Hrvatski sabor danas će raspraviti konačni prijedlog zakona o prestanku važenja Zakona o matičnom broju jer se danom prestanka važenja tog zakona, 1. siječnja 2023. godine, prestaju određivati matični brojevi građana.   “Matični brojevi građana koji su određeni do dana prestanka važenja Zakona o matičnom broju, neće se brisati iz postojećih evidencija te će se moći koristiti za povezivanje i razmjenu podataka u onim slučajevima kad se povezivanje podataka neće moći izvršiti korištenjem osobnoga identifikacijskog broja, međutim ne kao osnovna i stalna identifikacijska oznaka građanina, već kao kontrolni mehanizam. Naime, osobi koja je preminula prije 31. prosinca 2008., odnosno osobe koje su nestale/stradale tijekom Domovinskog rata ili članovi obitelji stradalnika iz Domovinskog rata koji su preminuli prije stupanja na snagu Zakona o OIB-u, nije i ne može biti određen i dodijeljen OIB jer se iste osobe ne smatraju obveznicima broja”, stoji u Zakonu. U Hrvatskoj je od 1976. u uporabi 13-znamenkasti matični broj (MBG) ili jedinstveni matični broj građana (JMBG) reguliran Zakonom o matičnom broju (NN 9/92) i Zakonom o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o matičnom broju (NN 66/02). Broj je stečevina iz doba Jugoslavije, tako da ga možemo naći u aktivnoj uporabi i u drugim bivšim jugoslavenskim republikama. Prilikom uvođenja se građanima dodjeljivao po mjestu stanovanja, a nakon toga je dodjeljivan po mjestu rođenja. U MBG-u je kodirano sljedeće: - datum rođenja - regija rođenja - redni broj - spol Dakle, osim što ispunjava osnovnu namjenu jednoznačnog identificiranja građana, JMBG izravno otkriva i neke osobne podatke. Iz tog razloga je opisan kao kazujući broj podložan zlouporabi, a njegova je javna uporaba ukinuta. Međutim, mnoge institucije i davatelji usluga, kao što su banke i osiguravajuća društva, i dalje traže od stranaka njihov matični broj. Od ožujka 2017. if there's one thing that sae and rin can at least get along and agree with, is that no one ever touches their baby sister aka you. like we're talking about no boys breathing within a 1 meter radius from wherever you're standing or they're getting it type of overprotective.

and if anyone tries to cross that border, well, get ready to pray for their sorry asses for even attempting to do such thing.

so when the infamous u20 vs blue lock match was happening, you bet your ass sae and rin (telepathically) were both "concerned" for your being knowing that they'll have to face the most dreading question one could ever ask the two brothers,

"who's that chick that has the same long under lashes like you?"

you were seated at the VIP area where all the rest of the teams families were also staying at. you noticed some had their player's respective jerseys on. you on the other hand, having brothers on both opposing teams, you could only do so much. you only had one balloon from each team in each hand.

hey, it's the thought that counts.

the first half of the match just ended and that means it was time for the half time. there, you took the opportunity to cheer for your two brothers, so they were aware of your presence.

"sae-nii! rin-nii! over here~♡" you wave

even if they were both on the opposite sides of the field, both sae and rin simultaneously looked up to find your voice

and of course that also means that their nosy teammates are also looking at your direction because, what do you mean there was another itoshi that they did not know about?

(both brothers purposely left out the vital information that they did in fact have a little sister because you know..)

"woah! who's that cute chick" otoya was the first to jump on rin. followed by karuso who also said the same thing

"rin, you have a little sister?" isagi joins in the little circle surrounding rin who looked like he was gonna bite somebody's head off.

"she's pretty" chigiri comments, also looking up at you. "long under lashes really run in the family~" bachira says in a singsong voice, waving at you

"everyone shut up!" rin barks, breaking away from the little circle that formed. by little i mean almost the entirety of the blue lock team (yes. including the bench warmers)

"rin-nii~ don't be mean" you yell from above, poking your tongue at him. rin gives you a "not the time' look that he usually gives you at home but to you it was fun to see rin so worked up because you know he's the one that gets verbal when it comes to you

there was a sense of satisfaction when you hear his team laughed and teased rin. choruses of:

"yeah rin-nii chan don't be mean to us~☆"

"just tell us her name, rin! we won't bother you again!"

"if i pass you the ball, would you give me her number?"

on the other side of the field, there was only one person sae has to look out for and that was no other than the man, the myth, the demon himself, shidou ryusei

when your familiar voice rang through sae's ears, you can only imagine what his face was. he clicks his tongue in annoyance and hesitantly looks up at your direction, wary that his teammates would also be looking with him

to his dismay, some were looking with him because who had the guts to call sae like that out in the open?

