I think i must just be burnt out or something im so on edge irritable exhausted etc and keep crying over very minor things. I can hardly muster the want to talk to my bf or see my friends and every time my gparents try to talk to me im instantly prickling. Im just so tired of being so bleh having no money drained by the absolute bare minimum. Like working less than 30!!! Hours a week is sucking all the life out of me its pathetic. I dont know what to do ... Ive been thinking a lot about my adhd diagnosis and how that relates to years of feeling like im autistic and grappling with the ways that my moms emotional abuse has affected me and years of marijuana abuse and just pulling aaallllll those pieces apart. Talk therapy disgusts me too much and i sit there and act like everythings fine anyways even if i want to be honest. I just cant. Im so so stuck. I keep getting fixated on this memory of my mom constantly telling me to stop holding my hands up and pushing them down to my sides when i was a kid saying it made me look retarded and how much time i spent monitoring that
