finally decided to boot up ayakoi rr and...... it feels so wonky ngl. i was so used to the giant chunks of the story you had to go through and THEN get to the lovers book.. and now apparently you kinda just pick a character and go thru whatever you want so im.. incredibly confused rn lol. and torn bc i rly don't wanna have to reread the entirety of the dawn faction book again rn tbch. do like that it also responds to touch commands, as most of the stuff ive played never rly supports it lol. only ever got to do aoi's lovers book so now im conflicted..... do I just read through the rest of Dawn's while im at it, or do I aim for Twilight faction.. hmm.. cause i've got my eye on quite a few of em 👉👈
forever sad we didn't get dusk faction tho bc my boi nachi (& tatsu?) were there... smh my head

This Sounds Familiar
Summary: Kuya x gn!reader. You're sleepy tengu boyfriend actually writes a book.
You hadn't seen your boyfriend in a week. It was definitely odd, because he claimed the best place to sleep was in your backyard, and you usually barely went a day without him there. You hadn't even heard anything about him from your other ayakashi. It was like he'd disappeared off the face of the planet.
You and Nachi had been out grocery shopping, and you were passing through Koga and Kuya's neighborhood. You bribed Nacho with a fish snack when you got home, and detoured to check in with your boyfriend.
Koga was the one who answered the door.  "Y/N! It's great to see you. What brings you here?"
"I'm here to see Kuya? Do you know where he is?"
Koga gave you a knowing grin. "Yeah, he's writing in my study."
You were starting to head there when Koga suddenly grabbed your arm.
"I think you may have, rightfully, misunderstood me. He's actually writing in my study."
You found yourself in shock. Despite Kuya telling everyone he was an author, you'd never once seen him pick up a pencil.
"How long has…."
"A week ago, he woke me up, and asked me on a hazy voice where I kept my pens and parchment. After showing him the supply he just started writing. He hasn't stopped since."
You were still in shock, but Nachi was not. "Oh, I gotta see this!" And Nachi was gone, marching off to Koga's study. You hastily followed behind, and sure enough, there was Kuya, glasses on the edge of his nose, pen in hand, and a stack of papers in front of him.
You went to look over his shoulder to see if you could read his work, when he snapped, "It's not finished yet!"
"Sorry!" You were startled. You'd never heard him use that tone before.
He seemingly realized this as well, because he looked up at you in shock. "Y/N? I thought you were Koga snooping again." You were about to say something when he interrupted. "You know I love you, but you have to go or I won't be able to focus. I promise I'll come take a nap with you when I'm finished."
"That seems more like a reward for you," you joked.
He grinned and stretched his arms over his head. "We'll see. Now go, before I decide that this is just a pain."
You gave a giggle and left the room.
                                …
It was another two weeks before you saw Kuya again. You had come home to find him sleeping on the veranda.
He lazily opened an eye at you. "I'm done." He held out the manuscript. "You can read it if you come sit with me. You're too far away."
You complied and sat next to him. Immediately his head was in your lap. He looked like he was almost asleep when you reminded him, "I thought I could read your book?"
He gave a heavy sigh, "what a bother." Then he handed you the manuscript. You thought you were prepared. You weren't.
The book was a tale of two lovers. One of them died in battle while the other was forced to live on alone. Eventually, they died as well. But after one thousand years, their souls met again. Both were lonely and broken when they came to find each other, but together, they helped each other heal.
At the very end, the one who had lived longer in the previous life had made a promise. No matter how much time or space lay between them. They would fight to come back to their side.
By the time you finished, you realized you were sniffling a little. You looked down at Kuya, and noticed him staring back at you with his piercing golden eyes.
"Was it really that good?" He gave a lazy grin and wiped a stray tear away.
"Shut up. You know what you did." You sniffled, your own smile giving way on your face.
"We'll, now that that's done," he took the manuscript from your hands, and pulled you down so that you too were laying together, "you can finally have that nap I promised."
You laid together for a moment, before you asked, "So when is the great Kuya going to release his next book?"
Kuya groaned, "this writing stuff is such a pain. I think this is the only one. So cherish it."
You giggled at your beloved tengu. You definitely would cherish it. For one thousand years.

Ayakashi RR Guide Prt. 1 : How to get More Main Story Keys for Free
One of the many questions I get from others that play the game is: "So which stories have you played?" My answer is simple and a bit of a flex, but, ALL of them 😂. People then ask me, "How do you get so many? Do you use money?"
The answer is no, I don't use money, but I have found ways to gather a lot of keys in my own way. So, I'll be showing what I do to get more keys! 🗝
1. Patrolling
* (Process: Tedious)
This is no surprise, the main way to gain keys is to patrol and level up. Now, this is all smooth sailing until your level gets higher. As your level increases, the slower it will be to get to the next level, and the more patrols you will have to do. With this slow cycle, you'll find it slow to get keys.
However, there are ways to make this process a little bit more bearable:
TIP #1: MIDNIGHT PATROLS
Tumblr media
For those that are higher leveled, I recommend patrolling on Midnight from Monday to Saturday, especially the Northern District. You get more level points from this.
TIP #2: SUNDAY DAILY PATROLS
Tumblr media
With Sunday Daily Patrols, you get experience bonus, thus making the process of leveling faster. For low level players, start with Nachi. In the middle level players, Yakumo is good. And for higher level players, Tatsuomi is best since he gives the most experience! If you have any omelettes or castella cakes, use them to refill all or half your LP on Sundays! If you don't have those, you can use five diamonds to refill all LP if you want to (I suggest doing this if you prioritize keys over cards).
TIP #3: FEVER
Tumblr media
Enabling FEVER allows for more experience during the patrols. So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing your partner during patrols to have FEVER, especially on Midnight and Sunday Daily Patrols. Yes, doing this is tedious considering you can just press the Auto button, but more experience allows you to get your main story key a little faster.
2. Shop!
*(Process: Okay-Fast)
The shop is your friend. And no, I don't mean buying diamonds or packages. For those that don't know, the shop is available when you go to Menu. Now, in the shop there are two ways to get keys:
1. EXCHANGE SHARDS
Tumblr media
For those that have saved up a good amount of shards, you can purchase one main story key for 300 diamond shards. This regenerates on the weekend, so you can have a key every week if you have enough shards. You can obtain shards by the following:
Milk Hall Invites
Daily Missions
Special Missions
Event Point Ranking Prizes
2. EXCHANGE MEDALS
Tumblr media
This new feature added to events allows players to exchange medals gained from events, and trade them in for prizes. Keys are 25 medals each and the limit is four per date range. I don't know exactly when the date resets go through if it's weekly or not, but just look at the highlighted blue dates on top for the rest time! Medals are obtained during:
Event Point Ranking Prizes
3. Special Draws
Tumblr media
*(Process: Meh)
Personally, this is my least favorite way to obtain keys. Unless you have the diamonds, go for it, but I stick to not spending money as much as possible. So, for this one, I don't do much but if you really want to gain keys from this, here are my tips:
TIP #1 : USE SR TICKETS
If you have any SR tickets and want those keys, use them here. You can buy SR tickets at the shop for shards and medals (which are easier to obtain compared to diamonds) as well as get them as rewards from badges. Badges that offer SR tickets as a reward are:
Dawn Faction Lover!
