No because (just read your tags on my sun moon post) that is EXACTLY what I mean when I say Chuuya is the Sun and Dazai the Moon. Chuuya is so bright and large, his presence can be an overwhelming burning force or it can be just a warm subtle press. And Dazai isn't. He (especially when he was younger) comes alive in the face of Chuuya's bright emotions.

The moon without the sun, exists. It's just a easy to miss dark spot in the sky, the sun brings out the moon's light. The sun shines always, but when it takes a break from lighting the world, the moon fills in and covers for him.
