I was reading back through the comic and noticed that sans and papyrus’s blaster face markings look like gasters, and I was curious is that was intentional or not

Ah, do you mean the split in their snouts? They don't really have markings, so that's the only thing I can think of...

If so, then.... kind of? In a roundabout way, due to headcanons XD

See, sans' blaster is just based on the sprite from the game, so I can't take any credit for that. But in designing papyrus' blaster, I looked at both sans' blaster and the other skull-based object in the game: the DT extraction machine. It has a long split going up between the eye sockets like the original gaster blaster, but the gap also continues through the tip of the snout. It's this part of the design I referenced for papyrus' blaster! It has the excellent effect of making the shape of the attack's nose look like both a heart, and half of a cartoony bone, which feels extremely fitting, while also giving it the uncanny anatomy the original blaster and the DT extraction machine both have.

Where the connection with gaster comes in is that I headcanon that Gaster's blasters (lol) look like the DT extraction machine, because he based the machine's form on his attacks.

The Dark Urge-typical r@pe/noncon mention (not positive) but one thing about me is I can't do an afab durge playthrough because it makes all the weird bhaalspawn breeding cattle shit from the cut epilogues/canon refuse-bhaal epilogue simply too fucked up for me. It's one thing to be like. Puppeted into fucking a gnoll or a relative it's another to also be forced to carry and birth its mutant/inc3st child.

what’s your favorite movie score?

I had the privilege of seeing Lawrence of Arabia in an actual movie theater once - that's already a fantastic score watching it at home on a television... but in a theater? With a theater sound system?

Really, though - it was a lifetime-level experience. Cannot recommend it highly enough if you ever get the chance.
