This is about the kid au
If Sara is like babysat by Joe, doesn't that mean that she was the one to get him a date with ryoko. That would be funny

facts about eizan, marui nakiri and ibusaki family pls
Thanks for asking....It was a bit difficult for me to answer but I tried my best (also sorry, I changed the order....I memorised it differently for some reason ovo;;)
The Eizans:
- The Four Horsemen of Apocalypse + Nene //slaps herself
- (I already feel that this will be a challenge to explain...I’ll try my very best to convey what I want to say but uhm, apology in advance if the following just sounds like a scrambled mess) The Eizan-Family has much of a reputation within the culinary world and, well, let’s just say it could be a more positive one. While adulthood, his marriage to Nene and becoming father did make Etsuya less extreme he’s still not exactly a saint. While he did take a step back from dirty tactics and straight up cheating in his business strategies, he’s still ruthless and, you could possibly even say, brutal in his ways using his intellect and understanding of the market to defeat his opponents fairly. Combined with the stigma the Eizan-name had before he even married Nene, Etsuya is regarded as someone that you should think twice about messing with by most. Meanwhile Nene might not be known for destroying people’s businesses, but she still has this frosty, rigid aura that a lot of people consider to be intimidating. She’s known as excellent, and intellectual, chef and her opinion is hold in high regard by a lot of people. Lastly it’s also evident that her three sons massively respect her and that she’s also capable of making her husband shut up with just a simple displeased “Etsuya”. The Eizan-men are not exactly known for hearing out other people much so the fact that this woman is capable of, for the lack of a better word, “tame” these four with just the use of a scowl at times is very respectable and in its own right fearsome to a bunch of people. As a couple, Etsuya and Nene generally make much of a formal and stiff impression in public. They don’t really emit friendly-social-butterfly-energy in my humble opinion and their standoffish, unreadable, strict expressions makes even some of the best conversationalists gulp when approaching them. Then there’s also their sons. While Kei, being the youngest, is not much on people’s radars at this point and is mainly just commonly regarded as “the youngest”, “the third one” etc. Masashi and Shigeo are personalities that a large part of the cooking Elite is pretty aware of. The two stand high in Totsuki’s social hierarchy and are feared by a large part of the students. ALL IN ALL, this is a long way of me saying that the name “Eizan” does send shivers down a few people’s spines and they are considered as very intimidating by many. (God, time to catch my breath)
- Nene might be regarded as the cold ice queen from outside but in private she kinda is the one that holds the family together. While she does have the last say in this household and while she can most definitely be pretty strict, she does still deeply care about the family the most openly and often makes attempts to get them all to spend time together. While not as extreme as other mothers, she can be pretty rather doting towards her sons in her own way. Nene was raised in a clan with long tradition and history after all and while I don’t think she had the most personal relationship with her parents at all, I still think that a clan like that would teach her that family is everything which is why she values it a lot. Also I think, she actually saw them very, very frequently. It’s a contrast to Etsuya, who I believe was raised by two very distant people who were rarely around and when they were they really beat the idea in his head that money is above everything. (This upbringing is what made it hard to him picturing himself as dad when Nene first pitched the idea to him. He does try his best though)
- Etsuya’s aunt just lives a couple blocks away from where the Eizans live. Therefore the Eizan brothers could get there on their own at a certain age. Etsuya’s aunt often watched the kids, if she wasn’t out travelling which she would do a lot in her old age.
- Sometimes Nene and Etsuya were forced to take their children with them to work when Etsuya’s aunt was out of town once again and they couldn’t find a babysitter. Masashi always went with Nene, while Shigeo went with Etsuya. With Kei, they alternated. Nene’s service staff actually really likes Masashi as he’s very respectful and polite with them since they’re adults. They always shower him with praise when he practices his cooking. Meanwhile Shigeo is commonly regarded as brat by Etsuya’s employees but of course no one would say that out loud. Sometimes Etsuya would order one of his workers to look after Shigeo and entertain him for a bit. This task is feared because Shigeo is hell to babysit. He does what he wants and thanks to his cleverness he often manages to run off, so he can wander around the company and do his own thing. This makes the employee tasked to look after him look pretty bad in the eyes of the Boss.
- Etsuya is the one who spoils everyone. He does really want his family to be treated to the finest things in life and he makes sure of that. Nene is more practical in her spendings and not as quick to buy something for her sons as Etsuya is.
The Nakiris (This will be centered around RyoAli-Family since in my, uhm, ✨universe✨ they’re the ones that mainly go by Nakiri. I hope they are what you meant, anon)
- The apex of Japan’s culinary landscape and widely recognised in every other place of the world as well. The Nakiris are heavily respected and cherished within the industry, as they’ve always been. Their opinion is hold in very high regard. The strive to impress Nakiri Alice, the headmistress of Totsuki, specifically inspires a lot of Avantgarde dishes to be created. There’s no denying that the Nakiris are practically equal to royalty within the culinary world.
- Alice is the heart of the family. While her side of the family had always been more chill and wholesome, she still saw (and was pulled into) the drama that the rest of her family loved to cause. She does not want any of that no more now that she’s the head honcho of the Nakiri clan. Alice really puts effort into keeping the family together even if her pride keeps her from admitting this out loud.
- Alice’s and Ryo’s love to measure each other in cook-offs has gone down to their two twin-children as well, who love to face-off against each other, their Yukihira-cousins and even their parents. The competition between family-members is to both Nakiri-twins a friendly one. Even the extremely battle-heartened Lola feels so.
- The Nakiris are the hosts of an annual summer ball that takes place in their mansion at a set date each and every year. Describing said ball as an important, fancy event would be an understatement. It’s a truly grandiose and massive festive with a lot of elegance to it. Wether you’re invited to it or not can definitely be used as a factor to determine how high you stand in the culinary industry. Alice really has fun planning it each and every year. Ryo helps her out whenever he can while also Leonora gives a lot of suggestions over a video call.
- Ryo, Alice, Lola and Mona as family are honestly pretty wholesome. They don’t have a lot of fights, stick together and while Alice and Ryo are damn busy they still never fail to reserve some of their time for their family.
The Ibusakis
- The Ibusakis are pretty peaceful and, except for Kasumi Ibusaki as time goes on, they don’t get into trouble too easy.
