im not even a reidgirl and this moment always has me foaming at the mouth w rage akdhskhc ESPECIALLY bc he goes out of his way to try again and again to help her bc he sees his friend hurting, even when she’s pushing him away… he’s the one they always say doesnt understand people, but he keeps trying and trying and gives jj exactly what she needs to get herself through this

i think what makes this part particularly infuriating is that, as much as she claims otherwise, reid knows exactly what jj is going through? reid struggled soooo much after tobias and he was also lashing out at people trying to help him, unwilling to receive help the same way jj does bc they both hate to be seen as weak. and jj, of all people, should understand that. bc jj had her own ptsd and survivor’s guilt from that moment and blames herself for what happened to him.

later when emily comes back from being “dead” and they talk ab how reid came crying to jj every night for x weeks and nearly relapsed, jj gets angry at him for being upset with her. despite reid being the one who felt betrayed by people he loved most, jj was the one in tears because he wouldnt immediately forgive her for it, even going so far as to say he was being childish and acting out. and i think its bc she doesnt understand why he’s not bothering to hide his resentment

i think more than anything this moment was about jj seeing her trauma as a weakness or as a deficiency of some kind. she thinks she should just suck it up and power through bc that’s how she defines strength. she lashes out at reid bc he’s noticing that she’s struggling and he’s paying attention to it instead of just ignoring it. he’s doing for her what he wishes people had done for him. but unlike the others who regret not being there for him after tobias, jj doesnt feel that way. she thinks she did him a favor by not pointing out how he was struggling, as if it’s something to be embarrassed about.

im not saying reid has the best perspective on mental health either, but for someone who’s supposed to be emotionally immature, he far surpasses jj in regards to empathy and respect for others’ hardships. he’s a little clumsy sometimes in his attempts to help, but morgan and emily and the others all think its endearing and are comforted by his consideration. jj is just ashamed to need help in the first place (and thinks its shameful for others to rely on others as well) and hates that he’s calling attention to it.

anyway ajdhakgs i feel like i got off on a tangent there but the point is that jj has such a simplistic view of strenght/weakness. and its not just something she applies to herself either, which is why i get so annoyed with her. bc really she’s just a scared little girl who’s frightened of anyone getting close enough to see how hurt she is, but she’s turned all that fear into anger and wields it as a weapon against people who love her—both by resenting them for trying to help her and belittling them when they need help themselves.

So, now that my finals are officially over, I am going to proceed to have a drink or two or three and rewatch Eclipse. Here’s (soberly) what I remembered from the film prior to starting this account (since starting this account, posts re:Eclipse have reminded me of things I’m not going to include in this introduction): 

1. Bella is basically playing tic-tac-toe with Edward and Jacob and her feelings for them. She can’t make up her mind. When I watched it the first time, my dad was in the living room half paying attention to it and said she was very selfish. 

2. Edward tries to control Bella, but it’s “out of genuine concern for her”.

3. Jacob tries to control Bella, but it’s “out of genuine concern for her”.

4. Both fight for her affection and even though she’s engaged to Edward, she won’t let go of Jacob.

5. When the newborn army shows up, Bella cuts her arm with a rock.

6. There’s awkward tension in the tent.

That’s literally all I remember of the movie while sober (aside from what I have relearned from posts about Eclipse on this blog). My drunken thoughts will be below the break:

The Ultimate Child saw that I was looking for himbos to f/o and they humbly offered me Marvus, so after like… 3 days i decided to watch his route bc i will not pay money for things I guess and I was like UH...👁👄👁 he's disgusting, I want him. His route was a trip and it sent me into fight or flight mode tbh.

Something I really like ab Marvus is that, despite him being a celebrity, I feel that he genuinely cared for the players safety? Pulling them up on stage and telling them to play dead, which I'm sure was mostly to entertain the audience but he could've just, killed them and continued as usual so 😃 plus the whole 'dubiously canon, time paradox' ending kinda fucked me up? Bc with no cameras around and nothing to gain, he risked his life to keep the player safe, which again, may not even count as canon but im takin it bitch. 

