Thanks for the ask! And assuming i know what these numbers go off of lets get started!

1.) Is there a story you’re holding off on writing for some reason?

A.) There are plenty and most of them have to do with my OC because she still has to find time to attend school while going through these adventures like every year. The one that comes to mind is that i have some are for a Soul Eater story where my character gets a partner that is a katana but in an act of selflessness sacrifices their self to save the main character. But then when something attacks soul and Maka (like in the manga) my main and Soul are able to resonate and then it’s like Soul Eater Not with the Halberd that has two partners. So that’s one of the very many stories i have kinda planned out. I also once a year do a small script for Jack Frost when winter comes, and man is that over due. I also have a space Dandy one i’m working on, and so many others.

2) what work of yours, if any, are you the most embarrassed about existing?

A) OMG what works do i have that aren’t embarrassing?! The two that come to mind that are on FanFic are a treasure planet one and my FFVII Advent Children one, they’re only embarrassing because they are so bad and need to be rewritten so that my OC is not labeled a whore lol she doesn’t have sex with anyone but depending on who i’m crushing on (Jim Hawkins) tends to be where her eyes go. I have a whole drawer full of unfinished stories that are just sitting there.

11) what aspect of your writing do you think has most improved since you started writing?

A) This one is actually an easy answer. With the way that I’ve been writing Death Note: The Other Side, i feel as though my ability to write in first person has improved and i actually enjoy writing their thoughts and i find it fun to read. The first Chapter of Ebony and Fire you can see this too with the way you can kinda listen in on her thoughts and watch as she comes undone.

18) were there any works you read that affected you so much that it influenced your writing style? what were they?

A) XD Sooo most of my friends write porn so probably not until i get to that part in my fics, but off of the top of my head there are a few fics that i really enjoy. so for one @rkcart has that werewolf AU and i always look forward to reading Anonymous’ fic on it. Then there’s @crossedquills i have the unfortunate inability to scroll past anything she posts without reading it first which leads me to reading at work for half an hour before i get shit done. Idk man there are a lot of FFXV fic writers that really help me to see our boys in different ways and i know that it’ll really help me with my fic Ebony and Fire. Also @xikra1648 ‘s stuff is really good too.

So yeah i guess that about sums it up :) and I wanna thank everyone who let me get out of the corner and join the Tumblr party this year, @destiny-islanders when i first got my tablet i really hated it and i didn’t really understand how it worked but you encouraged me to keep trying and now i can create pretty neat stuff too. Also i’m always on edge waiting for your new stuff. @scitty-kitty i know you use twitter more now but you inspire me every day and i always look forward to the art of dandy. @hypaalicious, Thanks for filling my dash with ignis porn i appreciate it, and with your other posts dragging me into Prom hell, where i never thought i could fall into. @ignis-scientia-estrogen-brigade your drawings of Ignis make me happy, keep them up i adore them. @pompomprompto @ignisrecipeh @katiebugbug @stylishchocobutt @paopunova thanks for putting up with me in comrades i had a lot of fun and i hope to keep playing with you guys. @mr-frog-man thanks for reading my DN fic, it’s nice to have someone to talk to about it and help critique it. Im not too caught up with limited life yet I got about half way through Tango's episode before I got distracted but I have to say there was a certain death notification at the start which was just *so* satisfying to see in the game chat.

anyway I have been having silly mundane AU thoughts

AU where Limited life is just when they book a group holiday to one of those holiday park places but they had to rent like five holiday homes for all of them.

Scott and Martyn, and then Ties are near each other in two seperate cabins and also nearest the park's pool.

Bad boys are *right next door to this one activity centre and they're getting competitive, to put it mildly* and near to the clockers, and BigB and Pearl.

They're all menaces to each other because of course they are. But like affectionately.

(For aw factor this could be a *thing* before Martyn and Ren get married. Like a big bash thing, which is why Ren's not there, he's doing a similar something somewhere else.)

Continuing the fluff and ignoring the conflict What do you mean Grian and Scar, the most insufferable married couple ever, are acting like teenagers sneaking in through each other's windows each night guys you could just fucking room together. Pearl tells them this every night when she sees one of them sneaking past *her* window to get to each other because her fuckin. Thingy is between theirs.

(Bonus points if no one realizes they're married. At least until Scott Smajor is like trying to give Martyn advice and leaves Scarian off when he's listing married people on this holiday and Grian just gives Scott the most indignant look and starts gesturing at himself and Scar while Pearl laughs)

The various events are mostly just playing various games like card games and board games together because that's what my family did basically every evening on those holidays when I was growing up. We'd all squish in around the dining table in one of the places we rented and play cards.

Cleo burning the mansion in session one is them beating everyone at idk. Poker? Uno? Whist? (That said a certain something from session 2 is definitely actually just a fist fight.)

Ranboo looked up in a panic, “Uh-”

Scar was holding Ranboo’s dotting pen. He patted his pockets, and the only thing missing seemed to be the pen unless Ranboo had forgotten something and-

“Relax. It’s… An exceptionally nice pen...” Scar said with a grin, only for Grian to snatch it out of Scar’s hand to pass back to Ranboo (Scar made an offended gasp and Grian said something Ranboo couldn’t understand)

“It is a nice pen.” Grian agreed.

“I wish I could remember where I got it.”

The room lapsed into silence for a few moments before Scar snapped his fingers.

“There’s something about those pens in the species encyclopaedia I think?”

Grian sighed and got to his feet. “I’ll go get it from Pearl and Gem.”

“Hah! I was right, listen to this, Ranboo!” Scar said, rolling back into the room with the thick book open on his lap. “There are several items that are traditionally given as gifts from parents to children in end realms, whether custom made for the child or passed on from grandparents.”

