there's an unused stage/complication for the mission Visiting Hours where Johnny would've flatlined on you - multiple times - and you would've had to resurrect him with shock paddles located all around the hospital. these are Johnny's reaction lines for it. i've always wanted to hear someone ask Boss where they learned to use the paddles and well Johnny actually almost got to do the honors. also i guess he went to hell for a bit there or something

au where matsukawa is a mechanic and hanamaki keeps coming in with obnoxious vehicles like a childrens bike and a tricycle and a parade float and a mailman's van and the mystery machine™ and a tank and a racecar and a golfcart and a dumptruck which was accompanied by a completely impassive, straightfaced stare. eyes boring into matsukawa's. daring him to make a joke.

matsukawa writes them all down on a little list somewhere in the reception and he updates it the second hanamaki leaves. he never speaks about him to his coworkers but whenever he's there they talk only to each other and at length. just a constant stream of talking. matsukawa always fixes whatever issue there is with hanamaki's dubiously acquired vehicles. wordlessly.

are they married or have they just met or did hanamaki spot him on the street and follow him to work and decide this is the only way to seduce him? u pick idk

Happy New Year to all! I am saying this in advance, because I do not want to wait for the New Year to come, that is, on January 1, and therefore I congratulated you all in advance. The boss is sad as always on this day, because he does not feel the New Year's mood. I have the same problem as him. Gat is a little alarmed that the boss is like this on this day when the whole gang is celebrating this holiday. Hopefully, Gat, you'll figure out how to improve this day for him. If you are wondering if everything is okay with the boss's left hand in which he holds a sparkler, then I will tell you that everything is fine with him. He just decided to turn his arm into a skeletal one, because he can do that. This is normal, at least for him. Two versions of art with and without Gat.

It's finally here - the aptly named "The Comeback Kid" represents Marnie Stern's first album in 10 years. Since "The Chronicles of Marnia", Stern has been working as part of Seth Meyers' band, the 8G Band.

Stern (New York, New York) really is in a category all her own. There aren't any people (that I'm aware of) whose guitar work sounds like hers. But the overall vibe of the music does recall bands like Deerhoof, Tamar Aphek or Yonatan Gat.

Joyful Noise Recordings was lucky enough to land Stern for this release.

I've made it clear that in my hc there are a lot of alien attacks that follow the successful invasion of the new planet.

How many of the perpetrators had been sitting on the ship for two years prior to that? Being kept alive there, dreaming their way through pleasant simulations due to Matt and Kinzie's reprogramming, being brought onto their new home, provided with everything they need only for them to be dissatisfied with a human being in charge?

I'm not saying they're wrong for that either. There's literally no reason a human should be in charge of them all apart from that she seems to be doing a pretty good job of it. But I have to consider that from Casey's point of view she's doing her best to do things in a way that's fair to everyone.

Casey admits in 2023 that she's not tired of fighting, but she is tired of running. But I'd be willing to bet she's also really, really tired of feeling betrayed.