In that ending he's shown to have understanding of different timelines and breaks the fourthwall and everything, but lmao the range… he said i have galaxybrain ab music and time and thats it, no further questions please ❤

He's kinda self centered, not on purpose, but he's used to getting all the attention and having things go his way that sometimes he gets, fussy(?) When I don't automatically agree - although thats definitely a reason why he likes me, since I'm not really afraid to disagree and share my own opinions on something. He'll his hum and nod, kinda brushing it off at first but over time, he gets used to disagreements or comments and tries to listen rather than ignore it, simply because he realizes I'm definitely not against him; rather, I'm trying to help him and he begins to recognize there's a give and take in a relationship.

Even if he is self centered, he still tries to keep my feelings in mind. Although, I'm fairly easy going, as is he, so there's not too much to disagree with when we're just chillin - dates are easy, as I go along with whatever he suggests and he surprisingly, doesnt mind helping me out when its time to wrangle up restless grubs and laughs at the lil guys. He sometimes comes off as uncaring bc of relaxed and indifferent he is and it's definitely bc he's conditioned to remain calm for the cameras that is kinda hard go break him out ofbthat habit - despite that, without the act up, he's still fairly relaxes but he more prone to laughing and smiles a lot more which is contiguous and I Am Not Immune To BF Smiles

**A/N: Finally! Pt.2 of All we had to do. Sorry it took so long, I kind of changed this part of the story. This isn't edited, so bare with the mistakes. Pt.3 is in the making right now, so keep an eye out for it. Thanks for reading 💋

You are sitting in the most uncomfortable position on an smelly, old, worn-down couch. You don’t know if you should be grateful that you found a place to sit or disgusted that you’re sitting on mysterious stains that could be from anything. The side of your body is leaning over the arm of the couch so that the rest of your friends could sit next to you. Your legs are resting on top of Lisa's and her arms are wrapped around your and BamBam’s shoulders.

You are at a party with some of your friends, celebrating an acquaintance’s birthday party. You’re not quite sure who’s birthday it is, but you guess it’s Junkook’s birthday since you see cardboard cut-outs of his face placed randomly in the house. You know Jungkook is cool, he helped you on a school project back in freshmen year- you thought he was a slacker, but he came through with his impressive editing skills for your video.

You feel Lisa scoot closer to you- your lap is practically on Lisa’s- and she gives you a guilty smile. You look over and see that Jackson has sat down on the couch too. You bite your tongue in annoyance and start to think that sitting outside on the porch would be better. Lisa notices your annoyance and gets up, dragging you along with her.

“Loosen up, Y/N” Lisa says. The both of you enter the kitchen which is occupied by a couple making out in the corner of the room. You both stop in front of the punch bowl and the line of liquor bottles that are almost empty. “What do you want? Jack and coke? Hypnotic and sprite? Or straight up vodka?”

You feel uneasy at the options Lisa gives you. You’re about to answer jack and coke until Lisa hands you a shot of vodka. She smiles at you like she knows you need this. You know you need this too. You quickly gulp down the clear liquid and scrunch up your nose when you feel the burning effect of the liquor spread over your throat.

“What about you?” You ask Lisa who pours herself a cup of regular coke.

“I’m DD tonight. Since BamBam and Jungkook are close friends, I told him I’d stay sober to take care of him.” Lisa replies, and she pours another shot for you. “Chill a little, I’ll take care of you.”

You smile and take another shot. This time, the liquor runs down smoother. You’re about to suggest that Lisa just have one shot with you when Jennie walks in. You can feel your face get hot and you don’t know if that’s because of Jennie or the vodka.

“Hey girls.” Jennie says. She walks up to you and Lisa and places herself on the other side of the island dining table.