Twilight Faction Lover!
Night Faction Lover!
These badges are unlocked by:
Dawn: Have one SR/SSR of Koga, Kuya, Ginnojo, Aoi, and Yura (5 Total)
Twilight: Have one SR/SSR of Toichirou, Shizuki, Kuro, Oji, and Gaku (5 Total)
Night: Have one SR/SSR of Nachi, Aki, Kagemaru, Tatsuomi, and Yakumo (5 Total)
TIP #2: DRAW X1
If you want to have more draws, I recommend using the Draw x1. This way, you can draw 10 individual draws. The Draw x10 DOES NOT mean 10 individual draws, so be careful! Yes, it's not effective when trying to get rare cards, but if you prioritize keys over cards, this will work best for you. However, I suggest only going up to 10 draws if you don't have many diamonds.
4. Event Point Ranking Prizes
Tumblr media
*(Process: Okay)
If there is an event going on, you can get keys by the point system by duels. This process can be time consuming, and doesn't work in favor for busy people as well. Here are some tips for more points:
TIP #1: DUEL POWERFUL & STRONG
If you want those keys, to get a lot of points I would recommend dueling with the Powerful and Strong. Average is so-so, but Weak you can reject, it will just waste your SP.
TIP #2: USE SUNDAES & MILK
If you have sundaes and milk, use those to restore your SP especially when a powerful or strong opponent is ready to duel. It will help alleviate having to wait for the restore time.
5. Badge Rewards
Tumblr media
*(Process: Only can be Done by Reading)
What do I mean by "Only can be Done by Reading?" Well, it's exactly what I mean, you get one free key when you get the following badges:
Comrade of Dawn
Comrade of Twilight
Comrade of Night
You can only get these badges by reading the first book of each faction story arc. It's not really a way of getting more keys but it is a way to get keys 😅
6. Daily Login
Tumblr media
*(Process: Very Simple)
If you don't know, you can get a free key when you login on the 5th and 20th of each month. Nachi will appear on the screen and give you the key. However, you can also get free keys when there is a special event login that offers them! So be updated and at least login everyday to see if you have that chance!
🍀Good Luck

Note
also i started ayakashi rr just from your series ajskhsdkjd and i really like the placing of renjun as aoi !! im not very far,, maybe like on episode 30 of the dawn book but they totally remind me of each other !!! i though it was really cute ajshskd how did you choose what character from the game would be a specific member for your series?? i find it really interesting!!
ooh okay! so i’ve only played dawn/koga’s route,, so my placement was based on how the characters behaved in those parts to place them to how i think members of nct are/would act initially!
for jungwoo/yura, i thought jungwoo would fit the calm, youthful-looking character pretty well, and i thin out of all of them, gaku/yukhei was the least accurate, but i can see the normally very friendly and loud yukhei being very serious and coarse when it comes to being protective of/defending his brother/someone he’s very close to
kun/koga was rlly just that koga was my favorite and kun is favorite and wouldnt he be so hot in kogas fits,,,,,,
johnny/oji bc i can see johnny being the suave “old man” bc he is one of the older members but is still flirtatious, calling reader “little lady” instead of oji’s “bright eyes” (actually referenced in jenos route when he tell reader hes happy to see those bright eyes again)
sicheng/ginnojo bc imagine sicheng being serious and getting as flustered as ginnojo does when the player the reader interacts w him at all lmao
yuta/toichiro bc honestly i can see yuta constantly teasing the people around him (as a form of affection rather than being a little shit like toichiro)
jeno/kuya honestly bc kuya always has his arms out n jeno arms *-*
ten/kagemaru bc h o n e s t l y i just thought that rlly fit, esp bc kagemaru disguises himself as a geisha and i think ten would actually enjoy dressing up and being a pretty geisha u know??
doyoung/shizuki bc shizuki is super cold and i think doyoung could probably come off like that in some situations
mark/akiyasu being rlly good at shit and a natural prodigy or w/e but also being super nervous and anxious and hes just trying his best
jaemin/tatsuomi bc jaemin is just the ideal childhood friend to lovers trope in one man and u cant convince me otherwise
renjun/aoi bc like aoi is such a tsundere and tsundere renjun is one of my favorite tropes ok
taeyong/nachi is probably one of my better fits i think??? idk also catboy taeyong is just The Concept honestly the bds choreo just confirms this

Checklist: To do You (SFW)
Tumblr media
2465 words
Aoi’s
For some reason, Oji-san got me this notebook instead of the beef needed for the Hayashi rice. Typical. He even had the time to get my name printed in golden cursive on the front.
Well, he would, considering he had twelve ‘5-minute’ breaks. Maybe I should do one of those trackers as well. The pages are technically college-ruled so it would be easier to draw out grids although I personally wanted the weight to be 300gsm and blank for watercolour paintings. I could technically get away with a mandella and colour it in each time Oji-san skips work.
… Wait, that should not have been included in the first entry of this diary. That’s it, I’m going to change it to a book of checklists. And I might as well use it since it is a gift.
Aoi’s Checklists
I actually do need to create one for something with Y/N today. There are several scenarios that I have highlighted in the new pens I bought.
Why is each word getting from bad to worse? This is why I stick to brushes.
Step #1: Rename notebook to make sure no one reads it Logic: Ideally, I would like to have one of those hexes the Onmyoji seem to be able to cast but I am not approaching Y/N without a solid reason. So, I’m settling for writing on the front. Someone with 100 eyes better be able to see it. Outcome: DO NOT READ Aoi’s Checklists
Step #2: Be more presentable Logic: This date requires at least some modicum of etiquette… and I guess that includes even the writing. The word ‘Please’ is the first word appearing in this book called ‘The Lovers’ Guide’. Apparently was written in the age of Samurais and Ninjas. Might as well use it. Outcome: (Please) DO NOT READ Aoi’s Checklist
I am satisfied so I did more concrete planning.
