Besides the fact that we KNOW Louis saw Ed in Manchester with H and there’s no evidence at all suggesting E was there, isn’t the timeline weird for the sun to be claiming that was Louis and E’s first date?

Pulled the info about specific dates from @cosmicleeds timelines on YouTube, but the concert was October 17. Louis had already been papped with E twice, once in September on the way to Niall’s birthday party, and once on a pap walk through the park on October 1. On October 2, Harry retweets the fan who says they’re happy if L is happy with Eleanor, but spare a thought for Harry, who must have a broken heart (seemingly leading to the always in my heart tweet). Louis has admitted to “seeing someone” on October 7, although he says it is casual and low key on October 10. After the concert, on October 22, L and E are photographed leaving his house in Doncaster (which jay DM’d fans to let them know to be there).

So the sun’s narrative is claiming that Louis and E went on a pap walk before their “first date”, and that although L admitted to “seeing someone” they had not actually been on any dates yet. It is claiming that H thought enough of the relationship that he was retweeting about it breaking his heart - whether antis think he was “joking” or not - before they had even been on a date. It is also claiming that he Louis introduced E to his family less than a week after their “first date.”

Finally, given that we know H was at the concert, and specifically with L at the concert, an anti’s argument might be that we don’t know for sure that E wasn’t there as well, since she did go to school there. But this narrative would be claiming that a 19-year-old boy brought his best friend along on his “first date” with a girl.

Here we go with question 2 answer

Question 2: If a cat is coming from a different shelter, what’s the procedure for all the document that comes with that cat?

So I found this cite that I thought that would be interesting about about animal transporting. Here’s a link to it. https://www.animalsheltering.org/topics/transfer-transport

According to this site, there’s the transport and transfer program that would carry out animals to other places to places that are in demand and to try to help stop the overpopulation of certain animals. When transporting an animal they would have to have permit when transferring animals to another state, since they don’t want the animals to being sold unvetted dogs or letting them loose.

When a cat is being transferred they are always in a cat carrier, so they don’t’ wonder out and be loose around the shelter.

When they are being transferred, one should know what type of disease the cats have so one knows where to place them and that the adopter should know about. When I did my volunteer work, when cats have a health issue like respiratory they would move them to the back of the shelter so they won’t get the other cats sick, and for them to recover correctly. Also, gaining the time and attention that they need. 

Mind you a lot of animals that are given to the shelters would be lot of times come from local people in the community in shape or form. The cat could be a stray or it could be giving them up ‘cause they can’t care for them. There would be always documents for any animals coming into the shelter so they could be checked over by the vets and to be later adopted. The shelter would usually hand out their traps to catch strays. I hope I answered this question correctly.
