Megumi valued his personal space, you’ve known that as long as you’ve known him. Having been his friend before you started dating, you’d been accustomed to his personal boundaries . Of course you still showed affection, holding his hand under tables, soft kisses you would share when he got you alone. But you never over stepped what you thought was the unspoken limit.

What you didn’t know, though, was that Megumi didn’t see it that way. He was deeply confused about the lack of proper cuddling and “touchy touchy” couple stuff you guys do.

You and Megumi decided to have a quiet night in his room. You were sitting on his bed, your knees slightly brushing together as you sat beside each other. The space between you was starting to irritate him.

“Y/n?”

“Yeah, Megs?”

“Why are you so distant with me…do i gross you out or something?”

“What are you talking about?”

You shot him a bewildered look, turning your body to face him. He quickly looked away from you, frowning.

“You never cuddle me, and you never hug me.. whats your problem?” He grunted, turning his gaze back to you. You furrowed your brows for a second. “I thought you didnt like that kinda stuff!” “You never asked if i did” “Megumi if you wanted to cuddle, you could’ve just said that” you scooted closer to your boyfriend, grabbing his shoulders and yanking him down on the bed with you, his entire weight was on your body, warm and comforting against you. You hummed in contentment, hugging his body against your own. Megumi, face hidden in your hair, tensed in surprise, his cheeks warming up from the sudden contact. But he slowly relaxed, sinking into your embrace. You giggled and reached over to unplug the lamp, careful not to disturb Megumi.

One of the best things about Disco Elysium by far is that it does not fear ugly women. The world is full of ugly men, but ugly women are so hard to come by.

i really enjoy the idea that normal friendships/relationships are so foreign to durge and enver that they would come up with any excuse to see each other. like it takes five meetings to make plans for a small scale heist and half of them are over mimosas. the entire plot of bg3 sprung from durge being like “damn what will please dad and let me hang out with enver”