- They live very close to a forest and since the two Ibusakis partly grew up in said forest both of them developed a very strong affinity for nature. Yasu in particular does not desire a life in the big city at all. It’s too loud, too crowded and also too polluted for him there.
- Ryoko is the one that needs breaks from their idyllic, quiet life the most. This leads to her occasionally hosting a few get-togethers. They’re not the most fancy thing out there but since it’s Ryoko doing the planning they still do have style but also a warm, light-hearted atmosphere. And of course, sake. People love to attend these and social butterfly Ryoko never runs out of people to invite. Shun meanwhile is not a very big fan of his house being invaded, but given how much fun his wife has he grits his teeth together and pull through the night. His daughter Kasumi is in strong agreement with him.
- Ryoko and Shun have a bit of a differing opinions on where to vacation as well. Ryoko mainly enjoys city-trips and all of its sightseeing and the exploration of a different culture. Meanwhile Shun just wants mountains. Nothing but mountains. The two were never prone to argue much though and are good at making compromises. So Ryoko and Shun alternate each year of who gets to choose the travel spot. So one summer it’s Barcelona for the Ibusakis and the next one’s its a hiking trip once again.
- One source of drama in the usually so peaceful Ibusaki-Family is Shun’s father. He does not have the best relationship to him as he felt that he was never really there for him. Shun’s dad in his old age does realise though how distant he had been all this time to his son. So he wants to try to be a good grandfather to his grandchildren at least. However there is the fact that Shun has not fully forgiven him yet.
The Maruis
- In comparison to the Ibusakis, the Maruis are more lively. There’s a lot more bickering going on in this household and people also often point out that the Maruis have an insanely quick pace to their conversation.
- Yuki enjoys throwing some parties (or going to some) even more than Ryoko. She’ll host a party in the Marui’s apartment every two months or so. But even more she attends parties of others and since she lives in Tokyo and has quite a large number of contacts she barely ever runs out of them. Sometimes she drags Zenji with her and lets one of her brothers watch the kids or, if it’s on weekend night and the host said there’s other children on the party as well, takes them with her as well.
- Yuki has a pretty good relationship with the rest of the Maruis as all of them adore her sunny, jolly personality while also appreciating how visibly happy she makes Zenji. Zenji also gets along fine with the Yoshinos (even if they can be a little exhausting at times). And this ultimately allows the two Marui-siblings to grow pretty close to both sides of the family.
- Yuki plans most of the family activities. She is not a big fan of spending the weekend merely at home. Here and there, Zenji wants to go somewhere though. And usually it’s just this or that new exhibition in this or that museum. Chieko prefers Zenji’s ideas for the most part, while Takahiro LARGELY prefers Yuki’s. He does not like most museums because you have to be all quiet.
- Ever since Yuki knew she’d get a daughter, she had been excited for the day where her daughter would start engaging into romance. Yuki has always been super excited about the idea of Chieko getting a boyfriend someday. She watched A TON of romance movies with Chieko in preparation basically and once Chieko’s on Totsuki she also keeps asking wether there’s any good-looking boys close. What she would have never expected is Etsuya Eizan’s and Nene Kinokuni’s second son to become Chieko’s major suitor and she does not know in the slightest how she should feel about this. Zenji meanwhile has never been the largest fan of his baby-girl getting a boyfriend to begin with and he knows very well how he feels about Shigeo Eizan: Dangerzone. Most of Chieko’s circle (her own family, but also the Ibusakis and also her friend-group) views the ShigeChi-situation as a Red Riding Hood/Big Bad Wolf kind of thing in one way or the other and a lot of them make it no secret. Once Junpei Miyazato appears on the scene both Yuki and Zenji actually make an effort to practically “market” him to Chieko as they’d both, at this point at least, prefer to see their little baby with him. Little Takahiro though meanwhile sees that there’s no guy that has quite the same effect on Chieko as Shigeo has.

Symphogear, EP. 6
Last Time on Grand Theft Auto:
Tsubasa recovers from the world’s gayest coma as Hibiki trains her mind while putting aside such silly concepts as “the love of my life” and “literally being with my girlfriend.” After cooling Miku’s paranoia with her brand new washboard abs, Genjuro prepares the team for a pizza run across the city to deliver a dangerously hot pizza pie named Durandal. Chaos emerges as the delivery is intercepted by a rival pizza gang, lead by the nefarious Gremlin known as Yukine Chris. But, before the pizza could be claimed, dedicated pizza deliverywoman Hibiki not only steals it back, but eats it, harnessing the power of the pizza and unleashing cheesy pasta based chaos around the location.
Ryoko is so into it that she taps into her superpowers and protects Hibiki after she passes out. The delivery is considered a failure, and no tip is given.
And so, the journey continues...
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, in this weird, tricked out mansion...
Tumblr media
Chris meditates on some water metaphors of her own.
Tumblr media
“that pacman colored freak took only touching it to activate a cheap ass french sword that gave her weird demon powers and its taken me YEARS to use this dumb stripper outfit and the funny cane that goes with it, what the FUCK man, what even is my life”
Tumblr media
“maybe... maybe honeybaked hams ARE that powerful...”
Tumblr media
“NO! turkey is the superior meat! it’s healthier, lower in fat, and way more tasty! fuck you! i’ll get my goddamned revenge!”
Tumblr media
Chris begins musing about Fine’s motivations to capture Hibiki; during these, we’re treated to some brief image flashbacks of Chris’s life.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Suddenly, those jokes about food are a lot less funny.
Tumblr media
It doesn’t take a genius to put two and two together as to why this young woman is helping a strange nudist dominatrix spread alien terror across the city of mumblednoises, Japan. She doesn’t really have many an option on the table. It’s either help the weird kinkster with her plans, or die.
Tumblr media
Despite everything, she has a high opinion of Fine, for the same reasons someone might have a high opinion of a television show if it were the only show they were ever exposed to. She is deeply afraid of being alone again, because she has lived through such misery that the very thought of existing out in the cold again terrifies the shit out of her.
The Sun rises casually amidst Chris’s thoughts.
Tumblr media
“ah shit. it just hit me. i literally have spent the entire night standing here instead of actually going the fuck to sleep. goddamnit.”