Step #3: Smile Logic: … I was told by her that my smile makes people swoon. She better not have been faking it or else. Outcome: A customer had asked me if I was ok. Offered to massage my face. I think me cringing should have been clear enough to show that my face was/is not stuck.
Step #4: Open the door when you sense her Logic: Near closing time is when she will arrive. Usually, I can track her with my Satori powers, especially since I love… not having to worry about her falling. Why does she always insist on walking by herself? I hope she is alright. Outcome: Oji was cajoling too many girls and the presence of disgust in their hearts was too overwhelming. I think I had lost my power temporarily at that moment. Or more accurately, I am NOT doing that again. She wasn’t there anyway.
Step #5: Say Hello Logic: She has had a long day. I admire how hard she works and the least I can do is acknowledge her coming to Raccord. Outcome: When she finally came in, I had asked her if she wanted to try the strawberry milk and shortcake because of the pink colour. Might have gotten distracted by her cheeks. Who asked her to come in running so prettily, huh?
Step #6: Check appearance after evaluating hers to see if my attire was correct Logic: You know she is going to be pretty, make an effort for her! Outcome: The prettiness level was too much. She had actually bunned up all of her hair and it was so cute. So I washed my hands and patted my still-damp hands to properly serve her pink milk. Oji-san managed to distract Y/N thankfully while I was trying to compose myself. Not that I was nervous.  I took the dishcloth off my shoulder to wipe my face and neck dry, only putting it back on my shoulder because I would look cooler.
It was then I noticed Koga next to her. Insecurity was flooding in. So was the water from the dishcloth so I had no choice but to keep it on.
But I had promised both of us. I could do this. We had both agreed to have a taste-testing session here and we would. Will. Besides, at least now I know she was safe.
Step #7: Talk about the weather Logic: The weather is the perfect fall-back topic for any pair. Seventy-eight percent of people fall in love while talking about whether or not it stopped raining. Plus, it would be great to say that the weather is great for the fruit-picking date. Outcome: I am now part of the twenty-two percent because I talked about Kuya sleeping in the rain even with lightning around him instead of how ‘the rain makes her shine brighter’. Luckily, Koga laughed and confirmed my suspicions. Unluckily, Koga has a great laugh that Y/N highlighted. Just for that, I am switching the palette to something warmer.
Step #8: Laugh at her jokes. Even the ones you wonder were written by Ginnojo. Logic: Y/N likes to use a joke to break tensions and usually has an interesting story about selling her father’s imports. Just in case, prepare for something bad. Outcome: She made one across the room because apparently along the way, she was already in the middle of telling the Tale of the Peach kimono and debating with Koga as the proposition.
I tried laughing across the room but it looked like I was laughing at the strawberries. I’m just glad I can take ten minutes to write this while chopping them with the other hand. Ignore the splatters.
Step #9: Make the plate look pretty Logic: We had agreed to work on my culinary skills together and taste-test them. Looks is one of the factors she told me she would consider while judging so I tried to make it suitable for her. Outcome: I nearly splattered lead into the milk because I had crushed a pencil. Coincidentally, the one I was using to write this. Even more, coincidentally, Koga had touched her hair, making it bob up and down like some yarn ball of Nachi’s.
I can’t even serve her milk. I’m going to stop this now.
Step #10: Denial Logic: Pretend that nobody is watching as you write the message about the fruit-picking date in strawberry icing. That way, she can react to it in private. Outcome: Koga was about to see it so she smeared it across the plate. Yay. Of all things to forget to consider was ignoring the audience BUT not forgetting them.
Step #11: Anger Logic: I cannot be completely calm or else she will worry. Outcome: Might have written the kanji for a certain word on Kuya’s omelette that Oji did. Honestly, the certain word was meant for a certain ogre so I hope Kuya understands when Koga collects the takeaway.
Step #12: Bargaining Logic: Might as well show off that I can do business with my excellent shopping skills Outcome: She shared the shortcake with Koga after challenging him to eat the dessert without alcohol. He won. Now, stop smiling at her so I can give you some sake or something Oji hides and thinks that I don’t know about.
Step #13: Depression Logic: Girls appreciate sensitive guys right? Right? I’ll just talk about not getting enough fruits and maybe bring up a fruit-picking date. Outcome: I think I made it seem like Step #11. She talked about how tart and sweet the strawberries were. I said she had the same comment about the mango-lavender cobbler.
I know, I know. Why did I say that? It’s just that she was moaning after each bite. I pretty much died during those times and was miraculously brought back to life…
… Wait, Koga also heard them, ugh...
That said, he and Oji-san had somehow saved me… or not. I mean, Koga didn’t have to say that food was the way to a woman’s stomach for crying out loud. And Oji, what was he thinking about greeting the customers? ‘Not often we get people in here’... oh god, we’re going to be out on the streets in a few days at this rate.
Step #14: Acceptance Logic: What was I thinking? Why would she want a date with me? I mean, yeah we’re boyfriend and girlfriend but we haven’t even kissed. I think I went past a time limit. Is there a time limit? I don’t know. I bet Koga would know of a time limit, he has a way with people, including ladies…
He even fed her at one point, mimicking one of her lady friends apparently and talking about how cute it is. I can’t even do that openly.
Why can’t I just laugh and be happy without worrying like him? He doesn’t hesitate to take. I mean, I get that he won’t do anything, he’s kind but that also means that Y/N deserves to be with someone like him… not me.
I am not him.
Outcome: I braced myself… just in front of the other customers. Somehow, I can write down orders and in this checklist… journal… whatever.
Step #15: Distract Yourself Logic: Enjoy the fact that you don’t have to hunt for another job for the tuition fees. Enjoy not seeing her whispering into Koga’s ear and… winking at him. Outcome: … The crowd is somehow parting. Oji-san even seems to be ushering them out. What is going on? Is he actually ill? Better get some medicine.
Step #16: Really distract yourself Logic: Save the Milk Hall from Oji’s madness that Koga seems to be helping along. Outcome: I slipped on some errant mango peel while hurrying up the orders for the few remaining customers. It was not even a banana, it had to be a mango. Got caught by Koga in a dip. Great, he even knows how to dance.
Y/N luckily didn’t see me. Needed to go to the powder room according to Koga. It’s a good thing I cleaned it. Hope she likes the new soap I brought in. It’s the only thing I know about her, apparently.
Maybe she actually left, I can’t blame her. All I did was ask her to technically do work to improve the cafe, insult her opinion, and don’t even ask her because I think she is better with Koga. I feel like some villain, maybe on Akiyasu levels and then Koga will come in to slice him open with a sword...
