Tobi raises his eyebrows at Jas, who seemed to be deep in thought about the sudden surge of questions. Tobi has heard her ask for his kids multiple times in bed but it was never brought up to conversation out of bed. It wasn’t brought up either because with their set up before, it was not ideal to make that kind of plan for the future.

Jas nodded, purposefully. The answer is always yes. She’s not afraid to admit that. Though admittedly it’s still too early for her to be having children—with her career just starting to thrive, it would be a hindrance to her abilities as a mother to balance all that. She wasn’t as skilled in time-management as her own mother was, after all. But yes, she did want to be a mother. Raise a kid with her best friends like she was with her mom and her Tita Philomena raising her and Alistair back then. Bianca wasn’t one to show affection all the time. The closest most people got to Bianca’s affection was her inflicting her chaos on them, like her very chaotic friendship with Cielo Yang. As much as he wanted to keep watching her, he had to tear his eyes away from her and bring his eye back on the road, trying to focus on it instead of the goddess divine that was yapping his ears out right now.

Jacynthe stirred awake as the warm sunlight from the glassdoor of the balcony greeted her, though it was not without noticing that the other side of the bed which was empty when she fell asleep was empty once again. The Greek government has long been accused of forced returns - pushing people back towards Turkey, where they have crossed from, which is illegal under international law.

But this is the first time the BBC has calculated the number of incidents which allege that fatalities occurred as a result of the Greek coastguard's actions. The 15 incidents we analysed - dated May 2020-23 - resulted in 43 deaths. The initial sources were primarily local media, NGOs and the Turkish coastguard.

In five of the incidents, migrants said they were thrown directly into the sea by the Greek authorities. In four of those cases they explained how they had landed on Greek islands but were hunted down. In several other incidents, migrants said they had been put onto inflatable rafts without motors which then deflated, or appeared to have been punctured.

One of the most chilling accounts was given by a Cameroonian man, who says he was hunted by Greek authorities after landing on the island of Samos in September 2021. Like all the people we interviewed, he said he was planning to register on Greek soil as an asylum seeker. "We had barely docked, and the police came from behind," he told us. "There were two policemen dressed in black, and three others in civilian clothes. They were masked, you could only see their eyes." He and two others - another from Cameroon and a man from Ivory Coast - were transferred to a Greek coastguard boat, he said, where events took a terrifying turn. “They started with the [other] Cameroonian. They threw him in the water. The Ivorian man said: ‘Save me, I don’t want to die… and then eventually only his hand was above water, and his body was below. "Slowly his hand slipped under, and the water engulfed him." Our interviewee says his abductors beat him. "Punches were raining down on my head. It was like they were punching an animal." And then he says they pushed him, too, into the water - without a life jacket. He was able to swim to shore, but the bodies of the other two - Sidy Keita and Didier Martial Kouamou Nana - were recovered on the Turkish coastline. The survivor’s lawyers are demanding the Greek authorities open a double murder case.

Another man, from Somalia, told the BBC how in March 2021 he had been caught by the Greek army on arrival on the island of Chios, who then handed him to the Greek coastguard. He said the coastguard had tied his hands behind his back, before dropping him into the water. "They threw me zip-tied in the middle of the sea. They wanted me to die," he said. He said he managed to survive by floating on his back, before one of his hands broke free from the ligature. But the sea was choppy, and three in his group died. Our interviewee made it to land where he was eventually spotted by the Turkish coastguard.

In the incident with the highest loss of life - in September 2022 - a boat carrying 85 migrants ran into trouble near the Greek island of Rhodes when its motor cut out. Mohamed, from Syria, told us they rang the Greek coastguard for help - who loaded them onto a boat, returned them to Turkish waters and put them in life rafts. Mohamed says the raft he and his family were given had not had its valve properly closed. "We immediately began to sink, they saw that… They heard us all screaming, and yet they still left us," he told the BBC. "The first child who died was my cousin's son… After that it was one by one. Another child, another child, then my cousin himself disappeared. By the morning seven or eight children had died. "My kids didn't die until the morning… right before the Turkish coastguard arrived."

Chairman Seo tells Jung that he is confident he is winning and that he cannot bring any other witnesses to build a case against him. If Jung plans to bring in Do-Hwan, Chairman Seo can easily tear him down. However, to the chairman's shock, and everyone else in the court, the real hidden card is Jae-Kyung, who is alive.

