New idea for joke Life Series:

Proving the Life Series winner soulmate theory right but irl. We make Grian’s wife, Cambam, Karnasas, NettyPlays, CamronJK, and Lizzie do a Life Series (sorry I don’t think Scar has a partner). My bets would be on Lizzie (who obviously has Life Series experience) or Cam (who I’ve seen do a little bit of combat stuff on Misadventures). I know CamronJK plays some Minecraft because they’ve posted builds on Tumblr before but I don’t know about their survival or combat skills. I don’t know if Netty has played any Minecraft recently. Karn plays mostly heavily modded Minecraft so idk how great he is at regular MC, and we have no reference for Grian’s wife’s skill level due to her not having a social media presence.

(To be clear this is a joke and I know this would never happen)

It's a Grian doodle for my lab AU!

No one knows what happened to Grian.

He wasn't always like this, but no one remembers when exactly he changed. He was here one day, laughing and joking with his friends, and the next day he was gone. How long he was gone varies based on who you ask. Jimmy and Pearl say he was only gone for a few days. Bigb says he was gone for two weeks. Martyn claims it was more than a month.

No one else was there to remember the incident, it was a different time then. Martyn still had Netty, Grian still had Taurtis. The lab has changed a lot since then, and many new people were brought into the lab.

When Grian came back, something had clearly changed him. He had burn scars on the backs of his hands, almost like a brand. He barely blinks, he doesn't talk, he just stands there and stares at people. Mumbo and Scar have both tried to get him to talk, but he just looks at them with those purple eyes (had they always been purple? Mumbo hasn't known Grian long enough to remember. He should ask Martyn about it later).

The Watchers ignore him, which is weird because the Watchers don't ignore anyone. Everyone else is in calculated agony, creating food for the Watchers. But they avoid Grian.

The mcyt community is such a small world, like, sure moment to moment people know each other but I’ve been involved in the community for a decade now and I keep reconnecting with people I watched when I was 9.

Like right now I’m enjoying the life series. A member of the life series is Martyn aka Inthelittlewood. Martyn is married to Annette, previously known on yt as NettyPlays, a mcyt I watched play UHShe back in 2015. And Netty’s brother is Stampy, who I’m sure we all watched just about ten years ago now when we were children.

It’s kind of amazing to learn things like that. Some sections of the community seem so closed off but in reality it seems a ton of creators know each other/are genuinely family. At this point I just assume I can make a direct path between every mcyt and every other mcyt just based on who knows each other.
