#Zaxbys #ZaxbyZensationZalad #SaladAds #MyThoughts
Every time I see that Zaxby's zensation zalad with roll commercial and the ad says.
When does a salad become a Zalad?
I say.
When a Zaddy becomes a Daddy.
Image not mine but link is there.
https://www.qsrmagazine.com/uncategorized/zaxbys-brings-back-famed-asian-zensation-zalad-and-egg-rolls-for-limited-time/
Now I imagine Maison Talo or Heim eating a Zalad lure body first which they should be eating it floor first.
Just two Zaddy's eating Zalad's on Saturday.

Super easy dinner tonight cheese burgers!
Make patty shape with ground meat. Season with what ever you like. I like salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Grill or whatever lol I used extra sharp cheddar, tomato all the onion 😄 and spring mix. Frozen French fries.
My secret sauce is ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, dill pickle salad chunks. Sounds weird but tastes kinda like Zaxby's sauce lol

if bts were american and ate our fast food, where do u think they would eat at
i love this question so much it is just out of the box enough for me omg mind u i'm an east coast girlie so ion know nun bout dat in and out or whatever else they got on the west side
haters gon say it's fake but jimin would 100% main popeyes like catch him getting a 3pc chicken combo dark meat only 🤪 and he'd drizzle honey and hot sauce on the chicken either that or the 5 pc strips with the sweet heat sauce if he's feeling a sense of childlike wonder every other month he goes through a weeklong spicy chicken sandwich phase always drinks sweet tea exclusively
jin would swear by chickfila and i can't blame him! like the consistency is always there in the food and the service and that's just what he needs in life like my man has high standards and they just don't disappoint when it comes to the food i can see him getting the grilled chicken club sandwich with a side salad as his go to meal, the regular deluxe sandwich when he's feeling indulgent, and the 30ct nugget when he's feeling ravenous. whenever there's a seasonal shake he has to try it at least once otherwise it's him and the diet lemonade against the world
joonie is giving cookout like there's just so much variety if he want a burger they got it, barbecue they got it, chicken quesadilla, hot dog, corn dog, chili cheese fries, just.... all his wants and needs would be at cookout and when he's feeling a sweet treat??? boom they got the best milkshakes in town. i think his go to meal would be a big double burger tray with a chicken wrap and onion rings for the sides and he got to have cheerwine for the drink mhm iktr
it pains me to say it but i can really see tae up at 2am getting a deluxe cravings box from taco bell like i personally can't stand taco bell it just ain't for me like don't get me wrong there's been times when i worked overnight and it was bought for me so i ate it but i wouldn't choose it but i think tae would 😭🙏 like it's more convenient than chipotle bc it's open later and has a drive through so it's conducive with his lifestyle so that's where he's at in the parking lot at 2:30 with a crunchwrap supreme a doritos locos taco and a baja blast sigh
jungkook would LOVE wawa like i don't think you understand how many times i've imagined going to wawa with jk especially after seeing his camping vlog and there was one point where he was eating a sandwich and he was like if he could eat any food for the rest of his life it'd be a sandwich and it was at that moment that i knew me him and wawa would be written in the stars like catch us at 11pm getting an italian sub some takis and a blueberry pomegranate smoothie
suga would def be at wendy's like i don't think y'all understand how much i love the wendy's app like she has never steered me wrong she is there for me when it's midnight and me and my friends have no place to go we be in dat parking lot fr 😭🤞 and bc yoongi is my twin flame my best friend he would feel the same like it's better than mcdonald's and the way you can rack up rewards points like nobody's business like it's an economical choice it just makes sense i can see him getting the double stack biggie bag with spicy chicken nuggets and a diet coke to drink
i had to think hard for hobi bc i'm like he so boujee these days with his steak and truffles that i couldn't imagine him getting trash food with the commoners but with a little brainpower i placed him directly in zaxby's like you cannot tell me he wouldn't love him some zaxby's sweet teriyaki boneless wings with some fries and that slice of bread they put in the box on the side with a sprite to drink of course yeah that would do it for him every time
i really don't think you understand how much i loved this question like imma be thinking about this scenario for the rest of the week sodfjakjdl

I've had a major, sudden death in my family. As a way to cope and remember her, I wrote this.
If you do read it, just like it if you could since it's really personal. Thank you.