"she's hot isn't she, under lashes senpai~" he hears shidou tease behind him. sae reacts to this by giving him a good ol' wack on the head.

"that's my sister, you demon" sae spat, internally grimacing that shidou had those kind of thoughts about you. no, not on sae's watch. although, the realization only dawns upon sae that he just openly admitted that he had a sister

shidou somehow lived up to his insect nickname by jumping and zooming around sae in happiness or he says "i'm releasing dophamine~♡". while also screaming about how he now has dibs on you.

"you fucking demon. she's off limits"

sae may be shorter than shidou but damn, can he really threaten someone like it was nothing. shidou lowkey cowers in fear but he doesn't let that get to his head. in fact, he thinks this might be one hell of an opportunity to push the prodigy genius off the edge for once in his life

"if i score a hat trick, i'm getting her number. bet?" shidou proposes in a sing song voice. this agitates sae further. quickly shutting his offer with a simple, "hell no."

"then.. can i get yours instead?"

"if it means you backing away from my sister then i'll consider"

I saw this ask when you originally sent it, anon, but the reason it's taken me so long to respond is because I was rushing to get this done:

A brand new, shiny reference for my boy! Wings colored and everything, finally!! I wanted to reveal this while simultaneously answering your ask, causeee I have a lot to say about this goober.

First off, I'll start with backstory. Achlys was a character I created for a roleplay with a friend of mine, and he hasssss... spiraled. I love him so much, he's my precious little bean.

He was created in a lab by a scientist named Xander, who was obsessed with creating human hybrids and monstrosities in attempts to create the perfect soldiers. All of his attempts in the past had proven to be too unstable and unfit for actual battle. At some point, Xander came to the conclusion that it was because he was adding DNA to human beings who had already existed. His new priority became to gather the DNA of an individual and use it to make a clone that he would then mix with the DNA. Achlys was the first product of this experimental process (at least the first to not die immediately after being "born"). Xander started with something as simple as the DNA of a butterfly, just to see what it would be like if such an experiment succeeded. What Xander did not expect was to become emotionally attached to the kid. He raised him for a few years, and he eventually because like a father to him. After an altercation with his nefarious works that nearly cost him Achlys' life, he gave up his dangerous and illegal practices, faked his death so the authorities wouldn't be after him, and started a new life with his child.

Achlys grew up within a morally gray household. Although Xander taught him morals to prevent him from getting on the bad side of the law – both because he didn't want Achlys to grow up to be like him (huzzah, character development!) and because trouble with the law meant Achlys being discovered and likely hauled away/killed – that didn't stop Achlys from becoming a bit of a troublemaker. He's loud-mouthed, manipulative at times, and generally kinda self-centered. Achlys definitely isn't afraid to tell minor fibs to get what he wants, and he can and will pull out the good ol' puppy dog eyes on his poor old papá to get him to cave. Xander is somewhat immune to it by the time Achlys hits his mid teenage years. But not completely. Despite his iffy morals though, he's generally a good kid. All of his stuff adds up to petty actions only. If he ever actually got pushed to do anything truly evil, he'd just kinda stand there and likely have a panic attack. Ironically enough, Achlys is easily manipulated. All it takes is flattery and the promise of something sweet and he'll be eating out of the palm of your hand. That's only for first time interactions, though. If you take that opportunity and use it to wrong him, hoof... Once Achlys trust is broken, it is ridiculously hard to earn it back. ANOTHER IMPORTANT DETAIL!!! He is such a dummy. Like. My gosh, somebody help this child... He can't do basic math for the life of him, and not from lack of Xander trying to teach him. Achlys just refuses to pay attention to anything that doesn't interest him unless it's what he deems as super important. And... schooling was not one of those things. He did enough to get by and then it went right out his other ear. Bro can count, but like– If you asked him what 12 x 9 was he'd just sit there and stare at you blankly. The only subject in school he took an interest to was science – it made him feel connected with Xander, cause that's his father's passion. Does he understand a lick of what's being said to him? Not really, no. But does he actually try to listen and learn for once so he can assist him in the "completely safe" experiments he conducts? Of course! On that note, Achlys thinks the world of Xander. His father's opinion is really the only one he cares about. Achlys can get berated by a horde of angry Karens and not give two shakes of a rat's tail; however, the moment Xander does so much as raises his voice at him, he shrinks and turns into a puddle of tears. Never in front of Xander. He holds his ground until he's alone in his room. Then he curls up underneath his covers (or under the bed, depends on how badly he was lectured) and wallows. There's no greater achievement to Achlys than receiving Xander's praise and approval. Which he does receive often, because Xander adores his little sharp-toothed shark child.

