i hate all this "she's not cut out for the fame and celebrity life" comments being said about chappell roan just because she doesn't like being disrespected and her privacy being invaded, and she's standing up for herself to make her life more safe and comfortable for herself.

more celebrities need to start doing that actually. it's not easy and you will get backlash from people who live off of pop culture, but they need to start protecting themselves from the public, which has been getting out of hand in many ways.

and anyway, is anyone cut out for the celebrity life? why would anyone want to live a life like that? being followed when you're out with your friends and families or even just on your own buying groceries, constantly being yelled at by paparazzi, people watching your every move...

of course most people don't want that. chappell doesn't want that. she just wants to make music and share it. maybe some people do enjoy that life. that's okay. but not everyone will, and that's okay too.