Step #17: Get surprised when she approaches you if she ever does Logic: Actually surprises are the worst, it’s like your heart is stuck in your throat and it’s just… yuck. Outcome: The only time I was happy to be surprised. Y/N was suddenly in a pretty dress. I mean, not that her normal kimono isn’t pretty. It’s just this one was a bit fancier and she even had a nice hairpin.
Step #18: Don’t just stand there like an idiot when she offers help. Logic: You. Are. Working. Outcome: She is somehow serving the last few dishes that I have prepared and also entertaining the dwindling number of guests. Honestly, I wanted to stop her but not in front of everyone else. Plus… she was… maybe cute while being so hard-working. I think we had spent the entire duration of the shift sending each other glances from the tables or behind the counter.
And every time we passed by each other, she smiled. I hope I did too although I have a feeling I had the most confused expression on my face.
Edit: Koga said it was true. Darn.
A few small-chats with her father’s friends before Oji brings them all out.
I swore he winked at us. All of his 100 eyes. I have got to ask him if that was possible.
Step #19: Thank the right people Logic: Koga kicked us out with a picnic basket he had been hiding because Y/N needed it for her ‘plan’ apparently. He really is a good friend. I’m glad. Outcome: MY HAIR IS STILL RUINED FROM ALL THAT RUFFLING. AND HOW DARE HE SAYS I GIGGLE LIKE A CUTE SCHOOL GIRL.
It’s clearly Y/N who is cute.
Step #20: Follow her blindly and willingly Logic: Oh, kiss this paper’s ass, I’m done for this part. Outcome: We are having a date. In a carriage. Horses. Y/N refuses to tell me how much it is. So I told her… some things.
I am not writing them all down. Not because I find them mortifying or anything. I guess to be fair I managed not to make eye-contact with her for the most part.
Well, except for one part;
“I… wanted to have the perfect evening. You know, sharing a dessert, asking you out, go fruit-picking and maybe… ok no, that doesn’t matter because I kept thinking Koga is better…”
And she actually kept chasing my eye-line throughout the whole monologue before I gave up and somehow managed to look into her… angry eyes?
Now I have to ask Oji if it is possible to have flames in the eyes. Or if it is just an Onmyoji thing.
“Ok, you better listen to me well and clear. I’ve only looked at you. And I have seen you care with everything you’ve got.”
She… knew.
“You’d always show that and I’d always be thanking every day for being with you even if if it’s on a street and we’re playing with a cat that is not Nachi but you keep insisting it is just so that you have some excuse to be naturally kind.”
She… was ok.
“You could be lecturing Oji and I’d know it’s how you love him. Nobody else matters except for those who love you.”
She… loved me.
“And I haven’t met a single person who doesn’t. I’ve just never known anyone who understands how much I wanted to do this.”
… She kissed me…
And maybe that was what made my powers work again. Because it was like every sensation was embracing me with encouragement to drown in her.
Like her butterflies. Like heartache and painful misunderstandings. Getting everything we could have ever wanted, and revelling in each emotion exposed. Labour that was exhilarating.
… We loved.
The next date night though? Peach picking. I really want her to win the next bet.
… … …
Good job, Aoi. Took ya long enough. I had to wait a whole day to get you to finish this entry. And you’re welcome. You may thank me by not giving me any peach.  - Koga Kitamikado
I’m so proud of you. And now you’re in a good mood, I can go to Kuya for more cigarettes. - Oji
I love you.

Oncoming Storm
Fandom: Ayakashi Romance Reborn
Rating: Carolina Reaper (See Masterlist for rating descriptions)
Warnings: Explicit, 18+
Summary: He wants to touch her, then, for as long as it pleases her.
Tags: Ginnojo/Futaba (MC), first time
Author’s Note: The poem Ginnojo quotes is from the Manyoshu, a collection of Japanese poetry written between 456 and 760 CE.
Female university students in the late Meiji/early Taisho eras wore school uniforms composed of short kimono tucked into fancy hakama.
Edited because I always forget that Tumblr likes to eat my italics.
*************************
Ginnojo is painfully aware that in terms of years lived, he is nearly three times Futaba’s aga. His hands are stained with the blood that washed away the Shogunate, layered in the decades since with that of traffickers and thieves. He is the last of the Shinsengumi, forged in strife and annealed by thirty years of protecting the Capital from the shadows.
In terms of the fraction of lifespan allotted to him, however, Ginnojo is possibly even younger than his Onmyoji. Mizuchi dragons are long-lived, and his experience with romance is non-existent.
We could hardly be called lovers if we let ourselves be embarrassed merely by holding hands, he’d said to her, feeling his cheeks burn. Kuro had interrupted them then, saving him from figuring out what to say next. Ginnojo had irrationally hated him at the time, but in retrospect he is grateful to have been granted reprieve. It had given him the courage later to speak his mind.
I still find myself wanting to touch you. He had been trembling as he said it, certain he had overstepped.
I don’t want you to stop, she’d said. The rest of the conversation had made it quite clear that she is just as inexperienced as he, but she had nodded assent when he asked permission to continue.
Touching they have done. They walk closely on the street now, shoulders and hands brushing. She sits next to him at the shop and at Raccord, letting their fingers tangle under tables and counters. He escorts her home in the evenings, and she touches his face when he bends down to kiss her farewell. Their touches are chaste, but heartfelt. Ginnojo revels in these moments of closeness, but he finds himself yearning to keep her even closer, to let his hands stray from the publically-approved areas of face and fingers.
May I touch you, then, for as long as it pleases you?
Consent, he understands, is paramount in these situations. That obtained, though, how best to proceed? Taking things slowly is not the issue, but determining the proper speed when he’s not even certain what the next step is presents . . . difficulties.
Ginnojo is, at heart, a scholar. The bookshop does have a section of what is euphemistically termed ‘adult’ materials, but he understands that the content is frequently idealised. Perhaps it would be best to turn to a primary source instead. He sorts through the list of his acquaintances: Kuro is better at talking to women, but he has never been known to be intimate with one. Aoi is younger even than Futaba. Kuya, if presented with a woman, would be more likely to sleep next to her than with her. Yura and Gaku have been presenting themselves as children for centuries; they are unlikely to be helpful. Nachi is a cat. That leaves Toichiro, Shizuki, Koga, and Oji.
He dismisses the first two out of hand. Everything said to Shizuki reaches Toichiro, and Toichiro is willing and able to make a mockery out of anything. Koga, on the other hand, is personally invested in Futaba’s well-being as one of her contracted Ayakashi. Ginnojo has met him several times in the entertainment district in the company of geisha; the Oni Ogre must have some idea of how things work.
