Newman Christian Keller!

Jill just announced Keller–Rodrigues #2’s arrival. According to her Instagram Post, Baby Newman Christian Keller made his debut on November 16, 2022, 9:39 PM. Nurie had a water birth at a birth center. At birth, Newman weighed in at 6 Pounds, 13 Ounces and measured 20” Long.

Apparently, his name is a tribute to the fact that, once “saved,” a person becomes a “new man” in Christ.

I’m sure a rowdy wrestling match is exactly what Nurie wanted in her house while she adjusts to now having 3 kids (should we just count Nathan as her 4th kid since he seems to be all for entertaining Jill’s nonsense instead of sending them home now that the baby is here?)

Dude Nathan has officially gotten on my nerves, I felt neutral before the last few weeks but he seems annoying as hell.

Nurie's postpartum healing journey aside (even though I'm sure having to deal with all these people days after giving birth is a nightmare), I just can't get over the fact that people as homophobic as the Rodrigues family not only tolerate but encourage these boys to roll around on the floor, grabbing each others butts, thighs, stomachs, necks.........like I know they're (badly) trying to emulate the actual sport but even still, I can't think of a more homoerotic activity to do during Family Time.

Not to mention the kids stuff Jill posted, like I feel like a whole dissertation could be written on the Rodrigues "family values" vs. those wrestling videos alone, esp regarding how someone from the "protect the children!!!!1!" crowd routinely posts exploitative pics/videos of her kids and grandkids. anyone who was *actually* versed in how to keep kids safe online would've never thought for a second that the videos she posted today were ok for millions of strangers🙃

Meet Naomi Christine Keller

On Wednesday 17th July, Jill Rodrigues announced the birth of her first granddaughter. The baby is the third child of Nurie and Nathan Keller. She joins older brothers Nehemiah David (2) and Newman Christian (20 months).

Pregnancy Announcement

Jill Rodrigues announced Nurie's pregnancy on the family Instagram on 28th November 2023. Nurie was 43 days pregnant at the time (6 weeks, 1 day) and it is her earliest announcement to date. Nurie announced her pregnancy with Nehemiah on Day 48 and her pregnancy with Newman on Day 55.

Her new average is on Day 48 (6 weeks, 6 days).

Gender Reveal

Jill announced Naomi's gender on 27th February. This was on approximately Day 134 of pregnancy (19 weeks, 1 day). This compares to Day 163 with Nehemiah and Day 122 with Newman.

Her new average is Day 140 (20 weeks, 0 days).

So What's Next?

Naomi arrived 606 days after her older brother, Newman. This is significantly slower than Nurie's previous pregnancy.

Marriage-Nehemiah: 443 days Nehemiah-Newman: 401 days Newman-Naomi: 606 days

Taking the average of Newman and Naomi's spacings and multiplying it by the maternal multiplier gives Nurie a predicted future pace of 589 days.

Nurthan #2 Name Predictions

Nathan and Nurie Keller announced they were expecting their second child via Jill Rodrigues's Instagram on April 5th 2022, due in November. The sex reveal in June on Jill Rodrigues's Instagram confirmed the baby was a boy, much to the relief of Kaylee and Jonathan!!

All indications are that Nurie is due in late November. I think little one will be born on 27th November, weighing 7lbs 15oz and measuring 20 inches long.

To make my life much MUCH easier, Nathan and Nurie very kindly confirmed the N name theme. Now the middle name is only to be speculated about. I strongly suspect they will use Michael after Nathan's father now that they have paid tribute to David with Nehemiah's middle name. There haven't been any significant deaths within the family as far as I can remember for them to need to pay tribute to anyone in that sense. I will be very surprised if Michael is not used. Failing that, Edward.

I see your tag of how in Brianne’s mind she doesn’t have to respect him since she’s a believer and he’s not, and it doesn’t matter if her parents don’t approve because she’ll marry Sam anyway, but do you think she’d still have her parents pay for a big chunk of the wedding since fundie circles are heavy on the traditional way of doing things? “You’re unsaved and going to hell but you still need to pay for my wedding” type of deal? Would Jill and David chip in if her parents didn’t?

Also I guess in that same line of wondering, if Brianne doesn’t consider her father her headship until marriage, who would be her headship? Nathan (and Nurie) through church? Would she default to Jill and David? No headship, answering only to god in her mind?

