Welcome to day 19 of the #OolaYLChallenge! Today is all about passion, the fifth OolaAccelerator. Passion is a clear OolaAccelerator. If life were a card game, passion is the trump card. If your passion is strong enough, it has the ability to trump many of the OolaBlockers you’ve learned about, including fear, anger, and laziness. Today’s #OolaYLChallenge is to link your passion to the life you visualize. We call this process, “in, out, do.” First, look inward and take note of how you use your passion and where you can improve. Second, look out and find mentors, books, or information to learn how to use your passion more in your career, relationships, and other areas of your life. Third, take action and include your passion in your daily routine. Want even more punch in your passion? If you have some, drink a can of NingXia Zyng™ for an extra-invigorating way to start your day. #oolaylchallenge #passion #inoutdo #trumpdaoolablocker #lookinward #lookup #takeaction #visualize

Integrity Welcome to day 18 of the #OolaYLChallenge! Are you ready to dive into today’s challenge? It’s time to learn about the fourth OolaAccelerator: integrity. What two small acts of balance can you schedule and commit to this week? Do you ever feel like you put so much of yourself into something or someone that you start losing a little bit of who you are? Often the more dedicated you feel, the more you sacrifice, which can lead to imbalance. In your journey to Oola, don’t put everything into your dream and forget about balancing your life. Today’s #OolaYLChallenge is to schedule and commit to two small acts of balance this week. If you've stopped hanging out with your friends so you can work more, schedule a coffee date with a friend. If you find yourself skipping the gym to catch up on emails, complete a workout. Write down your commitments and keep yourself accountable. Don’t forget to stay true to yourself. Set goals that promote personal growth, but set them in steps that are realistic so you create a culture of winning. The rush of accomplishing small wins along the way, combined with a restored belief in yourself, propels you to the life of your dreams. As you commit to your two small acts of balance, diffuse Frankincense essential oil to help collect your thoughts and refine your sense of purpose. More about Frankincense essential oil: Frankincense has an earthy, uplifting aroma that’s perfect for grounding and spiritual connectedness. Create a safe and comforting environment when you diffuse or inhale the empowering aroma of this oil—a perfect opportunity to collect your thoughts. When you seek purpose or engage in prayer or meditation, use this oil to enhance your experience. #OolaYLChallenge #integrity #balance #actsofbalance #grounding #collectyourthoughts #senseofpurpose #belief #beliefinyourself #winning #goals #personalgrowth #personaldevelopment

Day 17: Discipline Welcome to day 17 of the #OolaYLChallenge! Sorry I'm just catching up.....We hope you all embraced your inner hopeless romantic a few days ago. Today we’ll dive into the third OolaAccelerator: discipline. It’s rare to find someone who has attained his or her dream life without the power of strong work ethic and discipline. Discipline comes in many forms, but one of the most important forms is positive thinking. Sometimes we get stuck in the routines of life—all of the stresses of work, family life, relationships, and finances pile up. As worry and uncertainty increase, it's easy to catch ourselves viewing things from a negative perspective. Today’s #OolaChallenge is to go 24 hours without complaining. Whenever you catch yourself complaining in your head or out loud, pause and say one thing that you are grateful for. Use that moment to count a simple blessing in your life that you might've taken for granted or even missed had you kept on complaining. Through this disciplined awareness, you will not only complain less, but you will also see how blessed you truly are. Don’t let negative thoughts keep you from seeing the good that today has to offer. As you work on your disciplined thinking today, diffuse Lemon essential oil to create a bright, cheery aromatic experience. It’ll remind you to think positive. More about Lemon essential oil: Lemon oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of lemons, giving its aroma all the brightness of the freshly picked fruit. Diffuse Lemon to create an aromatic environment that is clean-smelling and positive. #OolaYLChallenge #discipline #positivevibes #positive #positivethoughts #grateful #saygratefulthings #positivethinking #blessing #simpleblessings #thinkpositive #good #goodvibes

Welcome to day 6 of the #OolaforWomen Challenge! Today we’ll focus on the sixth F of Oola—Friends. Friendships hold a special place in women's lives. We have those enriching friendships where we can talk about anything, those girlfriends that have been through our good times and our bad times with us. Friends that encourage us, push us, support us, and keep us accountable. These type of positive friendships push us to pursue our dreams, but we also find ourselves stuck in toxic friendships that pull us further away from our OolaLife. Sometimes we let those negative relationships keep us from our positive relationships. So...Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to look at your current friendships and disengage from a negative one. Evaluate your 3-5 closest friendships and adjust your boundaries or set a boundary with a toxic friend who may have a negative influence in your life. This could mean unfriending them on Facebook, asking for a change you need within the relationship, or not responding to negative texts from a controlling or manipulative friend in your life. When you set a boundary in a negative friendship, you make more room for positive relationships that make you feel like you are blessed with empowering, healthy relationships. #Oolaforwomen #friends #relationships #toxicnomore #nomoretoxins