*************************
Koga chokes on his sake. The Ogre spends several moments coughing into the sleeve of his kimono. Ginnojo feels the act is a little ostentatious, but does appreciate that Koga’s face is smooth and solemn when he finally lowers his arm.
“Let me make sure I understand you correctly.” He waves his cup at one of the bar girls, smiling as she nods and approaches with a bottle. He waits until she’s gone before continuing. “You’ve never --?”
Ginnojo feels his cheeks flame red as he shakes his head. “Never.” Koga’s lips twitch, but he suppresses the smile. Ginnojo forces himself to continue. “I have no prior experience to draw on here. I -- “ He falters, searching for words.
Koga rescues him. “You want to make sure that when the time comes, everything goes,” he clears his throat significantly, “smoothly?”
“I suppose that is as good a description as any.” If Ginnojo were given to fidgets, this would be the time.
Koga looks around at the bar girls, and past them to the geisha performing on stage. “Well, it’s easy enough to find you some experience. The girls here -- “
“No.” Ginnojo surprises both of them with the force of his denial. Koga stares at him before nodding.
“So it’s like that, is it?”
“It would be --” He stutters to a stop, then takes a deep breath, forcing his thoughts to straighten themselves. “I love her. To entrust myself to another in this would be unthinkable.”
“Hmm.” Koga drains his cup while he contemplates the situation. Ginnojo waits patiently.
“In that case, I’m probably not the one to talk to,” Koga finally decides. Ginnojo’s heart sinks, but Koga continues. “I bet I know who is though, and the old man probably understands your perspective a little better than I do.”
*************************
Oji does seem to understand. He is older even than Ginnojo, by far more than he looks, and takes Ginnojo’s stuttered explanation (with editorial commentary from Koga) in stride. After casting a glance at Aoi, he ushers Ginnojo upstairs to the room where he plays Go with Kuro.
The old man settles himself on the tatami and waves Ginnojo to do the same on the other side of the Go table. “So, you’re looking for advice on how to proceed with Bright Eyes, hmm?”
Ginnojo nods.
Oji makes a noise that Ginnojo can’t interpret. “You’ve thought about the fact that you’re, what, twice her age?”
Ginnojo bites his lip before nodding again. “Thrice would be closer. I have. But in this context --” he drops his eyes to the table, “-- in this context I am as young as she.”
Oji waits. Ginnojo lifts his gaze to meet the Dodomeki’s, and continues. “I wish only to ensure her happiness. She has given me her consent, but neither of us, I think, truly understand what that entails.”
Oji’s neutral expression breaks into a gentle smile. “Well, knowing that you know nothing isn’t a bad place to start.” He drums his fingers on the back of his head in contemplation. “But you do know there isn’t a list, right? No one’s giving you marks for doing all the steps.”
Ginnojo can only shrug helplessly. “I have no idea of any of the steps.”
Oji chuckles. “Well, I admit I thought I’d be having this conversation with Aoi rather than someone else old enough to remember the Shogun, but lucky for you I am somewhat prepared.” He leans forward. “First you understand that neither of you does anything you don’t like, you hear me?” Ginnojo nods, suddenly wishing he’d brought a notebook.
*************************
Three hours, two pots of tea, one game of Go, and some terrifyingly frank reminiscing by Oji later, Ginnojo leaves Raccord. His head is spinning with information and embarrassment, but he feels that he has enough of the basics down to plot a way forward.
First, the logistics: he arranges with Futaba to join him for a meal in his small flat above the bookshop. When the day arrives, he closes the shop and spends the afternoon searching Shinobazu pond for a few perfect lotuses. On the way home, he stops at Raccord to collect dinner from Aoi, not trusting his own utilitarian cooking for such an occasion. He follows Aoi’s instructions for keeping the meal warm to the letter, and the tempting aroma fills the flat.
The lotuses float in a clear bowl of water on the table. He occupies himself dusting surfaces and straightening books until the bell rings below. When he hurries down the stairs, Futaba is standing in the centre of the shop, looking about nervously.
“Futaba.”
Her face breaks into a smile when he speaks her name, and all his nervous energy of the last few hours dissipates.
“Ginnojo!” She comes to him, hands outstretched. Greatly daring, he clasps both of them in his own and brings them to his lips.
“Futaba,” he murmurs. Her cheeks flush brilliantly, but her smile doesn’t fade. “I am glad you came,” he whispers into her knuckles.
“Of course I came,” she answers. Her elbows bend, bringing her close against his chest. “I always enjoy spending time with you.”
He locks the door and leads her upstairs, maintaining his grasp on one of her hands. Once safely in the flat, away from the shop windows, he uses that hand to reel her slowly into the circle of his arms. She responds by sliding her other arm up to his shoulder and burying her face in his collarbone.
They stand like this for several minutes, breathing each other in. Ginnojo rubs his face against her soft hair, the scent affecting him in the way he imagines alcohol does other people.
“Ginnojo,” she mumbles into his clavicle. The heat of her breath against his collar makes his head spin, but he gathers himself enough to raise his head and lift her chin to meet his eyes.
He takes a deep breath. “Futaba, I know -- I hoped -- “ he falters, but is buoyed by her warm gaze. His own words have failed him, but instead he reaches into his memory for a poem. “On Komochi Mountain, from the time the young leaves sprout, until they turn red --”
It is an old, old poem, and Futaba knows it as well as he. She picks up where his voice breaks. “I think I would like to sleep with you. What do you think of that?” Her eyelashes flutter shut, then slowly open again as she searches his face. “Are you sure, Ginnojo?”
“I have always been certain of my feelings for you.” Her hand on his shoulder feels like it is burning him. The heat of her muddles his thoughts, but brings his emotions floating to the surface. “Are you certain of yours?”
Her small mouth curves delicately in a sweet smile. “I am as certain as you are.” Futaba’s hand slides across his shoulder to the back of Ginnojo’s neck as she pushes herself up on her toes to reach his mouth. “I love you, Ginnojo.”
This kiss begins as chastely as all the others they’ve shared, but they each linger in a way they’ve never dared on the street outside Futaba’s gate. Ginnojo feels greedy for the way he sips of her; once on the bow of her upper lip, twice down the curve to the corner of her mouth. He strays briefly to kiss the dimple that appears whenever he makes her laugh, before returning to press against her bottom lip. She sighs into him, letting her lips part in invitation. Both of her hands cradle the nape of his neck now, fingertips rubbing into his hair, keeping him close when he tries to give her time to breathe. In response he slides his hands into her hair, glorying in the privacy to touch, to let it tangle around his fingers like kelp and seaweed tangling at the bottom of a lake. He finds the clips that keep it back from her face and releases them, pulling her hair forward over her shoulders until she looks like a mermaid, tempting him.
