WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME BURROWS END WASNT FREE

#I DIDNT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT IT BUT STILL. SOMEONE SHOULDVE WARNED ME BEFORE I GOT COMPLETELY INVESTED #I know next to nothing abt dimension 20 I’m pretty sure I just saw a post abt burrows end specifically MONTHS ago and was like 👀👀👀#opened a tab with the first episode to watch later and promptly forgot about it #until last night! having a bad night and was like hrm what if I just watch smth #and I’ve been reading watership down recently!! finally got my own copy bc it was my favourite book when I was like NINE #so I am fully primed to fall in love with a story abt little animals rn and man #I am OBSESSED with this and also realising yeah I’m at a point where I could get very into tabletop rpgs now #what if. what if I just get dropout. what if I just do that. would that not be fun. I would like to see the stoats do stuff #i am so in love with Ava and her player and I understand so much more about brennan lee mulligan now. and VIOLA #viola may be my favourite character I’m obsessed with how she interacts with other characters.m #i NEED to know what’s up with thorn’s cult thing. and also thorn. what is going on there #hrrgrhehh the thing that’s holding me back is I’m allergic to subscriptions #impermanence. even though I know it’s fairly unlikely I’ll wanna watch it again any time soon I don’t like the idea that I’d have to like #in a couple years pay for it again or not be able to bc I can’t afford it even though I already paid for it once #I’m a books + cartridge games guy and it shows.#okay. I will chew on this. the price is not unreasonable and I have coincidentally also been looking at make some noise clips #it does not help that I basically never watch things but my favourite podcast is also ending within the next month (2 episodes left)#and this IS primarily audio so I could cook + watch mayhaps. and I’ve heard good things abt all other d20.#they have a 20% off first year deal on. annual would make me less stressed long term if I end up liking this bc cheaper + choice premade #and would also mean I can do it now and not feel bad abt wasting the first month bc I won’t be able to watch much for a few weeks #fuck it I’m allowed to make frivolous purchases sometimes I will simply swallow the subscription distaste #more stoats >:)#that aside all the players are incredible I’m pretty sure when this is done I’ll wanna watch other seasons just to see what else they do #okay go do the thing I believe in you you can spend money sometimes #luke.txt #update I downloaded the app. I am putting off the decision for another day now bc it’s 1:21am and I have not been thinking clearly <3

#mine #i love my steam deck sooooooooo much im so happy i can actually play games again like a big proper library of them #and everything #everything on steam AND emulators is available to me. do you know how many games that is!#i started a new beegee3 playthrough on the HARDEST DIFFICULTY (!) today. which is also a single-save difficulty #and im in one of the most difficult parts of the game right now (level 4) and kind of nervous lol #but at the same time im really proud of myself for learning the game to the point i feel comfortable challenging myself in it #and im happy i get to at all :D i love you video games #and sooner or later ill come back to stardew valley cause there was that big update and i have some games on my wishlist too #and its not verified yet but i might play that pomeranian making the house dirty game cause it looked cute #oh and yakuza also because my friend got two of the yakuzas for me #YAYYYYY GAMES #also kind of sad though because tomorrow i pack and sunday i go back for babys last quarter of college #and im worried about how busy its going to be with classes and job apps and then of course actually graduating #and moving out and haivng a job and stuff #when all i want is to enjoy being able to play video games again.... sig #sigh*#WHATEVER...future mes problem #oh i almost forgot...one of the best parts of the deck imo is the versatility because with games like beegee3 #you can play it in controller mode which has its pros and cons but you can also swap to computer mode #which also has its pros and cons so like. i can adjust as needed #when im just exploring or trying to loot an area etc i go controller #but when im in combat i go computer because the hotbar is REALLY helpful for decision making #its really nice to have the option to choose since no console players have that it seems #and the only pc players who can do that are the ones who have and are willing to connect controllers #and most of them dont seem to be into that #but im really glad to be able to do both #ok done yapping now

