showered and got into my bedroom it was already 4:40#and now im still sitting here. i should be in bed but i just Can't Make Myself Move#does it make any sense? nope! does that matter? absolutely not!#my executive dysfunction is so fucking bad. literally im barely functioning at this point bc of it#i am GOING to force myself upstairs earlier tomorrow. i dont know how but ill figure it out.#im tired and i want to sleep but i just cant#sleeping is nice but my brain is too focused on literally everything else and the thought of NOT thinking about those things is enough to -#- drive my brain away from the idea of sleep. even though i know its good for me and i should just sleep. but i cant.#like physically i cannot make myself do it. its impossible to describe but just. GOD its frustrating#anyways. im gonna go wallow in my frustration until i hopefully pass out.
