Sunday Dinner! 🍗Roasted Heirloom Pasture Raised Chicken - Recipe Below🔥 We slightly modified a recipe from America’s Test Kitchen and it turned out bomb💣😎 Whenever possible we stick to pasture-raised chicken. This heirloom whole chicken from Trader Joe’s is a great option at only $2.99/lb. Ingredients: ☑️1 whole pasture-raised chicken ☑️Mixture of 2 tablespoon Maldon sea salt and 1 teaspoon organic black pepper ☑️1 tablespoon melted grass-fed butter 1. Preheat an oven safe skillet at 450 2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels 3. Baste chicken with melted butter 4. Rub the mixture of salt and pepper into the entire chicken 5. Put the chicken into the skillet (careful, it will be hot AF🔥) and put into the oven. 6. Roast the chicken until the breast registers 120°F, about 30 minutes. 7. Once at 120°F, turn off the oven and leave the chicken in until the breast reaches 160°F, about 30 more minutes. 8. Remove chicken from pan and let rest for 20 minutes.