On such a devious metaphorical twist, Fine stands behind her as the Sun rises.
Tumblr media
“yeah, jokes on you. i couldnt sleep for shit either. turns out, all nude, no blankets? in japan? real bad idea.”
Tumblr media
“thats why i decided to GO GOTH, babey! whattaya think? do i give those witchy vibes, huh? real ‘black magic woman’ santana hours? feeling cute, gonna head out with the girls and summon satan in the woods kinda aesthetic looking shit? come on, be real with me. does this not look baller?”
Tumblr media
“you look like morticia decided to go to the grocery store to buy some wonder bread, but other than that, its a step up from your usual pussy out attitude, so sure”
Tumblr media
“you know i decided to get some brain cells on loan from Brain Cells R Us, and ive been thinking this solomon cane stuff is solomon lame. i dont need this dumb oversized harry potter cosplay prop to get shit done. also, murder is... sorta bad? im still trying to get the brain cell stuff down.”
Tumblr media
“i can punch just as good as goody two shoes if not better.”
Tumblr media
“lol go do it then champ, im gonna go cut down a forest of trees now”
Tumblr media
And so, they both just kinda... stand there.
Tumblr media
“QUACK, NEXT SCENE, QUACK”
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, Tsubasa is rapidly trying to rehabilitate herself from her wounds like walking like a madman, her IV drip presumably filled with Taco Bell brand Doritos Locos Tacos super spicy nacho cheese. Taco Bell: Live Mas.
Tumblr media
“im gonna clear every fucking taco bell in your goddamned memory, kanade”
Tumblr media
“think outside the bun! wait, what? that was a taco bell slogan? ah fuck it, im dead. what nerd’s gonna try and correct me?”
Tumblr media
“i would, kanade. i am that nerd.”
Tsubasa is hell bent to try and understand Kanade’s simple philosophy of helping others selflessly. Unfortunately, when Kanade died, she took all the brain cells between them in the process, so coming to this epiphany is a work in progress.
Tumblr media
“listen its a fucking miracle you are 1. alive and 2. able to have your blood run on the garbage melted plastic taco bell tries to dupe people into believing is cheese so why dont you just lie down and think of better franchises to eat from”
Tumblr media
“no! you dont understand! taco bell is a franchise of the PEOPLE! their meals are cheap and filling and- and the chicken quesadillas are of good quality for their price! i promised kanade- my vow to the death. taco bell... ergh... now and forever... i-”
Tumblr media
“wait. my gay senses are tingling.”
Tumblr media
It’s Hibiki, probably running track with Miku.
Tumblr media
“oh yeah... her... i should probably apologize to her. about trying to kill her. and then letting her almost be kidnapped. and just giving her a general hard time about something that wasn’t explained to her in the slightest for months. she’s a good bean.”
Tsubasa proceeds to never canonically apologize to Hibiki throughout the entirety of all 4 seasons of Symphogear.
Tumblr media
Look at em run. See, it’s a metaphor, because they haven’t communicated yet and they’re running from their problems! But they’re running towards Tsubasa, who is part of the representative problem these two share! Clearly literary genius.
It’s like someone went halfway into writing an NTR plotline and went “maybe this isn’t a good idea to market our songs on.”
Tumblr media
Hibiki is still thinking about her Hellshake Yano moment with Durandal. Mainly how she nearly killed someone with it. Hibiki is very starkly in the “killing is bad, and wrong” camp of morality, a trait currently unique to her that she’ll wind up teaching literally everyone else she meets one way or another.
Tumblr media
Some could argue the L stands for Lydian, and they’re wrong. It stands for Lesbian.
Tumblr media
“that was one hell of a run, hibiki! im pooped! why dont we go to the locker room and call it a day, have a nice shower and just get some dinn-”
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“this is the last straw.
i clean your plates. i cook your food. we eat, shit, shower, and sleep in the same FUCKING area, and this is how you repay me? huh? you think being your wife is easy shit, hibiki? half the damn time you’re running off like clark kent having food poisoning and the other half ive gotta babysit you, the emotional equivalent of a preteen clown, to make sure your life doesn’t self destruct harder than Atlantis sinking into the ocean. im done! i am DONE. im reopening my tinder, im slamming my ass BACK into okcupid, and im gonna date some CUTE ACADEMY GIRLS that treat me BETTER than this ABSOLUTE BETRAYAL OF HEART AND IM NOT CRYING I SWEAR ITS JUST THE SWEAT IN MY EYES AND HIBIKI HOW COULD YOU-”
Tumblr media
“oh yeah, sure! hey, lemme just do a few more laps, ive just been feeling judgmental about myself and my figure, you know? gotta push myself further...”
Tumblr media
“o-oh yeah, sure. no worries, ill wait for you. love you too, hibiki...”
The girls bathe together, as good friends typically do.
Tumblr media
“hey you ever notice the showers here have like, weird psuedo-luxurious minipools to bathe in? like, how rich is this school?”
Tumblr media
“whoever made this place is either rich or a pervert. or both, probably!”
Tumblr media
Miku remarks that Hibiki has changed since she’s entered Lydian, in a manner most unheterosexual.
Tumblr media
“oh FUCK you really DO have washboard abs now! ohhh my god.”
Tumblr media
“damn, those abs were heavenly. let’s get pancakes later.”
I won’t screenshot it but something to note is that they actually wear each other’s corresponding underwear colors (or even, if you want to examine more closely, each other’s underwear). Here’s an equivalent scene to give you the mental image.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is the face of someone who knows what they want and already have it. Such is the power of Kohinata Miku.
Meanwhile, Genjuro comes back from the funeral of the guy the Americans filled violently and with impunity.
Tumblr media
“yo that all black look looks baller. i should borrow that look... id look pretty gothy in it.”
Tumblr media
“ryoko i sympathize with your sharp, fashionista eye but this was for a funeral, i was paying my respects to the dead. thats the usual dress code.”
Tumblr media
“didnt know they updated that. i remember back in my day, we just went in white garments and chanted in latin!”
Tumblr media
“shit was fire. literally. lots of funeral pyres.”
