I just saw a comment of a new p1ece saying that they don’t understand why Jongseob is the least biased member of p1harmony and I have to talk about it
I’m a little afraid of people rewriting history in our fandom and saying that Jongseob is the least biased member because somehow people didn’t like him or that people don’t appreciate him enough.
I need everybody to remember that he was a kid for the majority of his career and a lot of people in the fandom didn’t feel comfortable talking about him in certain contexts, collecting his photocard etc.
Personally I have never seen people talking negatively about him and I never felt like people fail to appreciate him in contexts that were appropriate and in my opinion saying that they do, creates a warped image of Jongseob and our fandom
TLDR: please don’t create a narrative that Jongseob was ever unloved by the fandom because it’s not productive at all and erases p1eces’ respect for him
lowkey think people overlook p1harmony’s talent in lieu of their more comedic personalities and it’s cool they’re funny but also SHIT THEYRE TALENTED?!?!!!! LIKE!!!!!! NOBODY TOLD ME HOW GOOD THIER VOCALS ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that piwon is doing a lot of content with kids, people on twitter have a new game of discussing which members are “boy dads” and which ones are “girl dads” and first of all in my world parents shouldn’t treat kids differently based on their gender and second of all Jongseob is neither a “boy dad” or a “girl dad” he’s an 18 year old
Im so glad idols are allowed to show their real or a part of their real personalities now because let me tell you back in 2015 when Jackson Wang was "Funny english speaking guy" and the only thing I could relate to about D.O. was his hatred for everything was a rough time in kpop okay