I hope you were able to find gratitude for both the good and bad that yesterday brought. I did, and shared on my original post. The second OolaAccelerator we will focus on is love. When we think of romance, it's easy to get caught up in what the world tells us it looks like: rose petals, candlelit dinners, extravagant dates, and expensive jewelry. At its core, true romance is simply thoughtfulness, and that’s what makes it so beautiful. When you listen and interact with your significant other with care and empathy, you realize that the most romantic gestures aren't ones that you necessarily see in a movie. Instead, they’re the actions that simply show you’ve been paying attention. Today’s #OolaYLChallenge is to do one romantic thing for the love of your life (if you are single, here's a good chance to do something thoughtful for yourself). Strip away the world's expectations and get creative—this isn't about grandeur. You don’t need to spend crazy amounts of money or plan extensively. It will cost you thoughtfulness, which always adds up to a lot more. Plus, giving and receiving love produces passion, and that is Oola. Seize the moment and go be a hopeless romantic in a way that changes your relationship. Want to be even more romantic? If you have this oil, Wear Joy™ as a cologne or perfume to inspire romance and togetherness. More about Joy essential oil: When diffused, Joy creates a warm, comforting environment and inspires a romantic aromatic atmosphere. Wear Joy as a cologne or perfume to exude an alluring and irresistible fragrance that inspires romance and togetherness. I received this oil as a free promo on my Essential Rewards order last month, so no time like the present to crack it open 💐

Today we are going to focus on the sixth OolaBlocker—envy. You know you suffer from envy when you not only want what others have, but you also want to make sure they don’t have it. This mentality is definitely an OolaBlocker! Have you ever become overly consumed with someone else’s life? Maybe you’re constantly comparing their relationship to yours. Who are YOU envious of? Today’s #OolaYLChallenge is to identify the envy in your life. Write the person you envy at the top of a sheet of paper. Below it, write down everything that person has that you want. Whether it includes traits or things, put it all on there. Now, cross off his or her name and above it write, “What is possible.” Let the things other people have inspire you instead of making you feel jealous or envious. You are worthy and have the talents and abilities to get what you want out of life. Remember, opportunities are infinite, not finite. Let go of jealousy and envy and go light up the world! If you are looking for something to help you in this process, If you have it, we recommend diffusing Motivation™ essential oil as you identify the envy in your life. Its uplifting aroma will help you as you move forward in a positive direction. #OolaYLChallenge #nomore #envy #positive #direction #inspire #jealous #worthy #opportunities

The fifth OolaBlocker that you need to overcome is laziness. WHAT GOAL/DREAM DO YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH THIS YEAR? On the path to Oola, there is no room for laziness. It cannot be a part of your life in any way, shape, or form. It’s easy to get caught up in life’s routines and feel comfortable where you are, but feeling comfortable is a double-edged sword. At Oola, we encourage you to find contentment and gratitude in your situation, but we also want you to have faith in how much further you can go. We want you to be content but not if it leads to complacency. Complacency leads to laziness, and regardless of where you are in life, you are worthy of better. Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to write down one dream you want to accomplish this next year and read it to yourself every day for the remainder of the challenge. A life you desire but only think about is just a dream. Written down, it becomes a goal. By writing down your goal and reading it every day, you will constantly remind yourself to take steps closer to the life you dream of and deserve. Need a little push to get started? If you have it, how about diffusing Oola Grow™ essential oil blend as you write down your dream. Its inspiring aroma will help as you focus on the task at hand. #OolaYLChallenge #dreams #lazynomore #goals #writedownyourdreams #readdaily #findcontentment #notimeforlaziness

Today we are going to challenge you to overcome the fourth OolaBlocker—self-sabotage. WHAT STOPS YOU ???? We all have goals that we’re set on accomplishing—the goals we pursue relentlessly until we accomplish them. No failure, pain, heartache, or challenge will keep us from it. Then there are the things that we believe we can't do. These are the good things in our lives that we don't feel worthy or capable of for some reason. Today's #OolaChallenge is to replace your doubt with 20 seconds of courage. Here's how. First, think of the goal you believe you won’t accomplish. You may tell yourself you'll never get that promotion, you'll never be debt free, you'll never find love, or you'll never be able to trust again. Once you've thought of that thing, write it down. Next, write down “self-sabotage.” Then write three good things that would come if you did what you say you can't or won't do. Once you write down three good things, we want you to cross out “self-sabotage” and re-read the three positive things. Take 20 seconds of courage to tell yourself "all things are possible" as you tear up that paper and throw it away. We encourage you to remind yourself of this every time you doubt, say you can't, or avoid something that will lead you closer to your OolaLife. As you remind yourself of this activity, remember that believing looks less like optimism and more like courage in these moments. To take your challenge to another level, if you have it, we suggest using Awaken™ essential oil blend. Throughout the day, apply a couple drops of Awaken as you strive to bring about inner awareness. #OolaYLChallenge #goals #believe #courage #allthingsarepossible #replaceyourdoubt #20secondsofcourage