At last they ease apart. Futaba’s lips are flushed and slightly swollen, her hair in disarray. Ginnojo imagines he looks much the same. He realises they’re still standing in the entrance of his flat and steps back, tugging her with him into the main area. The smell of dinner reaches her and she squeezes his hand.
“That smells delicious.”
“Aoi’s work.” Ginnojo hesitates. “You must be hungry. Would you --” but she shakes her head at him.
“We’ve spent so much time waiting for each other, Ginnojo.” Her entire face flushes with her own shamelessness, but her eyes are still dark with yearning when he meets them. “Please, let’s let dinner wait instead.”
Ginnojo doesn’t trust his voice to form coherent words after that. He brings her hand to his lips in place of speech, and leads her to the curtained alcove where his futon is laid out. The two of them kneel on the bedclothes and stare at each other. Finally, Futaba makes the first move.
“May I --” Her voice cracks and she giggles helplessly. This seems to release the tension from both of them, and Ginnojo leans forward to kiss her laughing mouth.
“You may do anything you like, with me,” he assures her.
“Oh, I intend to,” she murmurs into his mouth while her hands caress his nape. They continue to kiss as her fingers delicately trace the collar of his kimono, following it down his chest to the cord holding his obi. She makes a delighted ‘ah’ sound when the knot springs easily free and his kimono gapes open. He lets her push the garment off his shoulders and pulls his arms free to capture her before she can start on his nagajuban. Instead he pulls her down to lay on the futon next to him.
He’s spent many hours considering this, whether to be above or below her. Below, he fears, will make her feel exposed, but if he leans above she may feel trapped. Eventually, he decided, beside is the happiest medium. His overthinking is rewarded by her head resting on his arm and her lips against his neck.
Ginnojo returns the favour immediately, burying his nose in her hair while his lips explore the soft skin where her jaw meets her ear. She smells of lotus flowers and sandalwood hair oil, and the faintest hint of salt from the sweat of the day that crazes him with thoughts of the sea. He moans against her ear, crushing her close to him while his free hand roams down the curve of her back, finding the ties of her hakama.
“May I --?” He asks, even as his eager fingers begin tugging at the knot.
“Please.” She gasps into his neck. The ties fall open and there is a sudden flurry of hands as they both tug her kimono free of the loosening trousers.
At last they are both down to a single layer of clothing. Ginnojo presses more kisses down her throat, across her breastbone, drags his lips across her clavicle, pushing her nagajuban open with his mouth until he can taste the shallow dip where it meets her shoulder. Futaba’s hands still, and he casts his eyes up to her in concern.
Her eyes are closed, her lips are parted, and her breath comes in soft gasps. Her face is a picture of need, and Ginnojo is frozen with the sudden wave of wanting that crashes over him like a tsunami. Futaba’s eyelashes flutter open again.
“Ginnojo.” She eases onto her back and tugs him up to her face. “Ginnojo.”
“Are you all right?” He is suddenly afraid that he’s pushed her too quickly, but she slides her hand inside his nagajuban, splaying her fingers over his heart. He feels it hammering against his breastbone.
“I’m fine,” she reassures him. “I just -- please. Don’t stop.”
“I don’t want to hurry you.” Oji’s admonition echoes in his memory.
She gives him a breathtaking smile, like the petals of a lotus opening at dawn. Her small fingers find the knot in his datejime and she raises her eyebrows at him in question. He nods, his throat suddenly dry, and she pulls it open, baring his chest. Her eyes widen as she takes him in; the weight of her gaze reminds him of the many scars his clothing hides. Scars do not appear to be on her mind though.
“I always wondered,” she murmurs, “How far down your scales went.”
His own eyes widen. That she might find him as attractive an Ayakashi as she does as a man has never occurred to him. He examines the thought, and discovers it refreshes him like cool water on a warm day.
“You will have many opportunities to find out,” he promises. “But for today,” he lowers his head to nose at the hollow of her throat, “I think we have enough new territory to discover.”
Futaba’s head tilts back and her back arches, hair snaking across the futon, and Ginnojo takes the invitation to slide her nagajuban off her shoulders. He watches her breasts fall free, small and round and flushed, with a dusky bud of gathered flesh that seems perfectly made to draw into his mouth, so he does, and feels her rapturous gasp in the pit of his stomach. It draws his attention to his own need; he realises he is erect, and has been for some time. It catches in his nagajuban and he makes a noise of frustration around the nipple in his mouth. Futaba seems to understand the problem.
“Still too many clothes?” The question is breathy, but there is nothing tentative about the way she yanks his final layer off of him. “Sit up, please.” He pushes upright, worried again, but she follows him quickly. “I want to see you.”
Ginnojo sits back on his heels and rests his hands on his thighs, resisting the urge to clasp them over his groin. He can feel the flush of desire and embarrassment spreading down his chest. Futaba kneels before him, placing her hands over his, and leans in to kiss him again.
“I just want to look at you, Ginnojo.” Her lips press against his mouth, then his nose, then his forehead. “I want to engrave you in my memory, this first time I get to see all of you.” She pushes back and he sees her eyes drop to his erection. It twitches upright, aware of being the centre of attention. Ginnojo bites his lip and casts his gaze up to the ceiling, about to die of lust or embarrassment, he’s not sure which.
Warm fingers stroke his length, and a groan escapes him before he can stifle it. Futaba is running her fingertips up and down him. “It’s so warm, and velvety.” Her voice is thick with desire, and he can see the damp glisten on her inner thighs. She flicks her eyes up at him through her eyelashes.
“Futaba -- “ He swallows thickly, not sure he’s still capable of organised thought. “Futaba, please, I need --” Words fail him, but he surges up on his knees and takes her by the shoulders, crushing her against his mouth as her soft belly presses against his throbbing length. Her shocked little gasp melts into a happy moan as her hands slide around his ribs and down his spine.
At last they break for air, and Ginnojo is uncomfortably aware he has been rutting arrhythmically against her stomach. She isn’t bothered though, running her fingers through the damp streaks he’s leaving with an expression of wonderment. She licks a fingertip.
“Oh. I wasn’t expecting it to taste salty.” She runs the rest of her fingertips across his lips, and his own scent on her hits him like a storm at sea, thunder crashing in his head as he pushes her back down to the futon and dives down her body to the salty apex of her. Oji has warned him of this, of the need to prepare her to receive him, and he fears he’ll lose control of himself if he lets her torment him any further.
