Q: What is your favorite book you read in January?. 📚 In January, I read 14 books total and DNF-ed 3 books. Nobody is more shocked than I am at how much I read! I have no idea how I read 14 books, and got through 50% or more of 3 books before DNF-ing them. That’s a lot of reading! I did read a lot of short novellas and graphic novels this month, which really helped my motivation. 📝 Full wrap up post on the blog now, link in bio. I read a LOT of really good books this month, these are a few favorites:. 💀 If We Were Villains by ML Rio - I saw this book on a lot of Best of 2021 lists and with very good reason. I’m so happy this was my first book of 2022! 💖 Electric Idol by Katee Robert - If you’re looking for a steamy romance with marriage of convenience and enemies to lovers, this is the story for you. 🩸 A Dowry of Blood by S.T. Gibson - This book was….weird, to say the least, but I also loved it? This is the book I didn’t know I needed, but I needed it and I loved it. 📚 What’s your most favorite overrated book or series?? Happy Sunday, Bookworms! Is anyone else not at all ready for the weekend to end? It’s been the perfect weekend to curl up with my books. I love it! 🥰 Are there any books or series that are totally overrated, but you still love them anyways? For me, it’s *The Infernal Devices*. I absolutely know that the series is totally overrated, but it’s one of those series that I’ve loved since I first started reading again, and it will always, always be a favorite for me. I can’t wait to read it again this summer along with Chain of Gold and Chain of Iron before Chain of Thorns is released. 🥰 So what about you guys? I read a LOT as a kid, but I don’t remember many of the books I read, unfortunately. Q: How was your weekend? And, what are you reading this week?? Happy Monday, Bookworms! Did you have a good weekend?? Did you read anything awesome?? Did you get any SNOW?? 🥰 I did have a good weekend, and I got in a pretty good bit of reading, AND we even got a little bit of snow … (That did not stick, but made a mess of our roads.) 🤣 I am SO glad I got some reading done this weekend. This week I am hoping to start my rereads of *Written in the Stars* and *Hang the Moon*, and I can’t wait to dive into these books again. Q: Are there any 2022 Book to Movie/TV adaptations that you’re looking forward to?? Happy Tuesday, Bookworms! How’s your week going so far? Good, I hope! Are there any adaptations coming out this year that you are super excited for? I always get SO excited for adaptations, and then end up never watching them. 😅 For instance, I still haven’t watched *Shadow and Bone* … or *Bridgerton* … and so many more. 🙈 I’m slowly coming to terms with the fact that I’m just not much of a movie/tv person. Q: Do you prefer hardcovers or paperbacks?? Happy Wednesday, Bookworms! Today I’m asking the question that I have the hardest time answering myself... 🤣 Do you prefer hardcovers or paperbacks?? I love both, and both for different reasons. Hardcovers are more durable and look awesome sitting on my bookshelves, but paperbacks are SO much easier to hold, and are also a lot more affordable! (Which means you can buy more books! 😂) I feel like I buy equal amounts of both lately, and sometimes I even buy both for books and series that I really, really love… like the series above! 😅 What about you guys?