Do you have anger to let go of? Yesterday we challenged you to ask for forgiveness and lessen the grip guilt has on your life. Today we are going to challenge you to overcome the third OolaBlocker—anger. We've all been hurt. Some of us have been hurt by a boss, a parent, a financial situation, a spouse (or ex-spouse), a child, or a friend. We go through deep pain, betrayal, abandonment, and anger. Our pain can lead to many forms of anger that not only affect you but everyone around you. This persistent anger can convince us to not believe in ourselves, trust other people, or love again. Oftentimes, we forgive whoever hurt us, but we haven't actually dealt with what's been done to us. Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to decide how long you will carry the anger and pain from your past into your future. Set a deadline for yourself. We want you to literally set a date that you will stop carrying the pain from your past into your future. Write it down. Be realistic about the time it will take and use the time between now and then to deal with the pain. It will be hard. It will bring up deep emotions and maybe even some anger, but it will be worth it. An effective way to do this is to make a couple of lists. First, make a list of the things you’ve done that have contributed to your pain. Own it. Then one by one, go through the list and choose to forgive yourself for each and every thing. Second, make a list of everything the person who hurt you has taken from you. It could be your time, that job promotion, your financial stability, your marriage, even the ability for you to put your kids to bed every night. Then one by one, go through the list and choose to forgive that person for each and every thing that he or she took from you. Once you've gone through both lists (as many times as you need), tear them up and throw them away on the date you set. Decide that the pain and the person who hurt you will no longer influence or control your future. If you have the courage to do this, we guarantee your past will always remind you but never define you. To help you through this tough process use Stress Away if you have it ! #forgiveness #lettinggo #trust #byebye #byebyeanger

What FEARS hold you back ? During the past week we focused on the seven Fs of Oola that you need to balance and grow as you pursue your OolaLife. If you truly have a desire to live an OolaLife, it’s important to identify what traits and characteristics hold you back. At Oola, we call these the OolaBlockers. Although it may be a challenge to confront these blockers and look at yourself honestly, we know that when you remove the clutter in your life, you can build from a fresh place. The first of the seven OolaBlockers we’ll look at is fear. For most people, fear is the greatest obstacle in their pursuit of Oola. Don’t allow fear to prevent you from taking action that creates balance and growth in your life. Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to address an area in your life where fear is holding you back and take action to overcome it. In order to do this, you must overcome fear by using the “ready, set, go” process. The first step to overcoming fear is to get ready. You must acknowledge that you are fearful of the situation that lies ahead and prepare for it. Next, you must set fear in its place. What would your life look like if you let fear win? How different would your life be if you overcame fear and continue living your purpose? The last step is “go.” This is the 20 seconds of courage you need to walk into the gym for the first time, talk on stage, attend a church, remove that toxic relationship, rid yourself of debt, get involved in your community, or host an event for your Young Living business. No matter what your fear is, never let it hold you back from the life you dream of and deserve—your OolaLife. A great oil, if you have it, to use during your ready, set, go process is Valor II™. Diffuse it to jump-start the process with its uplifting, affirming scent. #OolaYLChallenge #fear #fearnomore #faceyourfears #valor #purpose #action #takeaction #overcome #ready #set #go #goals #dreams #deserve

WHAT'S YOUR FUN??????? It’s time for some fun! Today we are going to focus on the seventh and final F of Oola—Fun. Have you ever caught yourself smiling while you're doing something you love? When it's almost impossible to hold it back, that's OolaFun. You might think you don’t have time for fun. Well, we're going to make you schedule it in. But not just any fun—we want to take you back to when you were younger. Maybe you loved playing a sport and you could never get enough. Maybe it was the family board games growing up. Maybe it was something you did with your childhood or college friends. If you take some time to think about it, you’ll realize that everyone has those activities that instantly bring us back to the “good ol’ days.” Today’s #OolaYLChallenge is to do one activity or hobby that you used to enjoy but quit for whatever reason. I always had a bike as a kid, I remember in 1976ish on a trip to Saskatchewan taking off on my big brothers bike one day and showing him what I could do as mine still had training wheels......I went down a hill and forgot about the brakes and used my thong wearing toes to stop...ripped the tips off my toes off...but that didn't stop mei had numerous bikes growing up.....I didn't ride for a number of years as a busy mom of 4 but taught them how to ride....fast forward to 2010 and having a new partner and his passion for biking 🚵 and my bike addiction was renewed.....not only do I have 4 girls but I have 4 bikes 🚴 Enjoy the process of reflecting on your memories, schedule a little time for fun, and tap into the carefree joy of your youth. We bet you'll be smiling. Before you embark on your fun for the day, if you have some, put a couple drops of Fun™ essential oil blend in the palms of your hand, inhale, and say, “I am pursuing the joys of life.” This aroma promotes uplifting and euphoric emotions and enhances the pleasure of pursuing the joys of life. #fun #OolaYLChallenge #biking #renewedpassion #freedom #oolalife #oola #oolafun