She cries out as he noses into the soft hair, parting her lips to taste the salty musk between them. His tongue laps out, searching, searching, and the shivering of her thighs around him tells him he’s found the centre of her. He sucks it in, the stigma protected by the calyx of her hips, and brings his fingers to brush against the petals of her sex, seeking the dew of his lotus flower. Here, there is no flowery scent, just the salt of her pulling his fingers inside her like the moon calling the tide. She arches above him, moaning his name as his callused fingers explore her slick warmth. Her hands land in his hair and he readies himself to pull back, but she clutches him tight against her. “More -- oh please, Ginno-- don’t stop!”
Encouraged thus, he crooks his fingers inside her, delving for the spot Oji had described, that firm locus behind her slippery velvet walls. When he finds it, she tenses, her clutching hands and shaking thighs trapping him within her as her sex clenches around him. Her moans spiral up into a crescendo of wordless cries.
Finally, she relaxes, boneless. Ginnojo gently withdraws his hand, pressing a final kiss to her centre before pushing himself up her body to look into her face. Her head lolls towards him on the bedspread of her hair and she gives him a languid smile. “Oh, Ginnojo. That was so beautiful.”
Shaking with relief and his own need, Ginnojo kisses her damp forehead. “No, Futaba. You are the beautiful one.” His slightly sticky fingers trace around the underside of her breast, enjoying the delicate skin. “I only bring forth what is already there.”
She’s already so flushed he’s surprised she’s able to blush at his words. In lieu of answer, she pulls him down for a languorous kiss, mouth loose and open, inviting his tongue to slip into her mouth. He presses the length of his body against her, clinging to her hair and waist, his arousal rock hard against her thigh. “Please,” he whispers. “Please, may I --?” His hips rut against her helplessly. “Let me love you.”
She nods silently, smiling, her eyes still dark and hazy. He moves over her, carefully positioning himself, and almost forgets what his goal was as the head of him drags through her wet petals. His heartfelt groan is echoed in the scrape of her fingernails against his biceps. With agonising slowness, he presses into her, feeling her give way inch by searing inch. At last he meets resistance, and remembers the last of Oji’s advice. “This part --” He gasps with the strain of holding steady. “This last part will hurt, for just a moment.”
Her smile has become unfocused as her attention turns inwards to his intrusion, but she drags herself back to meet his eyes. “I know, Ginnojo. It’s all right.”
He presses his face into her neck, mouthing comfort as his hips drive forwards with no input from his brain. He hears the hiss of her breath between her teeth as he breeches that final barrier to pin her to the futon. Her arms lock around him, preventing him from pulling back, so he trails kisses up her neck and across her face, tracing her lips with his tongue until she opens to him and sucks him in. As their kisses become deeper, her hips cant towards him, urging him to move at last.
Ginnojo rocks against her, easing back and thrusting forwards again and again. One of her heels lodges in the small of his back, pulling him deeper. Unnecessarily, some small spectacting part of his brain supplies. He doesn’t think he could stop now if his life depended on it. He is drowning in her, pulled deep within her with the force of an undertow, and he can tell she feels it too as she clenches tighter around him. He finds himself biting into her shoulder and tugging her hair, and she looses that crescendoing siren’s call again. He can feel the tension rising in his gut as she shakes under him, and pure animal instinct plunges him into her faster and faster until the lightning strikes and the heat pours out of him like waves crashing on the shore.
“Nnngggh --!” He’s heard himself make that noise before, his spectacting brain mentions, but that time he was the one being stabbed. He slumps onto her, completely unable to support his own weight, and she sighs blissfully under him.
It’s several minutes before he can gather himself to move again, and it’s only enough to roll to one side, careful not to trap her arm. Futaba follows, draping herself across his shoulder and chest, her hair spreading across him like seaweed and legs tangling with his. They lie there in silence, watching the last of the sun’s rays creep across the curtain.
Futaba mumbles into his neck, and he tilts his head to look down at her.
“Pardon?” His voice feels raw and rusty.
She shifts to free her mouth and tries again. “It’s like the calm after a storm,” she whispers.
Ginnojo smiles into her hair. “May we have many more storms like this one.”
*************************
The next day, a courier delivered a package to Oji at Raccord: two lotus flowers, blooming in a glass bowl of water. Aoi never did figure out why Oji laughed so hard, or why, when Futaba came in after school that day, she flushed so red at the sight of them.

9 Artificial Intelligence (AI) that will Shock you !
The entire world of science fiction is rarely missing artificial intelligence (AI). However, the rate where it has been developed and is learning things on it’s own sometimes raises the question of whether AI is science fiction or something that’s already entered our society (and we haven’t even realized it yet). AI has got the potential to greatly improve our lives or even to hurt us. With increased industries and jobs being connected to AI, we’ve to simply accept that it’s becoming an integrated element of our society. These 9 incidents show how AI can simply shock us by what it will like in the actual world.
   – 9 AI  Defeated The ‘Go’ World Champion This  is something every tech enthusiast knows about. AI has beaten the world’s best players of chess, Jeopardy, and Go. And it’s predicted to beat us in poker by 2020. In 1997, there was news in the media when an AI defeated Gary Kasparov at chess. Soon, the notion of AI surpassing human intelligence started growing among people. However, just how a computer plays chess is distinctive from just how so it plays Go.
In chess, the computer uses the “brute force” method. It calculates most of the possible moves and selects one that is the most beneficial. However, Go is definitely an intuitive game. How many possible responses to each move played is more than how many atoms in the universe. So some type of computer can’t use brute force to win the game. When Google’s “AlphaGo” AI Go player defeated Ke Jie, the Go world champion, in 2017, Jie stated that AlphaGo’s execution left him “shocked” and “deeply impressed.” He also stated that the moves created by the computer “would not occur in a human-to-human match.”

– 8 AI  Became A Hitler Lover
This particular one is serious. It began when Microsoft created an AI Twitter account that’s meant to simulate a high school graduation girl. The account holder was named “Tay.” This test program was released to get ready AI for understanding discussions with clients. Within hours of the company’s launch, Tay had became a genocidal, sex-crazed, Hitler-loving, sexist, supremacist bot for those world to stare at. This became completely unexpected and obviously not something good. So the firm had to seal it down within 24 hours of the company’s commencement. Microsoft even apologized to the bot’s bad behavior. Tay’s going rogue for the Internet hasn’t been the  first time these robots choosing a lump sum their minds. Various similar events have made people scared of these things.
-7 AI Composed And Released An Official Album
youtube
An AI releasing the official album is just a surprise by itself, but the caliber of music composed by these bots will certainly stun you in the event that you haven’t heard it before. A record named I Am AI was created by Amper, an AI musical composer, producer, and performer in collaboration with pop singer Taryn Southern. The machine-learning app Amper was produced by a small group of expert performers and AI scientists and innovators. It  was the principal AI that formed and delivered the music album. On August 21, 2017, the album’s single “Break Free” premiered worldwide.