Tumblr media
“lmao ryoko buddy your larping sessions arent actual history”
Tumblr media
“hey dont shit on larping around me. i used to be a professional larper while i was majoring in acting. helped really sell my career when i had to pretend to slay the Dark Lord Jyarloen atop the mountain of skulls in Hargobor after my family was killed by the Dark Army. asshole.”
Tumblr media
“haha yeah, larping, thats cool yeah, i do that
i...
i larp.”
Tumblr media
“oh yeah? you wanna join my larping session sometime then? we’re gonna do an ancient babylon plot thats inspired by some anime, itll be fun”
Tumblr media
“.....................................im super into realism.”
Tumblr media
“i know im dressed for a funeral but id like to not part ways with my dignity yet. besides, we’ve got serious shit to talk about. basically, we’re on the verge of getting shitcanned.”
As it turns out, the death of this politician removed the last obstacle of opposition to maintain the 2nd Division, as the average criticism against the 2nd Division is “why are we funding this mystery division when we don’t know what they do”. Of course, the sensible idea for an organization that defeats the Noise is to declassify it, given people of different jobs and positions have physically seen the Symphogear in action, but you know. “Oh no, the other governments will come after us” stick gets shaken.
Tumblr media
“im in a union. i know my rights. you’re not taking my acting job here away from me.”
Tumblr media
“im not going back to be a preschool teacher. its been ten year. the bites on my ankles still havent healed...”
Tumblr media
“yeah man, shit sucks ass. i cant fund my adoption habits if im fired.”
Tumblr media
Look at these cinematic parallels. Symphogear truly is a franchise made by someone living in 3030.
Tumblr media
“worst part is the new minister is super into america. he’s a... westaboo.”
Tumblr media
“a westaboo?”
Tumblr media
“westaboo?”
Tumblr media
“did he just unironically say westaboo”
Tumblr media
“he said westaboo. oh my god. this is the hell timeline.”
Tumblr media
“i mean people kept calling me that for worshipping all these fighting flicks so i guess it fit? i dont see the problem here”
Meanwhile, in Lydian Academy...
Tumblr media
“so it hit me, right? we’re ALL girls. and we ALL sing. now, humor me a moment. what if... what if we’ve all been recruited to potentially be superheroes... through our singing? like, there’s no coincidence that all this shit happens around us, right? and a famous singer LIVES here? i saw the black cars outside! weird shit is happening here- im not even gonna eat the all you can eat bar anymore!”
“kathy there is literally no such thing as superheroes who sing. this place is more likely to be a organ harvesting op than whatever madness you’re saying”
Tumblr media
“what? you need me, a singing superhero, to go stop a problem happening underneath the school, a location meant to recruit young women into potentially becoming fellow crime fighting singers?”
Tumblr media
“yeah im too busy poppin’ caps in asses so go kick ass in my place”
Tumblr media
“sure!”
Tumblr media
“.....................................who ya talkin to, hibiki?”
Tumblr media
“the boss! gotta go do a thing again...”
Tumblr media
“hibiki, i dont like the fact that capitalism is tearing us apart.”
Tumblr media
“you’ve gotta join me in the revolution, hibiki. you. me. luxury automated gay space communism. aint it the dream? share my vision, hibiki. its glorious.”
Tumblr media
“n... no...? no gay space communism today? well, what about tomorrow? or the next day? or... maybe the next day? baby steps, you say? but, direction action, hibiki! we’ve gotta strike now!”
Tumblr media
“it’s okay hibiki. when i take over the world and destroy all first world government leaders, and unite the globe in my encompassing reign and love... ill make sure to spare you, and be my bride to be.”
Tumblr media
“thanks miku. im just not ready yet for the globe to burn in an unending ball of fire as the continents fuse into a new utopia composed of our combined wills. also, ive really gotta go, its genuinely an emergency.”
Tumblr media
“for the cause!”
Tumblr media
“yes hibiki... for the cause...”
Admittedly, you can see the stages of grief Miku goes through when she sees Hibiki say she can’t join her for pancakes. It’s sad. This side story sucks.
Meanwhile, as it turns out, the problem Hibiki needed to resolve was checking on Tsubasa to see if she hadn’t dissolved into Taco Bell brand hot n’ spicy Tabasco sauce.
Tumblr media
“god, cant believe taco bell was closed. now i gotta deliver these lame ass flowers”
Tumblr media
“cant wait to get threatened again. wonder what she’ll say. ‘hibiki, i should have killed you when i had the chance.’ or ‘you’re so goddamned weak. i could break your spine with my fingernail’, or some other stuff about metaphors. oh, my stops here”
Tumblr media
“HEY BITCH WHATS GOOD-”
Tumblr media
“HOLY SHIT”
Tumblr media
“you are already”
Tumblr media
“dead.”