Today we’ll focus on the sixth F of Oola—Friends. Over the years you form relationships with many different people whom you consider your friends. And for better or for worse, the more time we spend with our friends, the more they shape who we become. Positive friendships push you to pursue your dreams, but toxic relationships pull you further away from your OolaLife. Sometimes we let negative relationships keep us from positive relationships. Oola: Find Balance in an Unbalanced World talks about the importance of setting boundaries so you can harness the pure love from healthy relationships. Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to look at your current friendships and disengage from a negative one. Evaluate your relationships and adjust your boundaries or set a boundary with a toxic person who may have a negative influence in your life. This could mean unfriending that person on Facebook, asking for a change you need within a relationship, or ending negative texts from controlling or manipulative people in your life. When you set a boundary in a negative relationship, you make more room for positive relationships. To take this challenge even further, if you have it,put a couple drops of Friends™ essential oil blend on your palms, inhale, and say, “I am blessed with empowering, healthy relationships.” The affirmation and scent will encourage awareness as you reflect on your friendships #OolaYLChallenge #friends #positive+ #positive #friendship #peaceout #byebye- #saynotonegativity #byebyetoxicpeople #byebyetoxins

Today we are going to take a look at the fourth F of Oola—Field. Field refers to your career or profession, including stay-at-home parents and students. There are two categories in OolaField. First is your day job. This is typically something you do to make ends meet. It isn’t your passion, but it pays the bills. The second category is your dream job. This is a job that makes you feel like you’re fulfilling your purpose. If money were no object, what would you do? For some, it’s growing their own business. Others may have a passion for writing, caretaking, or homemaking. Unfortunately, it’s rare that you find people who make the most of every moment of their job, whether it’s their day job, their dream job, or somewhere in between. Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to find at least one way to give your all to the job you have today. I am fortunate that I ❤️ my jobs and make the most of them , I have been a Chemo/mixing tech 3 times this week, my favorite. I worked a crazy shift at Costo this week, makes the day go faster right? And being a mixologist and sharing my love ❤️ of oils -- getting closer to my #oolalife You may not be in your dream job. You may not feel like you are serving your purpose. But every moment you make the most of your current opportunity, the closer you get to your OolaLife. Need a little extra strength to be great today? Before you head into the office, sit at your computer, or jump in the car, if you have it, rub a couple drops of Field™ essential oil blend into your palms, inhale, and say, “I am pursuing my purpose in life.” Then go crush the day! #OolaYLchallenge #isthismyjob #isthiswork #pursuing #pursuingmydream #oola #yleo #youngliving

Today we are going to look at the third F of Oola—Family. Regardless of your role in your family, it’s important to lead by example. Our actions empower those around us, so it’s important to lead in a way that inspires our family to do better and be better. Single, committed, married, divorced, kids, step kids, or extended family—it all belongs here. Have you ever felt like your presence is a present? It’s the feeling you get when gratitude overwhelms you because somehow you know you’re exactly where you’re meant to be with the people you’re meant to be with. You don’t feel pulled by something else or distracted—you just feel pure joy. These are the moments you’re so engaged with others that time seems to stop, and you wouldn't really care if it did. These moments seem to be increasingly rare. Social media steals our focus; alerts and notifications interrupt our interactions; and work obligations never stop running around in our mind long enough for us to appreciate the present moment. Thursdays #OolaYLChallenge is to put down your phone from 4 to 7 p.m. We aren't saying ignore your kids' phone calls or don't call your mom. We mean keep off social media, stay away from apps and digital games, and be engaged in the moment. Giving up your phone for three hours allows you to spend a brief amount of time focused on being present in your relationships. Recognize and appreciate what a blessing these moments are. While you spend your three hours away from your devices, if you have it, we suggest diffusing Family™ essential oil blend. Its aroma will support feelings of unconditional love, patience, and respect. What are you going to do with your Family between 4-7 tomorrow ? #OolaYLChallenge #family #familytime #famjam #future #familygoals

It’s important to embrace a healthy lifestyle and feel confident, but the first step toward improving is to find beauty and gratitude in the position you’re in right now. Fitness is about embracing health, not pursuing appearance. Be grateful for the body you have and have faith in how far you can still go. #OolaYLChallenge What 3 things do you love about your body ?
