Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara launches July 27

Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on July 27, publisher and developer Chibig, and developers Talpa Games and Undercoders announced.

In Europe and Asia, physical editions are due out via distributors Tesura Games and Piiki between August and September. Pre-orders are available now.

Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara is an action adventure game where you will sail through a new Mara archipelago, divided into eight worlds.

Several levels with emblematic locations to enjoy in each world, where you will face different obstacles and traps with progressive difficulty to finally challenge the five most famous pirates of the Mara sea.

Fortunately, our dear Napopo, Koa’s best friend, will be with us always ready to help in our backpack. Thanks to Napopo we will have skills and special moves such as the bomb-jump, the jet-jump, the somersault, the ultra-speed, and diving.

The ocean of Mara connects the different islands that we will visit. Thanks to the pirates’ maps we will open new routes and the improvements of our ship will help us to reach every corner of the archipelago.

We will collect lots of seashells along our adventure that we can exchange in Qalis to acquire new items, clothing, or improvements to the city. Step by step we will return the peace and the stolen treasures where they belong.

we named him after robert vaughn’s character in the man from uncle. he is incredibly strong, has the stubbiest limbs, does NOT meow but instead makes amazing little grunting effort noises; he’s got nothing but air between his ears, his favorite thing in the world is to be brushed (he will physically rip your hairbrush from your hand to nuzzle it if he can each it) and his second favorite thing is to be cradled upside down like a lordly little infant (he will throw himself backward in your arms to achieve this); he has the most exaggerated pre-pounce butt wiggle i’ve ever seen, and he is so sweet and cuddly when he’s not trying to fight or gently hump your arm.

Farming adventure game Summer in Mara will launch for Switch and PC via Steam on June 16, developer Chibig Studio announced. A demo is available now for PC via Steam and will launch for Switch in June.

You’ll have your own island, but taking care of something like that is a lot of hard work. You’ll be able to plant trees to get wood, and craft new tools and buildings with different materials. Or you can create crop fields to grow all kinds of vegetables. You’ll also have a farm with chickens and pigs to take care of.

But be careful, because this isn’t as easy as it looks! You’ll also be able to fish in a pond or in open sea,, cut trees with your hatchet, build things with your hammer, and use a hoe to help you harvest your island.

Koa will need your help. With a basic set of skills, she can acquire new abilities and learn from the world that surrounds her. We want you to feel like you’re growing up with Koa, bonding with her and with all the other people in the archipelago.

You’ll be able to sail to new islands and find treasures and other secrets in the middle of the sea with your trusty boat, which you can upgrade with a little effort and time.

With new islands comes new people. You’ll talk and trade with over twenty characters, each one with their own story and lives. They’ll give you quests, hints about the world, or just anecdotes about their experiences and travels. Getting to know them is a significant part of the game, so we put much effort into making them unique and exciting.

But not everyone will be friendly. An evil corporation called Elit wants to conquer Mara and exploit the ocean. Napopo is one of their first victims, a strange creature that will seek Koa for help.
