I had the pleasure of being shown around the Patriot Games Ltd store in Sheffield today (@patriotgamesltd UK). The gaming area upstairs is vast, clean and well resourced. As well as having one of the largest selection of RPGs on shelves I've seen in this part of the world, boardgames, skirmish and many tabletop goodies, Patriot Games also specialise in customised mats and printed dice trays (qv. All Rolled Up and friends) - sourcing a plethora of art and product themes which today's meeting was partly about. It was utterly fascinating to peak behind the curtain at the production premises, observing that cauldron of dark arts away from the shiny shop.
