Dragons live much longer than humans. Archons are practically immortal. These two facts barely ever crossed his mind until you mentioned something to him one night. He'd wrapped his arms around you, and you'd hummed. He asked what was on your mind. "You'll outlive me," was all you replied with, before drifting off to sleep.

He didn't like that idea for obvious reasons. He thought about his mortality much more often after that. He loathed it. He despised how he was destined to live on without you. It was unfair. He loved you so much, more than anyone else before, and you'd only be there for a blip of time in contrast to forever. It was as if Celestia was laughing at him.

He began talking with Baizhu more, hoping against hope that his rumored searches into immortality could bring about anything to keep you here longer than was meant to be. He found nothing from Baizhu, so he began reading. He seemed desperate, suddenly putting more effort into extending your life than living his own. Hu Tao could only watch on in pity.

When you did pass, he didn't know what to do himself. All his reading, his research, his own experimenting built off of Baizhu's work. All of it was for nothing. He visits your grave everyday. It's surrounded by hundreds of flowers. Xiao tags along sometimes; he knew you were loved by Zhongli.

He said he'd never love anyone after you, and he was correct. He never even toyed with the idea. You were his one and only, and no others could ever compare.

Hi, I saw that your requests are open. could you write a story about Neuvilette and his s/o where neuvilette learns that his love is injured. the reader's injury would be something very minor and she would have gotten it while defending a Melusine, but the Melusines would overreact and say a much bigger injury to Neuvillett than what is real. i like angst but with a happy ending. It was just a cut on your arm that was barely bleeding at all, although, for the melusines who didn't quite know all that much about humans, they assumed you'd bleed out.

About four ran off to tell Neuvillette, who almost had a heart-attack from their description. If he had known any better, which he didn't, he'd assume your entire arm got ripped off. He got them to tell him where you were, only for you to walk in due to. Well you definitely weren't as injured as the melusines described!

Neuvilette let out a sigh of relief, giving you a kiss on the forehead. He turned to the melusines, and in that moment decided they should probably learn more about humans, especially in the injury area...

You live rent-free in Wanderer's head. And he hated it at first.

It isn't noticeable, either. He tries to hide that kind of thing more often than not. There're subtle signs he likes you, though. His eyes linger on you when you're not paying attention, he's a bit more affectionately mean than just mean. He tries to talk to Nahida about it, not sure he's having a crush without her spelling it out to him.

When Nahida does confirm he has a crush he's reeling. He doesn't know what to do, he's never liked anyone before. He doesn't like liking people. He'd try to distance himself at first, though he finds himself seeing you in everything. It also hurt his heart not to be near you. When had he gotten so weak?

Eventually you catch him, able to finally ask him why he was avoiding you. "Do you hate me or something?" Archons, it was the opposite, but he couldn't just.. say that! He didn't really know how to say he didn't hate you, though. Why was talking to you so hard??

On second thought, maybe his crush is a bit noticeable..

Tighnari is a good dad, and it's absolutely precious watching him with his kits.

He's always teaching them which plants are dangerous and which ones aren't, random facts that their ears always perk up when hearing. No matter how many kits you have, all of them are part-fennec like their dad. At least he knows how to deal with that side of them.

'Nari lets his kits climb all over them. They're on his tail, his shoulders, even clinging to his back like koalas! It's surprisingly adorable seeing him become a jungle gym while helping someone un-poison themselves..

And, of course, he loves caring for the kits too. His days off are celebrated, as he is an excellent cook. More often than not there's at least one kid helping him out. After all, he's got to teach them what spices taste good together, what's good for them and what's not, etcetera.

Truthfully, he's never been happier. He adores having the little ones, especially those with you.

Rui keeps trying to impress you. His favorite method is little machines. Toy-like mechanisms made to keep you happy, or remind you of him when he isn't around.

His pencil taps against the page. It wasn't his worst idea tonight, but not enough. The page gets ripped out, crushed into a ball, and thrown away. Maybe a miniature robo-Rui that can play messages he records for you? No, he already made that. What about one that reminds you to drink water?

Sometimes you'll have to remind him he doesn't need to make all these little machines. He knows that, of course, but he can't help wanting to make sure you're happy!

Any longer and, well, he might just do a mini funeral or something. You walk into your home after staying at work a bit longer than usual, excited to see your cute boyfriend, only to see him crying because he thought you'd be gone forever.

Leviathan gets a bit sentimental when you go back to the human world. He'd go through games you used to play together, never touching the ones you didn't get to finish. He wants them to be there for you to continue playing if you ever come back.

He'd rewatch the anime he'd watched with you. Especially the ones he knew you loved. He might cry while watching, too. The ones you didn't finish? He'll rewatch the episodes you did get to see. He doesn't want to accidentally spoil you if you come back, after all.

Tighnari loves showing you the wildlife in Sumeru. He takes you into the jungles often and tells you all about the interesting plants. It's like a nature documentary told by a cute fennec, and really what more could you ask for?

He's not just telling you about plants, even if that's most of what he knows. He knows some things about animals, and he'll share them if you'd like! They aren't his strong suit, so he might get stuff wrong sometimes, but it's still fun to hear him ramble for a few minutes.

If you get bored, you could give him a little kiss to shut him up. He'll melt, I promise.

Kaveh's drawings aren't always for his job. I'd like to think he doodles on the margins of papers, little self-portraits with an annoyed look on the corners of documents.

He also draws you. A lot. More than he'd like to admit. There's a whole sketchbook of random sketches of you underneath his bed. He feels silly for hiding it, but he's also a bit nervous. Would you think he was weird? He simply finds you too.. attractive? The word doesn't seem quite right. He thinks you look amazing all the time. You're his greatest muse, so he draws you a lot. It's a simple thing in his brain.