She’s wearing casual black skinny jeans and a crop top which leads you to stare at her abs for a little bit. Lisa greets Jennie with a loud ‘hey girl!’. The Thai girl bumps her elbow into your side which you react bitterly too. You don’t like it when Lisa does that, her elbows are sharp. When you look up to Lisa, she gives you a wink and makes an excuse that she needs to go to the bathroom.

“How was the calc test?” Jennie asks, slowly making her way on your side of the table. She places herself comfortably next to your side, elbows touching. You realize this is the only time you like it when someone’s elbow touches you.

“I think I did okay. Cramming helped a lot.” You refer to the day when Jennie gave you coffee at the library. You feel kind of awkward, so you pour yourself another shot of vodka. “Want one too?”

She nods, and you pour a shot for her too. The two of you do a little cheer before downing the clear liquid. Her shot glass hit the table hard while you keep yours in your hand. Your heart races when Jennie stretches her arms up, revealing more of her stomach. You feel something heat up within you and you just don’t know how to describe it. You clear your throat and reach for the bowl of punch.

“What did Lisa need help with that day?” Jennie is leaning over the counter. Her eyes look curious and she bites her lips which makes your heart beat faster.

“Uhm. . .” you remember you used Lisa’s non-stop texting as an excuse to leave. Lisa didn’t need help, it was you that needed help. “She forgot her key in the room. I had to go open it for her.”

“Can’t she just go to the lobby and ask for a spare?”

“She used up all her spare key requests. It’s fine though, I was gonna go back to the dorm around that time too.” You explain. You can keep up with this lie- it was just omitting really. Jennie can know that Lisa has used up all her spare key requests, but she doesn't need to know that Lisa didn’t need you that day.

“And leave me? I thought you care about me more than Lisa?” Jennie reminds you of your words that day.

You mentally slap yourself for that. You totally forgot you said that, and now you kind of feel guilty. You try to laugh it off easily. “I do! Just. . . it’s Lisa. You know?”

Jennie laughs and it’s like hearing an angel sing. She slightly slaps your arm and covers her mouth. You laugh too and admire her gummy smile which you could get use to everyday.

“I know.” Jennie answers. She looks up at you and you’re kind of scared when you see that her face is serious. “But still she could’ve waited. . . or done something else. We were in the middle of something.”

You fake a smile. Does she really want to know who you like? You pour the two of you another shot, downing it like it’s water. Now you start to feel the buzz. You were never good at holding your liquor- that’s why you would always volunteer to take care of Lisa and the other girls. You’re about to pour yourself another shot, but Jennie stops you and takes the bottle away from your hand.

“Really though, do you really not have anyone you like?” Jennie asks. She looks up to and you see it in her eyes; she really wants to know your answer.

“I mean,’ you pause, hesitant with your answer. You look back at your shot glass and then Jennie. She’s waiting for your answer again, and you hate how quickly you’re melting for her looks. “I do like someone, but it’s safer not say anything.”

“Why’s that?”

You shrug and take the bottle of vodka back from Jennie. Your heart is racing, and you need a distraction. Sure, alcohol isn’t the best thing, but it’s what is available right now. “I think they like someone else, and I don’t want to chase after someone who’s not willing to pay attention to me.” You think back to Jennie’s crush on Nayeon. You really do like Jennie, but if she likes Nayeon then what’s the point?

“Who are they?” Jennie asks. She leans in closer, and she’s practically leaning on your shoulder.

You didn’t know how to answer. How are you supposed to tell your crush you like her, when you know she likes someone else? You’re praying right now that Lisa will come and save you from this situation, but you know she would never take you away from Jennie at a time like this. But when you hear Jisoo call your name, grabbing your arm to play beer pong, you’re thanking God that someone came to save you. You look back at Jennie and she’s looking away like she did back at the library. Your heart sinks a little, but in the back of your head, you think she’s fine because you see Nayeon walk up to her.