“I take it the dotting pen is listed.” Grian said.

“Correct!” Scar was practically vibrating with excitement.

“That’s sweet. All my parents gave me was trauma.” Grian said.

Ranboo looked at the dotting pen again. It ended in a ring on one end, to draw perfect circles, and a ball on the other, to fill those circles in as required. His was gilded, with an obsidian handle, and engraved with words he could no longer read.

This was from his… parents. People who presumably loved him. It didn’t look very old or worn, hadn’t ever looked worn, as far as Ranboo could remember. So they would have had this made for him, specifically, most likely.

Tubbo’s parents were saying something.

“Sorry, what was that?”

Grian rolled his eyes, “Do you want us to try and find someone who can make those?”

“Uh…” Why would- Oh, Gods and Goddesses, Michael. Who Tubbo had taken to see something called ‘the perimeter’, “Yes, I’d be- I’d be very grateful. Thank you. Yes.”

Scar was initally going to try and convince Ranboo to sell him the pen.

The encyclopaedia is a concept I've brought up a few times now - it lists a bunch of species, is very innaccurate in places, and is several versions out of date. But the hermits collectively own this copy and have added extensive annotations and corrections between them.

"He's sleeping." Scar says, glowering at the pile of happy vex.

"Oh, where? I can't find him."

At that moment, Grian lets out a tired chirp, making the vex pile reshuffle themselves, temporarily revealing Scar's pregnant mate to Pearl.

"They won't let me near him." Scar says.

"I see."

"Yeah."

Two of their children were getting ready to go scavenging in the cave for wild mushrooms.

The older of the two, one of the hatchlings from their first surviving clutch, was helping the younger into her little jacket.

She looked so much like Grian and Scar, with blonde hair and green eyes, and wings that worked so much like vex wings but looked more like Grian's. Her red cardigan only added to the resemblance.

The younger had hair as dark as Cub's, and she looked more human than not, if not for the patches of feathers that grew from her back and in her hair and the vex glow that was easy to miss but unmistakable once you noticed it.

"And what do you do in an emergency?" Cub asked. He loved them so much.

The older grinned at Cub, smile so much like Scar's, as she held up her hand, summoning a very sharp crystal shard made of solid magic to float above it. "I know, dad."

Her sister latched onto her arm, reaching for the crystal with wonder in her eyes.

Some of the other hatchlings were play fighting, and the rest were with Grian going for a flight.

"You got it. Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?"

"We're just going mushroom picking." She said, her sister now being held in one arm, and her basket in the other.

"Okay, don't travel too far," Cub hugged them, "the last thing we want to do is lose you."

Their daughter knew those caves better than anyone, Cub told himself as he watched them leave, she was crafty and resourceful and knew where all the tiny crevices were that no one would be able to follow her into. Even if there was trouble, everything would be fine.

The demon stepped down to face him. Grian stumbled and fell.“That won’t do” With a flick of the demons finger a chair came flying for Grian to sit on.

“So, what exactly did you summon for? I only know the basics of it” fingers snapped and a contract pop in front of him.

“I- um- you- you’re- a-“ Grians brain was finally catching up with him. Fear was still bubbling in Grians chest preventing his from speaking.

“A demon?” The demon leaned forward, nose to nose with Grian now. The demons dumb smirk flashing in Grians face now he was just annoyed. This thing was making Grian make a fool of himself.

“BACK UP.” It sumbled back with surprise and a cane pop up in the demons right hand.

“First of all MY apartment is a mess! What will my roommate think!? He is coming home in 30 minutes! Second of all I would expect a demon to be ON time!” Grian scolded the horned demon. In all honesty he was expecting to be dead by the time he was done speaking, he really just yelled at an immortal being. So he waited but only a laugh came from the demon.

“I’m impressed! I’ve never had someone scold me!” The smirk still on the demons face, a snap of their finger again everything that fell was put back in place and fixed.

“From what your file says is somewhat simple, in most cases you would have to give a piece of yourself to Asmodeus, his choice of course. But, I have an alternative! your too cute to have your humanity taken away Anyway ”

Grian blushed at the last comment.

Grian took some time to look at this demon. He was… well now that he look that button up was a bit to tight to fit over the demons chest, also the fact that the corset around the demons waist making the chest look bigger and Grian would never tell anyone, but he was a bit for a simp for people with piercings. And there was a lot on this demon.

Grian made eye contact with the demon, eyes green surprisingly and eyelashes long. “So what is this ‘alternative’?”

The demons tail flicked with excitement?

“Marry Me!”

(Reason for not saying Scars name is because if Grian knows it before signing the contract Grian can use his name against him because knowing a demons name is powerful. Also Scar is Gender-fluid in this but looks more male, its just the the eyes, waist, and scitties that are throwing off Grian.)

This Marriage is platonic at first grows to be romantic and Scar would never make Grian do something he wouldn’t like he’s here to help, not harm!

Something something fantasy AU grian spent his teenage years angsting about never being able to get back to the fantasy world.

And also sitting in the park gaining widespread adoration from all the kids for his outlandish tales (that actually happened, for the most part)

and also because he regularly ends up splitting a little bit off of his flower crown (a magical living flower crown that was a gift from Stress back in the day) to weave into new living flower crowns which are just as magical as his own.

So you have this teenager surrounded by little kids in flower crowns he made listening to his stories. All very cute.

They ask him why he didn't stay there. He wonders that too. They ask him about Scar a lot. (thus the children in the park figure out how head over heels Grian is/was/will be for Scar long before Grian notices)