Do-Hwan saw signs of life from Jae-Kyung during the murder scene cleanup, prompting him to call Jung and start their partnership. I've been playing Lioden since mid 2014, on and off, but it hasn't been until the last year or two that I've really buckled down and gotten deep into it! For the very few followers I have right now who may appreciate the tips, here is how I've made BANK on Lioden:

Monthly Events

Really, that's all there is to it. Be aware of the monthly events that produce the most profit and keep an eye on the game market over time. Use the demand for previous months' items to your advantage! In the span of about half a year, I got enough currency and items to buy 2 First Generation Leopons, A Hexa-Dawn heir, 3 Mukomberos, more marking and base apps than I care to count, other random instant-gratification type goodies, and STILL have items and $$$ left over.

DISCLAIMER: Keep in mind, what I've done is far from perfect profit, and I've entirely skipped quite a few profitable events. All of the values I use below is using the average MAXIMUM market value for each item. Maximum market value usually occurs 6-7 months After the respective event, OR a month or two before the item returns as some items like Buffalo and lion scrotums are available in more than one monthly event.

All my event currency was collected using two accounts (my main and side). This method can be used to maximize your personal profit regardless of how much you grind, as long as you end each event with enough currency to buy some of the "token items" by the end of the month.

EVENT 1: SEPTEMBER (Locust Plague)

TOKEN ITEMS: Ochre Gnawrocks (150 JB) / Maximum Value ~60-70 GB GMO Cows (150 JB) / Maximum Value ~50-60 GB

Without straining myself to grind, I still managed to make about 3,000 JB and some change by the end of the month. I bought 10 GMO cows and 10 Ochre Gnaws, exactly. I buried them in my hoard to await the next month.

EVENT 2: OCTOBER (To Hell with Rabies)

TOKEN ITEMS: Crunchy Worms (300 BB) / Maximum Value ~50-60 GB Shadows of Death (30 NF) / Maximum Value ~15 GB Angelic Blessings (60 DS) / Maximum Value ~20-25 GB

This is where the main idea of my strategy comes into play! Personally, I split my two accounts between the storyline options to give myself access to BOTH Angelic Blessings and Shadows of death, but this works just as well if you double-down on one side.

Grind BB and NF/DS to your heart's content. At the end of the month, use your currency to buy as many Crunchy worms, AB and SoD as you can manage.

MOST IMPORTANTLY... dig up your buried Gnawrocks and GMO Cows.

In the trading center, put these items up for trade one at a time in exchange for MULTIPLE crunchy worms. I asked for about 2-3 crunchy worms per Gnaw/Cow, and that amount sold well.

By trading in most of my Gnaws + Cows for multiple Crunchies each, in addition to my own grinding, I ended October with 60 Crunchy Worms, 2 Gnawrocks, and 2 Cows. I turned my ~1200+ GB hoard into a ~3500+ GB hoard (not including the SoDs or AB from the heaven/hell shops)

Bury your worms.

EVENT 3: FEBRUARY (Aphrodisia)

TOKEN ITEMS: Buffalo Scrotums (60 HS) / Maximum Value ~45-50 GB Lion Scrotums (80 HS) / Maximum Value ~55-65 GB Yohimbe Barks (30 HS) / Maximum Value ~20-25 GB

If you don't grind any other month of the year, February is the event I highly recommend you GRIND THE HELL OUT OF! February is the single biggest cashcow event on Lioden with so many valuable breeding items being offered in the shops at one time.

At the end of this past February, I accrued about 5,000 total HS with constant grinding. I bought 120 Yohimbe Barks, 20 Buffalo Scrotums, and a couple lion scrotums at the end of the month.

Again, i dug up the crunchy worms from my hoard, and traded half of them for Yohimbe Barks and Buffalo Scrotums.

For 1 Crunchy worm, I asked for 4 buffalo scrotums OR 8 yohimbe barks.

At the end of February, I ended up with 100 Buffalo Scrotums, 160 yohimbe barks, and 30 Crunchy Worms.

My ~3500+ GB hoard had become a nearly ~10,000 GB hoard

I'm not totally proud to say that I immediately dumped about half of my yohimbe barks into failed hybrid breedings, essentially tossing 1700+ GB down the drain... but hey! It's part of the game and thrill of the gamble.

This is where I've ended my profit-maximizing and also where I decided to splurge most of my hoard on the previously mentioned expenses. I did NOT trade most of these items for their full MAXIMUM value as I did not wait for their values to increase on the market. I traded most of my hoard's potential value for instant gratification, but I'm still very happy with what I've achieved given that it did not cost a cent of IRL money and did not take so much effort that it disturbed my IRL obligations!! Keep in mind, I worked full time all while playing this game, so it's do-able!
