And Ganke is the "Oh, it's a bug. Let's admire it and put it outside gently." Kinda guy in the relationship. Maybe he thinks a lot about the poem about the crime of being small, and hey, he already loves bugs, so of course he's going to treat them with kindness. Miles gives him a disgusted look though when he sees him handling them. He's not a fan...

Ganke's like "We have no right to kill them just because they're right there. This is their space, their world. They're just kind enough to share it with us." (And the instrumental of Need 2 by Pinegrove is just playing in the background as the sun shines on him)

And Miles just side-eyes him and goes "Okay babe you're all wise and deep now will you please take care of the moth that's up in my bed it keeps flying at me and freaking me out."

In my (shared) CJ AU (which is super canon-divergent, I will say this everytime), Heart and Mind actually are extremely close as brothers, considering they spawned into this world as such and have been each other's best friend since day one.

The songs in the AU were a group effort from Heart, Mind, and Soul, and the storyline was made-up; and of course, Heart and Mind would sometimes goof off.

Does this mean there's no conflict between them and it's a lighthearted, wholesome fix-it AU? Absolutely not, Soul regularly forces Heart and Mind in a sensory-depriving cramped solitary confinement chamber and also Heart still shot Mind (and hit). But does this mean that Heart and Mind aren't brothers and loathe each other more than stardust in our galaxy? Also absolutely not, they're just goofy alien brothers who spawned without a semblance of clue where they came from or why they exist that take immense pleasure arguing in an extremely convincing way and concerning everyone at the local food market.

Aaaaaand I have rambled far more than I should on a doodle post again, apologies I just adore my little stories inside my soul dish. Please enjoy <3

Ok So more on the whole examining fruit flies under a microscope thing. One of the girlies in my group was like “imagine if they always looked like that” in reference to how creepy bugs look up close. And I was like… they DO always look like that.
