-aggressively makes up my own lore for the Beast Pack council because there is so little to go off of in canon-

Here we have a quartet of childhood friends that go on all kinds of adventures in the forgotten land they live in! They're all very different but are still close to one another!

I think when they're young they're still really just animals. No decorative clothing or jewelry or accessories like their adult selves. But as they grow up and continue exploring the forgotten world, they each start developing styles of their own while adopting some of the customs of the lost culture they found. That is how as adults, they founded and took leadership of the Beast Pack to organize and find the Ultimate Life Form’s missing half. But that is years into the future….

Carol and Leon are close in age, but Carol is just a little bit older. Which lets her hit a growth spurt first and enjoy being taller than Leon for a few precious years- at least before Leon doubles in size in his teen years!

Carol is the extroverted troublemaker. She initiates most of their adventures. She’s curious, expressive and daring. A girl of action and excitement! But also can be reckless in her youth.

Leon is quieter, introverted, and careful. But really gets into the adventures and exploring after a bit of encouragement by Carol. Usually the one to come up with the plans to fix things when something goes wrong. This strategist mindset comes in handy throughout his life!

Gori is the youngest. Very very quiet, but has the most sarcastic comebacks of them all. The physically strongest of the group, even as a kid. He doesn’t gain the “Mondo” suffix to his name until he grows up to be the largest and tallest beast of them all.

Sillydillo is a nickname. When asked about this, Silly just responds that it’s parents forgot it’s birth name. Whether that’s actually true has never been proven. But nobody really cares. Silly is just Silly. And Silly does whatever it feels like doing. Including collecting every single mildly interesting artifact it finds and learning how they worked. …including taking things apart and putting them back together in a new and interesting way!

These are just a few of the thoughts I have about what they might’ve been like as children…. I think I may have dropped myself into another rabbit hole of character developing. Heehee.

Unlike Sun and Moon, Earth is capable of eating food (partial retcon. Sun and Moon have apparently started eating food)

She used to prepare food for the creator and have dinner with him

She has a system/database thing in her head that’s loaded with nothing but puns and jokes

She prefers baths over showers

Earth is a silent rage sort of person when she gets angry

Earth has ADHD

She uses a lot of emojis when texting

Her comfort/coping mechanism is saying “pretty ballerina” and/or singing Barbie Girl

She has 5 journals that she's written in as a coping mechanism

Earth starts her days off with morning yoga (the yoga involves screaming), then from there, she goes to work at the daycare. After she's done for the day, she cleans up the daycare, then goes home and cleans every square inch of her room/Monty’s house. After that, it's bedtime, but if she wakes up in the middle of the night, she may go cook an entire meal

She's a clean freak like Sun, and she needs to start her day off by screaming like Lunar

She's pansexual. Maybe demisexual. We're not sure about the specifics yet. She's more drawn to a person's personality than their gender or appearance (according to info in a video, she doesn’t really identify as anything and is more or less unlabeled)

What PB did recently is truly something

I played some gachas before, but I've never seen anything like that

Paid currency for a specific banners with a chance up and specific pool of characters, but you can still get them without paying? Yes

Units who you can get only if you pay and no other way? Never

Some gachas I've tried always followed the same strategy: make all characters obtainable for F2P, but make them grind for that and if you still need their money make micro transactions with accessories, like skins, frames, decorations etc.

It could have worked if the game was much more popular and had more content, but with what they have right now it was a stupid move imo

A lot of gachas try to lure new players through their generosity with gifts, but PB think they won't be able to afford that it seems

Idk where it's gonna lead us all, but we'll see

Personally I'm not mad about P2W banners, but that was a weird decision nevertheless

@peachmuses: theyre out shopping, shuuzou had found a nicer belt that he liked -- that he wouldn't wear himself but makoto would, and had disappeared leaving the rest of pb behind. he reappears, and tugs makoto closer to him, ignoring the others intently focused on his goal. fingers quickly, expertly, undoes makoto's current belt, tugs it through and is replacing it with the newest one. leather, black, golden accessories that matches makotos eyes more than the silver on the previous. he nods in approval to himself. he knew he had excellent taste in accessories and what would look good on makoto. he finally looks up, " there. "

when makoto said that he liked being manhandled — actually. this is what he meant / it falls into the category of it, but never did he think that shuuzou would take it upon himself to drag him off to the side to snatch his belt off in the middle of the store. makoto stares, stunned / he can also feel kazuya and tatsuya boring holes in the back of his head. answers. they need answers. answers that makoto doesn’t have — and shuuzou’s still not said a word as he begins threading a new belt into loops.

makoto could have, if he was asked to, easily have done this himself, actually. and yet, he’s too stunned to say or do anything about it, allowing best friend to decorate him as he pleases.

“ is it just me, ” kazuya starts, voice low as he leans into tatsuya, “ or….? ” his head tilts, hidden brow raises as shuuzou finishes, looking back at his work like some artist appreciating his work. volume raises, inquisitive and slow, “ mako? ”

Are there any non-human-appearing vtubers you'd recommend? By non-human-appearing i mean vtubers that don't just have a human face with cat ears or a tail or horns. I mean they're just like. Clearly a creature. A straight-up cat or dog or eldritch abomination. I can't seem to find any on my own.

Kendra Kendrillion seems pretty furryish, but it's a good balance that makes her look cute to non furries rather than weird.