Any of my commentary on these people and their potential beliefs is all critical speculation / assumption. I have no intimate experience or knowledge of this branch of Christianity so I welcome anyone who does to chime in.

I think what is being asked in the top part is if Brianne would accept financial help from her parents - as she obviously has no power over what they do with their finances. She can pout and yell and demand all she wants but at the end of the day it’s not her decision.

So do I think that Brianne would accept the money? Absolutely. Anyone who respects Jill would have zero issues taking financial support from (almost) any source. I’m not sure if Brianne still lives at home and/or is financially dependent on her parents but if she is then I would use that to support that she has no issues using their resources.

Another thing of note for Rodrigi weddings is that they are done on a budget and resourcefully (which is fine). They’re not shelling out for restaurant catering and an entertainment hall for hundreds of people. It is actually very simple (and dependent on volunteer work). So in regard to Jill and David chipping in - yes but probably more so in the form of having saved old decor that can be reused and recruiting friends to help.

For your second question I’m really not sure. My initial thought was that she just answers directly to God but I’m not sure that would acceptable for a woman. She’s been very vocal about coming from an unsaved family so she possibly has several people she can go to for guidance and confirmation from these communities and/or can use the head or seniors in her church to fulfill a version of this role.

I know y’all won’t believe me but, I swear to god I had a dream a few nights ago that Nurie was pregnant again. They were standing in a backyard with like a line of trees behind them and in true Jill fashion a camera was being shoved in their face as they announced they were “Expecting”

Nurie Was In Labor As of Yesterday!

Once again, Fairpark Baptist Church's Livestream has revealed that a Keller is in labor! During Wednesday Evening Service (November 16, 2022, 7:00 PM in Texas), Pastor David Waller again hosted a "prayer request" session, during which an unseen congregant says—

"Um, you can pray for Nathan + Nurie. They are at the birthing center, um, for their second child tonight."

Reddit (r/RodriguesFamilySnark) found and preserved the video. It may be posted to the church's YouTube later, but currently it isn't; it was only available as a livestream, apparently. An Anon sent me the tip about the video being on Reddit.

We don't really know Nurie's Due Date, since we've received a bunch of conflicting information about when it is... Duggar Data was using November 30, 2022 as the Approximate Due Date (ADD) (See Also), but it looks like that may not have been accurate. (Possibly. Maybe it still is. Nurie only would have been 2 Weeks Early, which is within the realm of possibility.) Hopefully, Jill will give us some better Due Date data with the Birth Announcement!

Tessie didn’t even get to blow out her own candles. If you watch the video, Nurie’s hair gets blown from her right side, where Nathan is, and then he comments that “no spit got on the cake”. And all Tessie can do in the video is give like a “oh yeah ok sure” gesture with her hands and giggle (and not a “wtf it’s not your birthday, Nathan” glare) because Jill’s got the camera in her face.

Is this something they do to each other regularly? Blow out the candles on each other’s cakes? Like ok Nathan I don’t blame you if you don’t want to play host to your wife’s entire family when you’re about to have a new baby but if you want to be passive aggressive about it, maybe aim it at the grown ass woman who dragged everyone to your house and not the 17 year old?

And THEN Jill asks one of the toddlers “is that Nurie’s cake?” Like holy fuck this is the first time I’ve seen a Rod birthday that is barely about the birthday kid - and that says a lot considering Gabe(?) has to share his with a tent revival and leftover cake

I know that was so bizarre??? It definitely isn't a thing they usually do.

Esp since they'd been struggling to light the candles while tessie waited patiently, with a wide smile pasted on since Jill had the camera in her face, and then the second they finally got them lit, Nathan blew them out. I'm sure he was trying to be funny but it was a cringey as hell and kind of mean.

I definitely think Nurie is the favorite but I'll give Jill the benefit of the doubt with the name thing, just bc I only have 4 animals and I sometimes call them by the other's name lol. so I can't imagine how often that'd happen with 12 kids. I think if she really consciously was trying to refer to Nurie, she would've said "mama's cake" or something since she was talking to one of her kids.

I think the more shitty thing is that Jill couldn't even write a caption for Tessie's bday video without comparing her Nurie 🫤.