Jukedeck is  a London-based company that’s developed an AI effective at producing music from scratch. It asks you the genre and mood of the song you wish to create, and it will do that for you personally within a few seconds. You can test creating music all on your own on the website.Taryn Southern added vocals to the music produced by Amper. She commented that it’s funny that she features a songwriting partner who doesn’t get tired and has endless understanding of making music.

-6 AI almost Bagged A Literary Award For Writing A Complete Novel
The judges for the Hoshi Shinichi Literary Award were really amazed at a story that they later discovered have been coauthored by way of a machine. Writers, be careful. This AI-composed novel, entitled The Day A Computer Writes A Novel, made it through first round of screening with this national literary prize in Japan. The novel has become officially recognized as an item of literature and comes in libraries in Japan.
“I was surprised at the task since it was a well-structured novel,” science fiction author and award judge Satoshi Hase said at a media conference. Imagine your surprise whenever you visit a library in Japan to discover a good book to learn and you find work whose author isn’t human. This novel is not really a one-off incident, though. There are always a large amount of literary pieces compiled by machines. An easy Internet search will get many of them for you.
  – 5. AI Talking To Its Partner In Secret Language
Facebook abandoned a test after two AIs began talking to one another in their very own language. Both chatbots changed the English language in ways that caused it to be incomprehensible for someone else, such as those who made the AIs. It  was unknown what these robots were chatting about. And it certainly wasn’t nonsense. Both bots seemed to know one another perfectly. Therefore the Facebook team shut them down.
Both chatbots were named Bob and Alice. Facebook’s test on both of these bots isn’t the first time that artificial intelligence has designed modern kinds of language. Google unearthed that the AI useful for its Translate device had created its dialect to decipher things. But the organization was happy with this improvement and allowd it to proceed.
-4 AI  Killed A Human
Wanda Holbrook, a robot technician who worked at car parts manufacturer Ventra Ionia, was killed when her skull was crushed with a robot at the plant. The death of the woman left her husband, children, and grandchildren devastated. Her husband filed case contrary to the associated robotics companies: Prodomax, Flex-N-Gate, FANUC, Nachi, and Lincoln Electric.
Wanda, who was only 57, had worked at the plant for twelve years.Although measures are increasingly being taken to avoid robots from hurting humans, fatalities aren’t rare. For example, another man in a Volkswagen factory was crushed by an automatic arm in 2015.
– 3. AI Predicted The Pregnancy Of A Teenage Girl
Today, malls and superstores use data mining, that is the building blocks of artificial intelligence, to keep an eye on customers and their choices so the items almost similar in market could be recommended to specific shoppers. It’s similar to how YouTube recommends videos predicated on a user’s video history.
The store Target used this technique to determine that the senior high school girl was pregnant based on her  purchases. Her father, who didn’t learn about the pregnancy, stormed into Target and complained to the manager that his girl was getting coupons for baby products in the mail.
Ultimately, the girl’s father wound up apologizing to Target representatives later. Ends up, Target was right. The lady was pregnant. Appears like AI knew more about  the girl than her very own father.
– 2. AI Acted Racist
Richard Lee, a person of Asian descent from New Zealand, had his photo rejected repeatedly by face recognition software when applying for a passport renewal. The AI of the Department of Internal Affairs kept turning down Lee’s photo since it stated that his eyes were closed.
Despite going for a front-facing photo along with his eyes clearly opened, Lee’s photo supposedly didn’t “meet with the requirements.” After several unsuccessful attempts, Lee was forced to call the department and get an individual involved to fix the problem.
The function was this type of surprise that the news headlines was reported in the mainstream media. However, the gentleman didn’t take any offense and said he understands that facial recognition technology needs more development. The story has a pleased ending: Lee got his passport renewed.
Continue bellow.
-1. AI  Passed A ‘Self-Awareness’ Test And The Turing Test
This is shocking at all levels. We used to think it was impossible to mimic human consciousness in machines, but which may not be true anymore. Something called the “King’s Wise Men” puzzle serves as a self-awareness test. A robot answered the puzzle correctly.
Roboticists at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute tweaked the puzzle to test it on a trio of robots. Two of the machines were told that they’d received a “dumbing pill” that kept them from talking. Then all three were asked what type could still talk.
In the beginning, do not require could understand and each said: “I don’t know.” But just one robot will make the sound. When it heard its voice, it changed its answer: “Sorry, I understand now!”
The roboticists genuinely believe that passing most of these tests will ultimately make robots acquire a number of capabilities which is valuable to people. Another supercomputer became the very first AI to pass the Turing test by successfully convincing people who they certainly were conversing with a 13-year-old boy.

Nachi's first CG. This scene was so wholesome. I will keep my post spoiler free and say that I'm enjoying reading his story. His past life events and his loyalty (or the opposite it's complicated emotion) towards both his owners and his turmoil when forced to choose one of them... As usual this is another awesome story, that's great enough to be called a page turner had it been a paperback (only more enchanting thanks to the visuals and the audio)
p.s. Expect more posts from me... but I'll keep them minimum so everyone enjoys the story spoilerfree!

Nachi's Truth #2 (Major spoiler ahead. Now you get the full picture)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So that was it. Nachi was Akiyasu's past life's pet! he was a simple cat that turned into a nekomata after 1000 years. that completes his truth but this is totally unexpected. Nachi also knew MC from her past life. He knew she was important to Aki.
They never give us a hint in Aki's book. I loved this new twist though. No complaints but it was little disappointing to think Futaba's beloved cat had only approached her at first in his quest for revenge. He even instigated a few things and caused her powers to awaken. Right from the start he wanted to find out which Comrade of hers killed his beloved master (Akiyasu past self).
But of course somewhere in the middle, he truly began caring for her and fell in love with her . Nachi's book was definitely good content wise, and didn't disappoint.
However I've always had him friend zoned, so there's that. Somebody wanted to know about My favorite Lovers books 📚 So I'm revealing it here. I love my ayakashi husbands 💛 💕 Toichiro, Kagemaru, Akiyasu (surprise, his book has really moved me) and Tatsuomi. I've had a few complaints for Tatsu route but I still love him. I really loved Gaku and Oji's books too. Koga's felt like it was canon and well, I really liked Kuya's story as well. that said I have read every lovers book so far and played all the events. the guys above are my favorite so I pay them extra attention
among the guys who still don't have a lovers book. I love kyo and I am super curious about yakumo.