A New Hope- October 31st
//All of this takes place after the current arc, just as an fyi
*Naomi is sitting in the bed at the fourth branch, hugging her baby. She… kind of kicked Karma out earlier, but now he was waiting for her fiancé to return to see their child. * Karma: *they knock on the door* N-Naomi? Naomi: come in, love! *She is smiling widely now*. Karma: *they carefully open the door and step inside, pausing when they see the baby in Naomi’s arms* Naomi: Look, we made a baby! Karma: I- yeah. Naomi: Come over and hold her. Karma: Am- can I? Naomi: I don’t know if you noticed, but she’s half yours. *Naomi hands the baby over.*
Karma: *they look a bit anxious* What if I hurt her? She’s so small and…. weak. Naomi: I trust you that you won’t. Just be careful and it’d be okay… do you wanna sit down? Karma: Sure…. *they take a seat on the edge of the bed* *Naomi gives Karma the baby, showing them how to hold her properly. *  Naomi: isn’t she beautiful? Karma: I mean…. beautiful for a baby I suppose? Naomi: * absolutely ignoring that ‘for a baby’ comment* She’s gonna be adorable. * the baby shuffles a little in Karma’s hands.* Karma: Fuck fuck fuck fuck I did something wrong I upset her Naomi: calm down, love. She’s just walking up. *Naomi looks at both of them * It’s okay. Karma: ……….. Naomi: what are you afraid off, love? Karma: I don’t know. Naomi: Come closer, please? And if you really don’t want to hold her, I will. Karma: *they scooch closer* *Naomi cuddles them. * Naomi: It’s going to be okay, you know. Karma: Yeah…. Naomi: So what’s wrong?  *The baby starts crying, and Naomi takes her and rooks her until she calms.* Karma: Scared. Dunno why. Naomi: It makes sense, It’s a big change. The only reason I’m not freaking out is that I have practice in calming babies. Karma: Do you? Naomi: I grew up in a pretty small village and was one of the older kids. I did my share of babysitting. Naomi: doesn’t mean I’m good with kids, though. Just that I know how to stop them from screaming. Karma: I bet you’re at least okay with them. Naomi: …I’m pretty sure the last one I talked to hates me. Karma: He’ll come around. He just needs time. Naomi: I hope you are right. He seems to like you, at least. Karma: Does he? Naomi: I think so, at least. * she turns to the baby. * Have you decided if you want a middle name? We don’t usually do it here, but I think you do? Karma: We do. I even have one. * Naomi blinks.*  Naomi: You do? I don’t think I know that. Karma: I don’t really tell people. Naomi: Just if you wanna. But you haven’t answered my question. Karma: Oh. Yeah sure we can give a middle name. Mine’s Joan. It was mom’s name. Karma: Graves isn’t my real last name either. Just picked it because it sounds cool. But yeah. Middle name. Naomi: We- Jewish we, not Japanese this time- don’t name people after the living. But… Madoka Joan? Or do you have another idea? Karma: Madoka Joan sounds nice. Naomi: Madoka Joan Graves…. Madoka Joan Kizakura Graves… I like it. Let’s see how long it takes until you can say it all, sweetie. * She giggled, looking at her baby.* Karma: …… do you think she’ll like me? Naomi: …Why wouldn’t she? Karma: I dunno. Naomi: You are their parent, and you are wonderful. Don’t forget it. Karma: *they smile softly* Thank you. Naomi: No problem~ Karma: *they hug Madoka close* Naomi: see? it’s not that bad. Karma: I suppose you’re right. * Naomi laughs.*  Naomi: what else is new. Karma: *they laugh as well* *Naomi kisses Karma. * Naomi: we should probably let other people see her. I wanna show off! Karma: Yeah…. yeah we should. Naomi: wanna call your dad? Karma: Yeah. Sure. —– *Naomi sits on the bed, Karma near her, holding the baby.* Naomi: Do you want to meet her, Nakamura? Kyoji: Sure, I… She’s so small Naomi: Well, yeah. She had to come out of me. It’d hurt even more if she was bigger. Karma: She’s a baby. Kyoji: Well, yeah, but… I never really got to see Ryoko like this Naomi: …it’d have been really odd if you were. Naomi: Do you want to introduce her, love? Karma: Uh… sure. This is Madoka Joan Kizakura Graves. She’s…. a spawn of Naomi and myself. Kyoji: Really now? I never would’ve guessed. Hey there, Madoka Karma: Hurr durr durr. Naomi: Yeah, I think maybe the spawn part can be omitted, love. *She takes Madoka from Karma carefully, offering her to Kyoji. * *He carefully takes her* Kyoji: Let’s get a look at you. Yep, you look like your mother, but you’ve got Karma’s eyes too. I can see some of your grand-uncle in here as well. Don’t you think about delving into alcoholism, got it? That’s a terrible habit. Naomi: Yeah. No Alcohol for you, kiddo. Karma: She doesn’t know what alcohol is. Naomi: let us keep it like that. Kyoji: Agreed. And I have to say, I’m impressed.  Even with all this pollution, nuclear fallout, and ozone depletion, you’ve got yourselves a perfectly healthy baby. Naomi: wasn’t easy. But… it’d be okay, right? she’ll stay healthy? Kyoji: Depends on whether or not we can fix this global situation Naomi: all the more reason to work hard on it. Kyoji: Yep. Sorry you won’t get to see the old world, Madoka. But we’ll make sure you don’t have to grow up in a ruined husk of a planet. Karma: ……. Kyoji: We can’t fix everything that’s been lost. But we can make things better. And I think you’ve both made the right choice here. Naomi: at least that. Kyoji: Every victory is important, no matter how small it might be Karma: I think some people judge us. Kyoji: Some people believe the Earth is flat and some people think Enoshima is right. Doesn’t mean a damn thing Naomi: Yeah, humanity is kind of stupid. Kyoji: I wouldn’t say that. Ignorance and stupidity are different things. And it’s going to be up to people like us to enlighten them. You know, Madoka might be luckier than us in a few ways. She has a family who cares about her. Karma: How so? Kyoji: Something I know at least two of us needed growing up * Naomi gives out somewhat of a sad smile, but doesn’t say anything. Her parents should’ve been there, at this moment, holding her daughter.