the fact that there have been so many mass shootings this summer like more than i think ive ever heard before is frightening and disturbing. when are we going to realize that allowing for more guns actually makes the gun violence issue worse

I'm not looking forward to going to work tomorrow. I am fairly certain no one told the landlord that the AC is broken and that we need it fixed. Working two 10 hour shifts without it was so excruciating last week. I don't think I recovered from that and then the event we went to Saturday also took a lot out of me. I know I didn't recover from that. I'm barely holding on right now...

"But if college was free, then people would abuse that and get useless degrees" hell yeah I would! If I could go to college without debt I would make it my job to get a degree in every little thing that interested me. I'd get a doctorate in film studies. I'd have a bachelor's degree for every science I like. I'd try to learn at least 5 languages with varying results. I would learn something "useful" like coding and then follow it up with a ""useless"" degree like art history. I'd be the world record speed run holder for getting every degree possible.
But I can't afford college without going into massive debt, so instead I spent the last 5 years trying to figure out what I am passionate enough about to consider going into debt over, because unfortunately being passionate about everything is extremely expensive to pursue.

but like, i signed up to take the test after doing a simple practice one and was like alright i can do this and then i did no studying, started a practice test thirty minutes before the actual one, started freaking out a bit, and then got a fairly high score on the official while the anxiety levels were skyrocketing lmao
but jesus christ
#at the end BEFORE IT EVEN SHOWED YOU YOUR SCORE it was like do you want us to report or cancel the score???#like show me first and then we'll talk#but i was like we're gonna report#and then it said 182 when the minimum to pass is like 156#and the max possible is 200 i think#personal#one less thing to worry about