 After three rounds of beer pong and losing badly – you remind yourself to never partner up with Jisoo again- you know you’re drunk. The world around you, is spinning and honestly, you cannot think straight right now. You’re sitting on the couch by yourself, you think it was Rose or Lisa who took care of you after your last shot of vodka as a punishment for losing beer pong, and you notice Jennie and Nayeon talking to each other on the opposite side of the room.

Something isn’t settling in right, and before you know it, you’re walking up to Jennie with a confidence you didn’t know you had. That image of those two just leave you bitter, and you’re determine to fix this problem. You have no idea why you’re doing this- maybe the alcohol is doing its job as liquid courage, or maybe it’s doing it job to make you look like a complete fool. Whatever you are going to do, you can’t stop now.

“It’s you,” You shout, startling Jennie. She looks concern when her eyes meet you. It seems like she didn’t hear you, but in an instant, her hands are around your waist and she’s supporting your body, which you start to notice that you feel heavier.

“Y/N, you don’t look so good.” Jennie says. Her hands move up closer to your chest to support the weight of your body.

You slightly push her away. Bad idea, the world spins again, but you manage to sturdy yourself with the wall behind you. “Of course, I don’t feel good- it’s because of you.”

“What?” Jennie tilts her head and her eyes are full of confusion.

You start to become frustrated and confused. Why can’t Jennie realize that you like her? You’re trying to find the right words to tell Jennie, but you can’t, and now you’re getting mad at yourself. The more you think about it, the more you’re getting upset, and Jennie notices it.

She tries to coax you with rubbing her hand up and down your arm, but you flinch and take a step back away from her. She looks at you like you’re some fragile creature that's lost and confused. And you feel like you are one. You’re running your hands through your hair in hopes to get the stress out of you.

“Y/N, tell me what’s wrong? Why me?” Jennie slowly approaches you, but you take another step back.

“What's wrong is that I like you!” you feel your eyes widen at the sudden confession, and Jennie’s eyes widen too. You see in the corner of your eye, that Lisa is standing a few feet away from you. You want to run to Lisa and hug her, have her comfort you from embarrassing yourself in front of Jennie, but your feet stay grounded when you look up at Jennie again. “The person I like. . .  is you, and I know you don’t like me back. But I’m hurting, and I just need you to know what you’re doing to me.”

Jennie is speaking, but her words don’t reach your ears. Instead you start to notice an unsettling feeling in your stomach. The feeling feels familiar, but you’re not in your right mind to remember what this feeling is. All you know is that before your world is turning black, you’re running to the bathroom, Lisa and Jennie chasing after you, and you’re vomiting out everything in your stomach.

Hi. On April first, my neighbor hit my dad's car in our neighborhood. Our garages are facing each other, and my dad was going backwards to get out of our garage. He was already in the street and he was ready to go in his way. Suddenly, our neighbor back out from her garage very fast and hit the driver door of my car. She didn't stay in that position, she moved and my dad did the same. The white bumper of her van had no visible damages, but my door needs to be replaced. Also, there is white paint in car in the place she hit it. We asked for her insurance, but she didn't have it in that moment. We wrote the plate number and took some quick pictures. I called my insurance to report the accident. In the night, when she returned home, we asked for her insurance, but she refused. We called the police and she agreed to give us her insurance information. In fact, she wrote the information herself. I called her insurance(Geico) the next day, and she had already made a claim, and she only said she didn't hit my car; she didn't give more details. My dad gave his version of the accident with a lot of details, but she didn't do it. Her Insurance tried to contact her, but there is no answer from her. I see her everyday, so I am sure is not responding on purpose. Now, her insurance called me and told me that because she is not responding, there is no way to confirm she was involved in the accident. therefore, they denied liability. I was shocked because they took that decision only because they cannot contact her. They didn't came to take pictures of the place or the cars. So, I tell them I was going to send the pictures I took. I did send the pictures but now, the adjuster is not in his office, and he will be back next week on Thursday. My mother inlaw was telling me I could get something called my fleet affidavids license and I wouldn't have to cover insurance on the car i'm driving as long as I have the same last name that is on the insurance.