9am I get the call that my grandmother has passed away. Her name was Veronica, but her friends and family called her Ronnie, but to me, she was Mama.
Mama was a constant presence in my life. My parents were separated, too busy and never home, my grandparents raised me. I don't have many memories from my childhood, but the ones I do are filled with them.
Mama and I did everything together. Or as much as we could.
We would sit on her bed and watch movies together. She is the reason I am an absolute horror fanatic.
When I would get home from school or just wasn't doing anything, I would find her and just talk to her, even if she was in the bathroom. And she'd always listen.
When she went to work early in the morning, I sat in the backseat as my grandpa would drive her and then I pretended to be asleep when we got home so that he would carry me inside.
On her way home from work at night, she would always stop and get a Zaxby's Cobb salad. And then we would always share it when she got home. I still get that salad whenever I get Zaxby's.
When she got sick, I would sit next to her for as long as I could. I put on her favorite shows and movies, I made sure she ate food and drank water. She'd do the same for me, we took care of each other.
Whenever I went to the dentist, she would stop by McDonalds and buy me a strawberry smoothie. The machines were never down.
When we went to our little waterpark, my favorite activity was the lazy river. That was because every time I went on the lazy river with mama, she'd tell stories about how we we're actually drifting down the Amazon River. And she'd describe an adventure filled with dangerous and beautiful creatures. She always encouraged my creativity.
As I got older, she was always there. We'd watch movies, I'd read her the stories I wrote, and we'd talk about the same things that never got bored.
I loved the way she smiled. It was always this big smile that went all the way to her eyes, even when she was sad. I loved how dramatically expressive she was, every roll of her eyes, every gasp, every look that said "you've got to be joking." Sometimes, us kids would mess with her, just to hear her shout "Oh get out of here!" as she waved just away.
She was someone amazing to love.
Everyone knew her in the neighborhood. Everyone especially knew her love for animals.
At her work, she once found a baby squirrel that had fallen out of it's nest. She wasn't sure what to do so she put it in a box and took it home, and raised it. We called him Eddie, and once again those two became attached. He would sit on her shoulder as she cleaned the house, she'd put him in her pocket as she went to the store, and they would feed him vanilla wafers. Years passed and till the present day, every time a squirrel stopped and stared at her, she would smile and say "Hi Eddie!"
Another day, she was driving down the road and saw a black lump on the side of the road, she stopped and check it out. It was a little black dog that was on the brink of death. Of course, she picked it up and took it home. She did everything she could to bring that dog back to full health, and she succeeded. We called that miracle Hailey.
We lived deep in the country, like in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by cornfields and woods. We had a forest in our backyard and my mama and I would walk the trail back there at least once a week. There was a man-made canyon in the middle of the woods.
There was one day during our walks, we found a litter of puppies by the canyon.
The next day, we brought food our for them. The puppies surrounded the plate, but one hesitated. The runt of the litter turned around and stared at us, and mama at her and said "Go on! Get the food! Your brothers and sisters are going to take it all!"
The next day, we brought more food and a separate plate for the runt.
The next day, we brought a dog house and placed a bunch of blankets inside and left it in the canyon for the litter.
The next day, we went back and only found two in the canyon. It was the runt and another one. We took them in and cared for them until we found homes for them.
However, we would keep the runt. We called her Alley and she never left mama's side.
When she moved houses, there was a barn in her backyard. And there was a cat in the barn. She'd bring that cat food everyday, and then she found out the cat was pregnant. She was able to relocate it out of the barn, but when it had it's kittens, it tried to relocate under the house. Mama panicked and during a stormy day, she was able to move all of the kittens and the mom inside the house. Those kittens were Moe, Little Nin, Bighead, and Possum.
Our house became the local animal rescue. From dogs to cats to squirrels, she took in every stray that she saw. When she thought an animal was being mistreated, she would sweep in and try to take it home. When she saw a stray on the side if the road, she'd instantly stop to try and get it or come back the next day with food. The neighbors thought she was crazy, but she just had a heart that wanted to give every animal the life it deserved.
Not only animals, but she did the same with me and the rest of our family.
Mama kept everyone together. Giving them all a place to stay when they had nothing left.
Mama was our sanctuary.

