Being a Prince he has a lot of gifts and objects that by obligation he’s kept. Despite that one thing that’s special to him is a simple tennis ball. When he was 3-4 his uncle Spencer was released from prison and his brief visit they played together. Eventhough it was brief Spencer ended up making quite an impression on Marc. I wouldn’t say he’d be overly upset if it was lost, but it holds a nice memory.

I don’t think Marc really has another side he’d hide? If anything he’d downplay his goofball-ness when in public.

He ventured into vampire territory just to invite his uncle to a ball so…. I don’t think it would take much if his loved ones were in actual danger… lol. He was determined to get Spencer back into the family. If he has a goal he’s going to do whatever to get it done, even if it means going into danger.

Marc semi cut off his dad when he was homophobic, so quite easy? But it did help he had a sort of support system with his mother, sisters and Frederick and his mother. He probably could have completely cut his dad off if he wasn’t the crown prince and basically required to interact with his dad for public appearances. 

💖What could their partner do that would absolutely break their heart?

Pointing out his insecurities and degrading him for them. Taking advantage of his high position and only being with him for financial/societal gain rather than being with him for him would crush him.