* Kyoji: She won’t have to worry about that god-forsaken academy Naomi: you won’t need anyone to validate your talents, would you? * she speaks to the baby, of course * Karma: Yeah…. Kyoji: No, but Ultimate lines can be hereditary. Which also means she could inherit some talent from both of you. Oh…for example, Madoka has now claimed my finger. Yep…yep, you got Karma’s grip too… * Naomi laughs* Kyoji: Release my finger, child Naomi: I think you might just have to say goodbye to your finger. Kyoji: But I need that. For science! Karma: Nope. Not anymore. Kyoji: Madoka, that’s…I need that, please. Release meee Naomi: I don’t feel like getting up, but move closer and I’ll do my best to fix that. Kyoji: Please press the release button on the child Naomi: the release button is lifting her fingers, I think the book said she should be too weak to actually grab things for a while. Kyoji: Well, she has Karma’s genes Karma: …. *they walk over next to Kyoji and open Madoka’s fingers* Kyoji: Freedom! Thank you. Karma: Mhm. Kyoji: …Alright, so, it just occurred to me how strange our family situation is here. You two are Madoka’s parents, Kizakura-san is her great uncle, I am technically her grandfather, which means Ryoko is technically her aunt, so therefore Mukuro is also her aunt? Karma: ………. aaaaand Junko apparently. Kyoji: We do not speak of her here. Naomi: This is kind amusing, though. Kyoji: Perhaps… Perhaps Madoka is the one who shall restore balance to our world …although, even if that were true, I’d rather we not have to wait for her to grow up for that to happen Karma: True. Naomi: Are we going to quote Avatar now, or…? Kyoji: I feel a more pressing question is… Do you two have a cradle for her? Or a crib? Whatever it’s called Karma: I…. don’t know. Kyoji: That should be corrected as soon as possible. Naomi: Yeah. Kyoji: And also a mobile, And baby clothes Naomi: I asked for clothes. We have a bit, at least. Kyoji: That’s good. You also have me as your local pediatrician Naomi: Yes. Yes we do. Karma: We do. Kyoji: *He smiles* It’s been a long time since I’ve had something like this. Naomi: what kind of something? Because it can mean many things in this context. Kyoji: A family. Karma: …. yeah. Naomi: …but you had each other? And Ootonashi-san? Kyoji: Of course. That’s what I mean. Before all this, all I had was my mom. And she’s been gone for a long time now. Karma: I didn’t really have anyone. This is nice. * Naomi kisses Karma’s cheek* Karma:  *they smile* — *Naomi is cuddling both Madoka and Karma, smiling when she hears a knock.* Naomi: Come on in! Junpei: *He, Koichi, and Orochi are let in by Hiroko* Hey, we heard it was okay to see you now. Karma: Hey! Naomi: Yep. *She holds Madoka forward. * Naomi: Look, a baby! That came from me. Karma: I helped. Orochi: Well, if it didn’t come from you, I would have questioned the last nine months. Koichi: Can’t believe this is really happening *Tips his hat down* Naomi: I can’t either. Meet Madoka Joan Kizakura-Graves… Wow it is actually a mouthful. Your niece… or grandniece, depends who of you. Koichi: A grandniece, huh…suddenly I feel a lot older than I actually am. Karma: Well…. we ARE quite young. Naomi: And you are younger then dad, so… it makes sense, I guess. Orochi: And she’s fine too? Nothing wrong genetically or anything? Naomi: Nakamura said no. I guess we were lucky. Karma: Really lucky. Junpei: That’s good…I can’t believe it though. An actual baby in a place like this… Naomi: You’ll have to get used to it, because neither of us are going anywhere. Right, 'doka? *The baby obviously doesn’t respond * Orochi: *He rests his head on top of Junpei’s* …I kind of wish we had baby. Junpei: Okay! We’re still learning how to raise Masaru, so let’s not think about that right now… Karma: Do you think Masaru would like Madoka? Naomi: Now? I don’t know. When she’s old enough to play with a ball… Orochi: Oh, as soon as she can kick a ball they’ll be best friends Naomi: Maybe you’ll figure a way to give her another cousin by then. Karma: Oh shit. Junpei: Again! We’re definitely not ready for a baby! Doesn’t help that the kid we have right now will be taller than me as soon as he hits his growth spurt. Karma: RIP Naomi: *she nods her head * being short sucks. Junpei: …*Pouts* It’s true but you shouldn’t say it… Orochi: You’re just the right height, don’t worry. Koichi: So, what did they say to you after the birth? Is she okay to go to the dorms with you two? Naomi: Yeah, I just want it to not hurt when I stand first. Speaking of which… Any idea from where I could get a crib? and maybe a sling? Koichi: Ah…I’ll convince Izayoi-kun to make a crib. Not sure about a sling. Karma: ….. Tailor maybe? Naomi: Yeah, this sounds right… Wasn’t he your classmate, Orochi-kun? Orochi: Muro-kun? Yeah, I’ll see if he can make one. Naomi: Thank you. Naomi: Anyone wants to hold her? Orochi: I think it would be best for Kizakura-kun to hold him first. Koichi: R-right… *Naomi hands Madoka carefully. * Koichi: *He holds her carefully, taking the seat next to the bed* …heh, she’s got your nose. Naomi: She really does look like me? *She didn’t see it. Then, again, she didn’t see herself much. * Karma: She does. Koichi: She’s got some of your feature, yeah. Kind of reminds when you were born. *Naomi blushes * Karma: D'awww. Junpei: *….Smiles slightly* (Maybe a kid wouldn’t be so bad…) Naomi: So where is your kid hiding, anyways? Orochi: He’s went to the gym to play basketball with Jataro-kun. Naomi: …He got Jataro-kun to play basketball? Impressive. Karma: I’m sure he’s glad his friend is here. Junpei: Yeah, he seems a lot happier. It just have been lonely without other kids around. Naomi: Yeah… It can’t be healthy to be the only one your age around. * She looks at Madoka. * We’ll figure something out for you when you grow older. Orochi: Who knows? Kurohiko-kun has been getting close to Asano-chan and Hokama-chan. Naomi: yes, but I don’t think it’d go so quickly. Have you met… two thirds of them, really? Orochi: Yeah, Hokama-chan is almost literally an animal. Weird relationship she has with those two. Naomi: This is not what I meant and don’t be mean. Karma: Oof. Orochi: I’m kidding, I’m kidding Naomi: Good. Karma: You suuure? Orochi: Yes I’m sure Naomi: Improvement. Karma: I’ll say. Naomi: One of you two wants to hold her? Orochi: Yo-chan? Junpei: M-me? I d-dunno… Naomi: It’s not hard. Junpei: W… Well… Alright then *Naomi takes the baby from her uncle, moving her to Junpei and showing him to hold her correctly. * Junpei: *He looks nervous as he hold her carefully in his arms* Naomi: You are not going to hurt her. Karma: If I can do it so can you. Junpei: R-right… Orochi: Don’t worry, you’re doing fine. Just relax… Naomi: she can’t eat you. Orochi: Not yet. Junpei: Shush, you. Naomi: But you provide us with so much materiel. Junpei: Good to know I’m so entertaining for you all… * Naomi is rolling her eyes at him. * Karma: Take it as a compliment, Junpei. Orochi: So serious all the time… Junpei: Someone has to be. You wanna hold her? Orochi: Ah, well…I think I’ll pass. Naomi: She won’t bite you either. Orochi: E-even so- Junpei: He’s