I wrote a fic for Pokemon Rejuvenation, and hopefully I will post more stuff relating to it! I legit love Rejuvenation and all of its characters and I am going to try to start posting more fandom stuff because I like making that stuff, and I hope people enjoy seeing that kind of stuff as much as I do. ANYWAY THATS ENOUGH RAMBLES!

The fic is a hurt/comfort fic about my pc having to cope with her trauma because oh my goodness so much stuff happens in this game. Luckily she has a great found family (one of many) that will help her through it!

Adrest is Espeon (Light) Interceptor is Umbreon (Dark/Unknown), and the 6 Souls the other 6 Eeveelutions. (Aevis-Leafeon, Aevia-Sylveon, Aero-Flareon, Alain-Glaceon, Ariana-Vaporeon, Axel-Jolteon)

When most people get an Eevee, they almost immediately decide what to evolve it to. Most people will see the evolutions, but almost never see the Eevee itself.

This is Asopo's Terajuma design. He takes off his rain jacket and puts the black shirt and swimming togs on. The black and pink shirt is meant to be a symbol of mourning over Nancy. The sun on his head starts to bother him so he puts on a strawhat that's not a reference to anything. The blue vest is based off the one that Crawli and the rangers wear. The idea is that he gets it after doing the challenges in Crawli's gym. I found it really funny how everyone kept going on about how Asopo beat Madame X at blacksteeple. He was rather frightened by the big dramatic wanted posters for himself and Melia, but then he wasn't as frightened when he saw that Valerie was a Lapras for some reason. Despite finding that amusing in a bleak sense Asopo felt rather resentful towards team Xen at this point. He had little sympathy for anything members of the group went through until he saw Sharon on Mt. Valour and saw her get pushed to her death. (Even though Saki caught her.)

Hearing Crescent say aloud the awful things he was thinking about team Xen and its members struck a nerve with him. Thinking that it would be best if they all just disapeared and that they deserve the same suffering they inflicted on others. Asopo realised how dark those thoughts were when he saw the reality of it

This arc was when he caught Spiorad the Aevian Froslass. He took a quick liking to Amber and Tesla partly because Amber subconsciously reminded him of Zorina from his previous life. Also because after Tesla offered the room to him he took a couple hours to process it and then cried in the corner for an hour afterwards. He's all about rain but he'd love a sunny day in Terajuma if it's with the two of them.

In general my Asopo lore is just my headcanons and interpretations of Pokemon Rejuvenation's interceptor.

I want Fate to remember her old home before she found herself in Pokemon Rejuvenation’s world and Aevium. Purely for the amount of angst I can put her through.

Her life before Aevium wasn’t bad at all, in fact it was pretty good. She never had parents but she had her older brother, Calamity, who raised her and loved her + all of the other people in her court. She loved to help around and was considered the “kind girl who always tried to help”

Coming to Aevium was a accident but it wasn’t a bad one. She found a mother in Nancy which she never had, she found new friends in Melia, Ren, Venam, Erin, etc, she found mom v2 in Telsa, a sister in Amber and a cousin in Aelita. She found those she can consider family. She doesn’t want to leave them, but she also wants to return to her old home.

But she doesn’t know if she even CAN return to her old home, and even if she could, can she ever return to Aevium? She doesn’t want to leave and abandon either life, she knows her family in her old home are worried about her. But questions like these constantly haunt her across her journey.

also getting rlly meta here with the “being from another world” business.... as in, from the same world as clear and kieran, or in the meta sense that the interceptor is, well, the player? We Are All The Interceptor.

........does everyone just they/them the interceptor because of how incongruent their apppearance is? like... has that “what gender is the interceptor” argument ever happened between characters when we weren’t looking. or is that because the player quite literally Contains Multitudes. or the interceptor is also a separate entity from the player who is nonbinary. is every single character to shy to ask for their pronouns. either way, exquisite.

thinking way way way back, crescent may be aware of the interceptor, since she a) steals their life juice when uhh.. clear killed her right? once. and then impostered her to deceive nim. and b) her picture wall of the player gang together with the “Oh interceptor” speech

and then we STILL have to consider how the world resetting factors into this because it IS the player character / interceptor who did it, and the question remains ALSO of how all the garufa people are throwing a techno party inside the player gang’s collective brain to even make a deal with them. and also presumably but adrest in there. who was adrest again. i remember he was in the lab flashback in the den of souls?? and also the lady who made the eldritch deal was there.

adrest had smth to do with the archetype right,,,, wasn’t he like, same deal as melia kinda?

“being emotional over plot twists i’ve forgotten lore and context for anyway” is an important skill i’ve honed by being a kingdom hearts fan. pokemon rejuvenation is the kingdom hearts of pokemon fangames truly.

hell, we even have alternate universes to go with our time travel! and heart sharing shenanigans! identity crises about your own personhood! nightmare realms! nobody dies for real except when they do! light heart dark heart. i’m 100% serious.

i have over 90 hours in this game. what the fuck. this thing is longer than xenoblade.

BACKSTORY: Born in Phenac City, Iset always wanted to try her hand at a real league challenge. Unova was the closest, but she also wanted the chance to push her limits to their peak. Some days later, just a little bit before she was getting ready to set out for Unova, Iset got a brochure in the mail advertising the gyms and such within the Reborn Region. Blinded by the thrill of a challenge, Iset bought her tickets and made her way straight for the Reborn Region instead...that choice lead to a near constant myriad of trials, misery, and what little triumphs she was given, were either ripped away moments later, or immediately overshadowed by other pressing matters. 

The hardest thing Iset had to face was the many deaths she was forced to witness. Half the time she couldn’t even mourn for those who were lost... As those sorrows weighed down on her shoulders, she figured it best to bottle those feelings away. Whether she liked it or not, this was what needed to be done. And for a time, it did do her well; Atrocities beyond that point rolled on past the young Trainer. It wasn’t until she reached the final hurdle of her journey did the gate she had put up finally come crashing down. In those moments of peace she was given, Iset finally allowed herself to cry hard for everyone that didn’t end up making it. In the end, she threw the Champion battle and left the Reborn Region without a second thought. 

Several years or so later, Iset found herself on yet another boat. This time however she was accompanied with a dear family friend, Nancy, originally, she had intended to explore Aveium on vacation. Maybe, just maaaaybe putting her hand in on the league challenge if she found the time.

....That did not go as planned. The SS Oceana was attacked and sunk by Team Xen. Iset herself only managed to get away thanks to Tesla’s Talonflame. Once on the Pier, Iset explained everything she could to the best of her abilities.