I have much more to say in terms of character arcs I have planned out in my noggin for him as well as anatomy headcanons and thoughts I chew on like fruit gummies. But I will leave it at that for now

“ryu! stop” you gasp playfully after you felt his hand grope your ass while you two were quietly tip toeing upstairs to your room

“you know you want it, angel” shidou coos, snickering to himself after watching your reaction.

when you both reach your bedroom, shidou did not waste a single second and crashed his lips with yours. wrapping arms around your torso, pulling you closer and closer. his hands were roaming around your body like an animal.

he guides you to your bed, he carefully lays you down and straddles you. shidou removes his shirt and throws it somewhere in your room.

shidou pulls away and looks at you like you were some prey. you whined, pulling his head close. shidou hovers over your neck, blowing on your sweet spot before sucking on it.

you let out a small mewl, clamping your legs together but shidou places his knee in between. shidou grunts, crashing his lips against yours once again til you hear the garage doors open and close

“fuck!” you and shidou curse. he jumps off of you as you wiped your lips with the back of your hand. you sit up and try to fix yourself from you and shidou’s little activity. shidou paces around your room trying to eavesdrop outside in case one of your brothers barge in your room (he’s praying they don’t)

“fuck, ryu! where are you gonna hide?!” you hushed, scared one of your brothers would hear you. shidou shrugs and sits on the foot of your bed,

“they won’t find me. i’ll just jump out your window if they come in” shidou wiggles his eyebrows, as if he was teasing you. you slap him before coming up with a plan to scout your house and try to keep your brothers away from your room as much as possible

“whatever, ryu. i’m gonna go come down to look who just came home. could be my parents”

“okay, angel. whatever you wanna do” shidou waves you off as he finds something else to entertain himself. you huff, kicking his butt playfully before going downstairs.

you waltz inside the kitchen to see rin who looked like he just got back from his gym sessions.

"what is that?" rin asks, pointing at a strange looking bruise that was on your neck.

you reached over to touch the spot rin was pointing at and immediately you had flashbacks on certain events that occurred the moments before.

"a mosquito bite" you lie, swatting his hand away as you scurry over to the fridge to get something to eat

rin raises a brow at your weird answer, "why is it on your neck?"

you turn around to look at him and shrugged. "how should i know? i'm not a mosquito"

you backed up from the kitchen only to bump into sae who looked like he just woke up from his daily afternoon nap. he hisses and basically snaps at you to watch where you were going before his eyes spot the same "mosquito bite" you lied about

"what the fuck is that a hickey?!" sae's eyes looked like they were about to pop out from his eye sockets. he grabs both of your shoulders to have a proper look on your neck

rin immediately runs in, also to inspect the weird looking bruise he saw earlier

"I KNEW IT! IT WAS A HICKEY" rin accuses, pointing yet another finger in front of your face.

"should i go find this mosquito and beat the shit out of him?" sae blurts out, stretching his limbs

"how do you even know what a hickey looks like?!" you exclaimed, trying to run away but of course rin comes in and blocks your way

and of course during your commotion, shidou must’ve accidentally knocked something down inside your room. you closed your eyes and face palmed that shidou just blew his cover. both brothers pause before looking at the direction of your room. both rin and sae make eye contact before bolting up the stairs to try and catch shidou who was inside your room

you let out a shriek as you tried to chase down your two athletic brothers up the stairs.

sae was the first one to get to your door. without hesitation, he yanks your door open (almost breaking it) and barges in. eyes scanning the room for a potential intruder aka your boyfriend that they now know off.

the window was open and all of you heard a loud thud outside and some bushes rustling. rin peeps his head out the window to see shidou running for his life, his shirt on hand

“I’LL SEE YOU ANOTHER TIME WHEN YOUR BROTHERS AREN’T HOME, BABE!” you hear shidou yell from the distance.

you may never not be able to leave your house without one of your brothers OR you will never be left home alone ever again after this

Félix “Tito” Trinidad aplaude la gesta de Amanda Serrano y hace llamado a los prospectos boricuas

El integrante del Salón de la Fama del Boxeo Internacional acudió al homenaje que se realizó el lunes en Santurce

La admiración que provoca Amanda Serrano en los fanáticos del boxeo, que ven en ella una digna representante de los deportistas, las mujeres y el país, percola hasta sus compañeros peleadores que este lunes llegaron hasta la cancha Nilmarie Santini del Departamento de Recreación y Deportes (DRD) para compartir con ella y felicitarla por su más reciente logro sobre el ring.