scared to hold her. Karma: Oh c’mon now. Naomi: Yeah, I am with Karma on this one. Orochi: B-but…wh-what if I drop her, I don’t r-really trust myself much * Naomi folds her legs, leaving clear space in the end of the bed. * Naomi: sit. Orochi: O…okay…*He sits down* Naomi: good. Now, if you don’t mind, Junpei-kun? Junpei: Here, you’ll be fine…*He carefully hands her to Orochi* Orochi: O-okay…*He looks really nervous when he takes her* Naomi: There you go. It’s okay. Orochi: Y-yep! Totally f-fine… Naomi: Do you want to hand her back? Orochi: Y-yes… *Naomi takes her baby back. * Naomi: Oh, you are awake. I was wondering. Koichi: To be fair, your friends aren’t the quietest. Naomi: Also that. Karma: I’m not so quiet either. Naomi: I don’t think she minds. Calm down, love. Orochi: Whose eyes did she get? Yours or Karma-chan’s? *Naomi uses her finger to point to Karma. * Naomi: Which means I’m lucky, because I have three pretty green eyes in my life. Karma: Aha…. yeah. — Karma:*they grab Sly’s hand and start dragging him back the direction they came from* Sly: What’re you doing?! Where are we going?! Karma: To see Madoka! Sly: Couldn’t this have waited? Karma: Nope. Sly: *He lets out a sigh* Fine…… you can let go of my hand now. I can walk. Karma: Can you? Sly: I would think so. Karma: I think I’ll keep holding your hand. I don’t trust you. *when they finally get to the room, Naomi is feeding Madoka from a bottle and raising her eyes to them. *ראש הטופס

Naomi: …did Karma drag you here? Sly: Is that even a question? Karma: I’m still holding his hand, see? they raise Sly’s hand in their own Naomi: Yeah, I noticed. I think you can let him go now, though. Sly: Would be appreciated. Naomi: …block he door, though, he might run for it. Karma: *they let go of Sly’s hand and quickly go to block the door* Sly: …..That’s really not necessary. You got me here, so now what. Karma: Go see Madoka. *Naomi separates the baby from the bottle. *  Naomi: There you go… Here, meet Madoka Joan, Sly. Karma: I’ve just decided your her uncle so now you HAVE to see her. Naomi: I support this notion. Sly: *He rolls his eyes* I don’t think that’s how it works. *He takes a step towards Naomi and Madoka* …… Hey there. Naomi: you can hold her, if you want. She doesn’t seem to mind. Naomi: And of course that’s how it works. That’s how Junpei-kun became my little brother. Sly: Umm ok. *He takes a deep breath before he picks up the baby, making sure to support its head* It’s been a long time since I’ve done something like this. Not since my last visit to the orphanage. Naomi: You were visiting an orphanage? Karma: That sounds unlike you. Sly: Yeah. Not as much as I grew older but I used to go all the time as a kid. It’s how I met Maki. Naomi: I think this was more on your past then you told us the last… two years? was it two? Naomi: Why were you visiting an orphanage? Was it like a charity thing? Sly: ……Um well multiple reasons. The first time though was…. after my mom died, so I was in a bad place. My mentor thought it would be good for me to visit where she grew up. Naomi: Do you want to talk about her? Karma: …… Sly: What’s there to say. She was a legendary assassin. She led the entire agency before she was murdered. But she never let being an assassin define who she was. She was courageous and strong but to me she was kind and caring. Naomi: She sounds a lot like you… well, on a good day. Karma: On a good day. Sly: I guess…… Naomi: You are holding my daughter. Trust me, if I didn’t think that you wouldn’t have gotten near her… Well, unless you forced your way because I assume you can, but why would you? Karma: Exactly. I had to drag him. Sly: It’s a cute kid. I don’t think I ever said it but congratulations to you both. Karma: !!! Uh… thanks! Naomi: …you can use she, you know. But thanks. Karma: Oh. Uh. Yeah. AHEM Don’t use “it” to uh, refer to my daughter. Sly: *He gently places Madoka into Karma’s arms* I apologize. She’s a cute kid. Karma: *they immediately stiffen once Madoka is in their arms* Naomi: You have the honor of being the first person to hold her without me having to force them into it…. * she turns to Karma * Love, you really have to stop doing that. It’s fine. Karma: I- y-yeah. I know. It’s- yeah. Naomi: do you want me to take her? Karma: N-No I got her. Naomi: Great. Hi, Sly-kun, do you have tips for Karma? They seem to be frightened of dropping her. Sly: *He rubs the back of his head* I’d really recommend you ask Maki but from everything she’s told me, I would count in my head and try to be aware of my own movement. But really it just takes time. Naomi: Maki is… Harkuwa-san, right? I don’t think I had a chance to talk to her. Karma: I talked to her a little bit. I dunno what she is but she’s clearly killed people despite denying it. Sly: Don’t worry she won’t hurt anybody here unless it’s a necessity. I trust her. Socially though, she’s kinda hard to talk to when you first meet her but she knows a lot about taking care of kids. Naomi:: I take it you are good friends? Sly: ….. It’s complicated. Karma: Ohhhhh? Naomi: you can’t say something like this and not explain. Sly: Well I did and I won’t. I’ve done enough sharing for the day. Naomi: pretty please? *she holds Mado forwards * The power of the baby forces you, or something! Sly: *He sighs* All I’ll say is we’ve been some things. So drop it. Karma: Fair enough. Naomi: Fine, I guess. *She hugs the baby. * You can stay, if you want, but I think you filled Karma’s need for you to see your niece, so you can also leave, I guess. Sly: Thanks. I’ll be you seeing you three later. *He shifts Karma outta the doorway and walks out* Karma: Bye.

how is the relationship Mother - son/daughter (Next G)
Ahh, sorry for the late answer as always ; 7 ; I’m such a disappointment
Erina Yukihira
Erina loves both her kids a lot, but is ultimately a little bit closer to Kimiko. She is insanely proud of how hard-working her youngest child is and how the fact that she did not inherit her mother’s God Tongue never discouraged Kimiko or got her somewhat jealous of Hiraku. Rather Kimiko aims to get better by letting Erina taste all her dishes to the point where Erina has no critique anymore to give. Erina greatly supports her endeavors and does the taste testing she’s asked for and is also honest. She loves how her daughter just never gives up and just sees so much of the man she married in her daughter’s utilization of failure. Kimiko and Erina generally find a lot of things to bond about and Kimiko defiantly aims to make her mother proud and has complete trust in her judgement on anything.