GUESS WHO'S GOT A NEW PHONE FOLKS

#dizzyisms #so uh. completely forgot to mention it when it happened but.#a month ago my old (''old'' it's not even 5 years old yet ffs-) Galaxy shat the bed literally the DAY I got home from a camping trip #froze- wouldn't connect to WiFi- started crashing n rebooting over n over-#ran it to the mobile place in a panic and got a loaner that I've been using for the past month #and today I went back n returned it n bought a new one!#also a galaxy so I could just Smart Switch all my old crap onto the new one (thank fuck it has a TON of storage space)#didn't stop me from panicking the past few weeks n frantically backing up all my notes and [most of my] photos and whatnot #through every means possible #so at least I have those elsewhere now I guess dhjskd #oh and I've still got the old one (obv)#it? sort of works? But I can't open too many apps at once or it'll overheat n start bootlooping again #and nothing short of sticking it in the fridge will fix it (which lbr prob isn't all that good for it longterm lmao)#but yeah! feels good to have a phone that actually fits in my pocket again n don't have to worry abt Exploding it against every hard surfac #Otterbox cases my beloved

#mar.txt #this is /j obviously i'm just trying to be lighthearted to cope with the Anger ha ha ha :)#oh the urge to throw my phone as hard as possible into a hard surface. but i cannot. not Yet at least. but once i get a job and can get a #new one......... this one's getting destroyed through Brute Force :)#lets see how many times did i have to re-login and redo Everything because the verification thing wouldn't accept my id picture bc it was #'too blurry' so i had to take a picture with my phone camera but i had to clear app caches first because this phone is constantly at 99-100 #storage space. but Then because it fucking sucks ass and if i Breathe in the direction of another app whatever app i just tabbed off of #crashes and i have to reopen it. i had to log back in Again which meant waiting for the text message verification code Again (i live in the #middle of nowhere with a phone that Refuses to use the wifi for calls/texts and instead only uses the shitty cell service)#because Apparently tumblr users aren't allowed to stay logged in nor log in with a password. and Then i had to take a picture of the back #of my id too and i tried using my phone camera straight from the gallery option when i clicked upload. but because my phone sucks That also #crashed my browser and made me log back in. this isnt even counting btw how many times i TRIED to do it through tumblr but it kept stalling #and making me back all the way out log all the way back in and wait on it again for it to go further so i said fuck it and went to my #browser to do it. so i log back in and then i find out not only did attempting to take that picture crash my browser but it didnt even #actually TAKE the picture. so i have to click back over to my camera app Again and take the picture Again and log back in and wait the eons #it takes for things on this phone to load AGAIN. and then i Finally. FINALLY get it completed.#oh but did you think that was all? oh no i STILL had to log back in and load all the way back in Again through tumblr one final time to tel #the app i had done all that! and THEN i could turn tipping on. right?#no. i then had to close the app and reopen it again for it to Let me enable it. otherwise it just tried to take me back to stripe then #proceeded to give me an error message when i tried. great job tumblr #anyways that was infuriating #lmao i forgot to finish the original thought and check #anyways. around 7 or 8 times. that took almost a half hour of struggling i'm pretty sure. enraging☺

Okay so like I’m not sure if anyone else has ever listened the librivox version 2 (the dramatic reading) version of the marvelous land of oz (second book in the oz series) but like it’s one where each character as a different voice and stuff, right, and omg for the scarecrow he sounds like a posh gay English / French man (it’s hard to tell which one the accent sound more like) and it just cracks me up because he keeps talking about his friend the tin man and how he will protect him and stuff and his voice is just making everything he say so much more gay! Like they said he was a queer king and I’m like damn right he is! This is probably a very niche post but if you have listened to it, or are inspired to now, or honestly if you just are a wizard of oz nerd, feel free to reach out or comment or something because man I have so many thoughts!!