Uno de los más llamativos fue el querendón de Puerto Rico, el excampeón mundial Félix “Tito” Trinidad, quien también acompañó a Serrano a un encuentro con el gobernador Pedro Pierluisi en La Fortaleza en horas de la mañana.

Como suele suceder, la presencia de Trinidad cautivó a las personas que estaban en la instalación deportiva, quienes aprovecharon para saludarlo y para pedirle fotos y autógrafos. Igualmente, recibió un cálido aplauso cuando fue presentado durante la actividad.

“Verla triunfar como lo hizo hace unas semanas atrás es bien importante para nuestro país. Estamos escasos de campeones. En las mujeres tenemos a Amanda y en varones a (Jonathan) ‘Bomba’ González. Pero sabemos que Puerto Rico se ha levantado en muchas áreas y Puerto Rico se va a levantar con nuestros campeones mundiales”, expresó el múltiple campeón mundial e integrante del Salón de la Fama del Boxeo Internacional.

Trinidad recordó que Puerto Rico ha tenido campeones mundiales en todos los pesos y exhortó a los peleadores y peleadoras que recién comienzan sus carreras a enfocarse para que puedan ser exitosos y brindarle alegría al país.

“Somos un país pequeño, pero grande en corazón. Yo voy a ustedes. Entrenen fuerte, y a los manejadores, que les consigan las peleas adecuadas para poder llevarlos al campeonato mundial”, estipuló.

Trinidad -que reinó en las 147, 154 y 160 libras- compartió que Serrano estaba muy feliz con el recibimiento y con su presencia en la actividad con el primer ejecutivo.

“Siempre que me llamen, diré presente a toda mi gente”, recalcó Trinidad, que era esperado por varias personas para tomarse una foto.

Otra luminaria deportiva que hizo su aparición fue Alfredo “El Salsero” Escalera, quien acudió acompañado de su esposa Doris Avilés.

“Yo fui invitado por (Francisco) Paquito Varcárcel (presidente de la Organización Mundial de Boxeo). Me dijo que iba a estar con otros muchachos para compartir con Amanda, que es grandísima y ha hecho más que yo y muchos otros campeones”, argumentó el otrora titular de las 130 libras del Consejo Mundial de Boxeo (CMB).

Escalera consiguió ese cinturón el 5 de julio de 1975 al vencer en dos asaltos al japonés Kuniaki Shibata. Hizo 10 defensas de esa corona, la que cedió frente al nicaragüense Alexis Argüello el 28 de enero de 1978.

“Lo que ha logrado Amanda es grandísimo. Es raro hayan campeonas como ella”, dijo Escalera.

Por su parte, el excampeón peso mínimo Alex “El Nene” Sánchez, puntualizó que Serrano “ha trascendido el deporte del boxeo”.

“Ganar las cuatro correas de un solo peso... Hizo historia. Es la única. Además de los títulos en otros pesos. Ella se merece un gran respeto de todos nosotros”, manifestó Sánchez, quien fue campeón de las 105 libras de la OMB entre 1995 y 1997.

Serrano se convirtió en la primera boxeadora de Puerto Rico -sea hombre o mujer- en proclamarse se en campeona indiscutida de una división al vencer a la mexicana Erika Cruz por los títulos peso pluma de la OMB, CMB, Asociación Mundial de Boxeo, Federación Internacional de Boxeo (FIB) y la Organización Internacional de Boxeo (OIB).

De la cepa nueva, el campeón Jonathan “Bomba” González, Yankiel Rivera y Stephanie Piñeiro también acudieron a rendirle sus respetos.

“Yo siento mucha agradecimiento por todo lo que ella está haciendo y a logrado. Ella está abriendo muchas puertas para nosotras”, recordó Piñeiro, quien este sábado consiguió su cuarta victoria al derrotar a la argentina Yamila Reynoso.

Mientras, Rivera agradeció la oportunidad de compartir con Serrano en la cartelera en Nueva York, en la que consiguió una victoria ante Fernando Díaz.

“En un momento que Puerto Rico no tenía campeones, ella sacó la cara por nosotros. Yo estoy aquí en agradecimiento a ella”, articuló Rivera

González, campeón junior mosca de la OMB, también tuvo palabras de elogio para Serrano.

“Amanda es otro nivel. Ella es el oro del boxeo femenino, y tenemos que tenerla como una de las mejores de la historia. Yo la pongo en el ‘Top 5′ con los hombres”, puntualizó González, quien el 8 de abril se medirá al japones Kenshiro Teraji en una pelea unificatoria de los títulos de las 108 libras.