Of course Erina also loves Hiraku a lot but sometimes can’t help but facepalm about some of Hiraku’s idiotic decisions or stupid ideas. Paired with Soma’s antics, this father-son duo does want to make Erina pull her hair out time to time. She did teach Hiraku the most in terms of cooking though and made sure to educate him about a lot of things she wished she was taught earlier in life the moment she notices that she does take quite a few of her traits, mainly the God Tongue.
Megumi Aldini-Tadokoro
A caring and good mom, do I even need to elaborate? Putting Erina aside, who resigned off the high-class world and therefore isn’t as busy anymore, Megumi is probably the mom who made sure to spent the most time with her children. She was almost always around them (and for the rare instances where she wasn’t, her mother took over). She introduced Hiroshi in particular to a lot of his future passions and also the virtues of being kind. She generally understands Hiroshi a bit better than Isami does and knows exactly how to comfort him. Hiroshi helps his mother out a lot with basically everything. Be it the kitchen or babysitting Nino and Maja and Megumi praises him a lot.
Her two twin childs Nino and Maja love their mother a lot as well and often her warm, soothing voice is the quickest way to let them snap out of their wild blabbering and running around. She generally has a talent of calming them down and is always patiently listening to every story they eagerly have to tell. The two defiantly can often be seen loudly and proudly proclaiming what a great mom they have.
Hisako Hayama
While her husband tends to worry about Akio’s sudden lack of confidence and wishes the boy would become more ambitious again, Hisako is very supportive over Akio no matter what. Akio is basically a little mommy’s boy and Hisako is generally mostly the first person he attempts to talk to when he wants to talk about something. She praises him a lot, saying he’s very skillful and is one of the few persons who don’t constantly belittle him about his choice of becoming Hiraku’s assistance which he greatly appreciates.
Hisako is also very proud of her daughter Kaori’s accomplishments and her status of valedictorian, however unlike Akira Hisako does notice how much more bitter Kaori becomes over time and actually worries a great deal about it. Kaori greatly admires her daughter and aims to make her proud. The two do find many things to bond about and Kaori does search for the time to sit down and watch some old-school movies with her mom.
Ikumi Aldini
While Mika has a strong bond to both of her parents, Ikumi is the one she is a bit more open around, especially when it comes to matters of heart. When it’s time to talk about Hiraku-heartaches, Mika usually searches for her mother instead of her father. The two also do bond a lot about everything lovey-dovey in general. Ikumi generally is very proud of Mika and never fails to acknowledge it. She does spoil her a lot but she still tries her best to be a good role-model to Mika, and succeeds as Mika admires her mother a lot.
Alice Nakiri
Alice spoils both Lola and Mona greatly, which Lola appreciates. Lola is generally Alice’s sass-buddy and the two do find a lot of fun in standing on the side at parties at times and comment on everything and everyone. Lola loves the power her mother has and strongly aspires to become such a tycoon as well someday in the future. Sometimes as toddler, Alice would let her sit at her desk as she took notice how fond little Lola grew of it. They generally have a good relationship, but Alice often wishes Lola was not as sheltered and antisocial as she truly is and sometimes makes subtle attempts for Lola to truly open up to people.
For Mona, Alice soon took a note about how the younger twin never had as much fun in all those decadent surroundings as Lola. While Alice always found it a little bit harder to dig through Mona, she did found a way quickly through just sometimes reserving some time to watch movies with Mona. Those movies were mostly romcoms in highschool setting introducing Mona to a lot more normal but also social life, something she still longs for to this day. Alice and Mona also bond a lot about their appreciation for Denmark and also ! Science! Lots and Lots of Science!
Alice is generally very proud of both of them though and mostly just lets them do their thing.
Ryoko Ibusaki
The parent, that Yasu is a little bit closer to. He loves his mother a lot and shows appreciation to her whenever he cans. Mostly by trying to sell her products to fellow students on Totsuki. Ryoko just knows a bit better how to talk to Yasu and also praises him a lot more than Shun does, which lowers his anxiety of disappoint her in this case. She is a person he knows he can always turn to and again he does a lot to show it to her how important she is to him. She is very proud of Yasu and always ready to give him advice when he needs it while also trying to ease his fears about dishonor.
She also deeply loves her daughter Kasumi but in this case, Shun is just the party that understands Kasumi a bit better. Sometimes Kasumi just can’t help but feel a bit annoyed by her mother’s attempts of encouragement to socialse more. Thing is also that Kasumi is insanely blunt never sugarcoats anything when she does in fact socialize and that this something that Ryoko does subtly attempt to change as well often by kindly asking Kasumi to be a bit more polite. Sometimes Kasumi just can’t help that Ryoko favors Yasu a lot over her and considering that she feels that almost everyone favors Yasu over her, it does troubles their relationship time to time. Overall they do love each other a lot though.
Yuki Marui
Shoutout to this woman for being one of the few persons walking the surface of earth to notice that her daughter Chieko is not someone who has to be under protection 24/7. While Chieko is a bit closer to her father, how overprotective he can be over her can annoy her time to times. She is greatly thankful for her mother who truly understands that Chieko is perfectly capable to protect herself and also cheers her on whenever she can as she is indeed very proud of Chieko. Other than that, Yuki is also the parent who makes sure Chieko gets relaxation and fun from all her studying and Chieko is also thankful for that. They phone a lot during Totsuki times and it’s often just Yuki asking stuff like “So got any boy in eyesight, huh? HUH?” and Chieko going “MOM!”
Yuki also never fails to cheer on Takahiro in all of his pranks and mischiefs, much to Zenji’s frustrations. Combined the two are an unstoppable force full of fun ideas they want to try on with the family and they do laugh a lot together naturally. Due to being the most supportive of his mischief, Yuki is also the most free from Takahiro’s pranks and teases (also her reactions are frankly not as entertaining to him as Zenji’s and Chieko’s are, since Yuki usually only laughs and says something like “Good one!”).
-Will have a part two tomorrow ;w; If that’s okay by you. But I am rather sleepy right now and I don’t just want to leave the window open after lat time I did it, my laptop crashed and everything was just gone ; 7 ; So yeah-
