Starting day 6 of the #OolaChallenge by focusing on my friendships. I was challenged to look at my current friendships and remove myself from any toxicity. Well… it did it! And friends, it was difficult. But also so freeing and needed. And just like Dave says in the Oola book, “When you set a boundary in a negative relationship, you make more room for positive relationships to fill the vacancy.” ______________ Want to join This amazing 21 day challenge, text GOALS to 718-504-2192 or go to http://bit.ly/goalsmif https://www.instagram.com/p/CQqQSemslKz/?utm_medium=tumblr

This saying is really true💖 My home is my happy place. My family is so important to my heart. When I have been gone several hours to have a little mom time or an oily class, my family is so happy to see me when I arrive back home. #family #kids #oilyhabit #blessedlife #lifeisgood #thankful #oolachallenge

Today’s #oolachallenge is all about Field, and it has me thinking about one way I can give it my all at work this next week. As a mom, wife and small business owner, I catch myself feeling like a circus performer trying to juggle multiple roles… which can lead me to not reaching out and connecting with people like I should be. But not anymore! My new goal is to reach out to at least one person a day, connect with him or her and discover any needs that I might need able to help fulfill.

Day 17: Discipline Welcome to day 17 of the #OolaYLChallenge! Sorry I'm just catching up.....We hope you all embraced your inner hopeless romantic a few days ago. Today we’ll dive into the third OolaAccelerator: discipline. It’s rare to find someone who has attained his or her dream life without the power of strong work ethic and discipline. Discipline comes in many forms, but one of the most important forms is positive thinking. Sometimes we get stuck in the routines of life—all of the stresses of work, family life, relationships, and finances pile up. As worry and uncertainty increase, it's easy to catch ourselves viewing things from a negative perspective. Today’s #OolaChallenge is to go 24 hours without complaining. Whenever you catch yourself complaining in your head or out loud, pause and say one thing that you are grateful for. Use that moment to count a simple blessing in your life that you might've taken for granted or even missed had you kept on complaining. Through this disciplined awareness, you will not only complain less, but you will also see how blessed you truly are. Don’t let negative thoughts keep you from seeing the good that today has to offer. As you work on your disciplined thinking today, diffuse Lemon essential oil to create a bright, cheery aromatic experience. It’ll remind you to think positive. More about Lemon essential oil: Lemon oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of lemons, giving its aroma all the brightness of the freshly picked fruit. Diffuse Lemon to create an aromatic environment that is clean-smelling and positive. #OolaYLChallenge #discipline #positivevibes #positive #positivethoughts #grateful #saygratefulthings #positivethinking #blessing #simpleblessings #thinkpositive #good #goodvibes

Today’s #oolachallenge was to meditate or pray about something as often as I think about it. And to be honest… today was one of those “against the grain” kind of days. But as I changed my approach from thoughts of stress and worry and began meditating for strength and peace, I felt empowered. Talk about a simple change that can make such a positive impact! ________________________ Need some support and accountability with your goals? I have a great resource/accountability app for you. Stop comparing yourself to other people or to what society thinks beauty should look like. Find the beauty within YOU. What do you love about YOUR body? Pick three things. For me, I love my eyes, my hands and my decolletage. Find beauty and gratitude in where you are right now. ❤️ #OolaChallenge

Today we are going to challenge you to overcome the fourth OolaBlocker—self-sabotage. WHAT STOPS YOU ???? We all have goals that we’re set on accomplishing—the goals we pursue relentlessly until we accomplish them. No failure, pain, heartache, or challenge will keep us from it. Then there are the things that we believe we can't do. These are the good things in our lives that we don't feel worthy or capable of for some reason. Today's #OolaChallenge is to replace your doubt with 20 seconds of courage. Here's how. First, think of the goal you believe you won’t accomplish. You may tell yourself you'll never get that promotion, you'll never be debt free, you'll never find love, or you'll never be able to trust again. Once you've thought of that thing, write it down. Next, write down “self-sabotage.” Then write three good things that would come if you did what you say you can't or won't do. Once you write down three good things, we want you to cross out “self-sabotage” and re-read the three positive things. Take 20 seconds of courage to tell yourself "all things are possible" as you tear up that paper and throw it away. We encourage you to remind yourself of this every time you doubt, say you can't, or avoid something that will lead you closer to your OolaLife. As you remind yourself of this activity, remember that believing looks less like optimism and more like courage in these moments. To take your challenge to another level, if you have it, we suggest using Awaken™ essential oil blend. Throughout the day, apply a couple drops of Awaken as you strive to bring about inner awareness. #OolaYLChallenge #goals #believe #courage #allthingsarepossible #replaceyourdoubt #20secondsofcourage

Day 3 of 21 #OolaChallenge text GOALS to 718-504-2192 for more details I’m 3 days into my 21-day oolachallenge, and today’s a tough one… I’m putting my phone down for some uninterrupted time with my family. Seriously... I’m powered it off earlier to focus on what truly matters. For me it's crazy cuase I so everything for my brand/business alone. I'm working on my automation and systems so I don't have to rely on being on my phone as much! Recommendations on what this family of three can do tonight that is fun, free and disconnected from technology? #familytimeisthebesttime #disconnecting https://www.instagram.com/p/CQSFJqYsgRN/?utm_medium=tumblr

This so important in my book. We only have so much time to be with the ones we love. I am blessed beyond words that I have been able to be home with my 2 youngest kids their entire lives. If you are unable to be a stay at home mama, that's okay. Just use those moments you have and be present with all those you love. This goes for dad's and single people too😉 #bepresent #life #oolachallenge #oilyhabit #oolafamily #blessed #momapproved #entrepreneur #enjoylife

Day 12 of the #oolachallenge... The Oola blocker, Laziness
On the path to Oola, there is no room for laziness. It cannot be a part of your life in any way, shape, or form. It’s easy to get caught up life's routines and feel comfortable where you are, but feeling comfortable is a double-edged sword.
Living your Oola life involves finding contentment and gratitude in your current situation, BUT also having faith in how much further you can go. Contentment is one thing, but not if it leads to complacency. Complacency leads to laziness, and regardless of where you are in life, you are worthy of better.
So today's challenge was to write down one goal I want to accomplish this next year and read it to myself every day for the remainder of the challenge. I want to reach Silver status in my Young Living business this year. ❤️ So I wrote it on the back of a note my daughter wrote to me. And I keep it in my purse so I can see it every day.
A life you desire but only think about is just a dream. Written down, it becomes a goal. By writing down your goal and reading it every day, you will constantly remind yourself to take steps closer to the life you dream of and deserve.
#OolaChallenge
