Sorry for the delay! I actually hadn't written their dialogue until this ask prompted me to. Partially because it's optional and the vanilla NPCs all share the same generic dialogue strings... We haven't quite posted much nor finished Emmet's heart events yet but well... His relationship progression takes into account that you get the "Best Friends" achievement after reaching 10 hearts.

For a while now, I have found that Grammarly and most grammar checkers are really up tight on removing any ""extra"" words.

Like, listen, yes, this word technically conveys information that is already present, but the whole construction "X's own Y" is very conventionalized and it's used for a reason. The redundancy has a point, and that point here is to emphasize the idea that I'm talking about something you're making yourself as opposed to my own conlang that I'm talking about elsewhere in the post. Enhancing that particular meaning is part of the message.

HI!!! So our cats are twins??? I adopted mine last Saturday and named him Kon-El. A friend of mine from college was fostering him. He came from a sad situation. His previous owners moved out of their apartment and left him locked in with no food or water. Thankfully he was rescued. He’s super friendly and liked climbing all over my couch and head butting me and purring. What’s your baby like??

I adopted mine this week haha :) On Wednesday!! Her name is Chilli, she's 3 months old. She's really friendly too!! Loves cuddling (especially at night lol) and gets along with kids. She's also REALLY curious and loves exploring places. Tried to climb inside the dishwasher haha. A family found her in a bus engine (she was okay!) but they couldn't keep her because they already have two dogs. So we adopted her from them! She also had her first vet visit today and she hated it but she got treats after that so she wasn't that mad about it.