Blog Post 3: The Circus and Birthdays
I am person who believes in celebrating life. Those who know me best often hear me say, “Happy Tuesday” or “Happy Thursday.” Really every day is a happy day to me, not because of joy inducing circumstances, but simply because it’s another day to live and grow. I believe that everyday merits cause for celebrating. Really. This is how I approach life. The only issue with celebrating every day is that most people celebrate with cake. Before this sugar fast my daily celebration was midday tea and cookies. I highly suggest this if you’ve never tried it. It’s like teatime in Britain which is normally between 3:30 and 5 pm, except it’s right in your own home.
This weekend we went to visit my family in Alabama. It’s a four-and-a-half-hour drive which entails us being cramped in the car, but it is always worth it. My grandmother who is almost ninety years old lives in the back woods of Alabama with my aunts, uncles, and cousins. When we stop seeing gas stations and well-known food joints, we know we are getting close. And they, like me, believe in celebrating life. So, spur of the moment we decided to go to the circus, since we always make time for fun events. We got in the car and drove about 30 minutes out to this aluminum building where the circus was hosted.
After paying, we walked in and saw all the treats and snacks readily available for a hefty price. “Mom, I want a slushy and cotton candy,” my youngest son said. I told Him with firm and unwavering love that He could only get one sweet treat. Childhood diabetes is a real thing, and that’s not something I want in our lives as far as I can help it. Unfortunately, I made the rookie mom mistake of getting my kids the slushy before circus started, so midway through they were asking for popcorn, but I refused to spend more money. I already spent ten dollars and that was enough.
Really, being at the circus didn’t trip me up as far as my diet goes. Everything was so expensive, and I didn’t want to spend any additional money because we had planned to eat out afterwards. And after the circus, at Zaxby’s, I ate a salad with ranch dressing and drank ice water. I had some fries with dipping sauce too. But, before the circus my mom and I went to the dollar general in town and picked up some vanilla cake with chocolate icing for the birthdays we were celebrating that night. My cousin Kinsley was turning fifteen, and my uncle John was turning sixty- five. While we were at the circus mom had already baked the cake and it was ready for the surprise party for Kinsley.
I didn’t think the cake would bother me until we got home, and then I realized it might be a bigger issue than I anticipated. As I placed the pink and gold candles in the cake, I noticed that it was especially moist. The cake was an issue. Even so, we sang Happy Birthday and Kinsley blew out the candles as I longingly looked at the chocolate that dripped off the sides. My mom heated up the icing to make it tastier. I cut the cake giving a piece to my youngest son and everyone else. “This cake is perfect. It’s so moist. What did you do differently?” I asked my mom. Apparently, she whipped it longer. This makes boxed cake mix even better.
Surprisingly, I sat at the table and served my family. I talked with everyone and cut many pieces of cake, but I didn’t partake. Food is very much a community event in most cultures. When I was growing up, we used to sit around the dinner to eat and talk. We had a lot of great conversations there. Occasionally there would be sweets, but really it was about just being together and enjoying life. I now see that we don’t have to eat junk to be apart of the fun. While sweets are tempting, it is more important to be fully present with the people that are around you.
It's been twenty-five days since I’ve had a sweet treat. Since then, there have been numerous opportunities to eat and enjoy, but I really don’t crave sweets anymore. Apparently, the less sugar you eat the less you crave. Sure, I could have enjoyed a large piece of vanilla cake with chocolate icing. Yes. It would have been delicious. But because I didn’t eat the cake, I had the opportunity to serve others and to see their happy faces as they ate. I have realized that I don’t need sugar to enjoy life. I can still celebrate life while abstaining from brownies with vanilla ice cream, apple pie, strawberry cake, and chocolate chip cookies. Sweets do give you quick energy, but they also leave you wanting more a couple of hours later.
I don’t think I will become one of those overzealous “no sugar ever” people, but I do believe this has set the stage for healthier choices. As it turns out, cutting back on sugary treats isn't the end of the world. And if I decide to do this again, I will remember these moments of strength. I’m not running to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for a quick and sugary pick me up anymore. And while donuts are delicious, maybe I can learn to make them at home with stevia instead. I want you to know too that it is possible to cut back on sugar and still enjoy your life. I know. I didn’t it was possible either. But I also want you to know that if I can do it, you can do it too. And maybe at birthday parties, you and I can learn to look at the people around us with gratitude instead of only the cake that’s in the middle of the table.
So yes, small steps of progress are to be celebrated, but not necessarily with a piece of cake.
