Kedves Blog Olvasók!

Igen, igaz a hír, visszatérek egy jó pár év kihagyás után.

Szinte lehetetlen feladat lenne most mindent bepótolnom, de van egy téma, ami megragadott, szóval most erről próbálok írni. Ez a téma pedig az arcápolás lesz.

Sajnos évek óta küzdök bőrproblémákkal, hamar zsírosodik az arcbőröm, és amikor kivételesen nem, akkor pedig száraz. És akkor még nem beszéltem a folyamatosan előjövő pattanásokról. Pár napja jártam a kozmetikusnál és ilyenkor mindig egy kicsit nyugodtabb a lelkiismeretem, de nem sokáig.

Több helyen is olvastam már, hogy a koreai kozmetikumok mennyire szuper termékek és, hogy csodát tesznek a bőrrel, sokan erre esküsznek. Némi utánaolvasás után úgy döntöttem, hogy teszek egy próbát. A teljes sikerhez egy 10 lépcsős rutint kell alkalmazni, én már most örülök, ha ennek a felét tudom majd tartani.

És, hogy mi is ez a 10 lépés?

Természetesen az első az arctisztítás. Ezt talán mind be tudjuk iktatni a napi rutinba, ha eddig nem tettük volna meg, de itt jön a csavar, a koreaiak duplán tisztítanak, tehát előbb egy olajos tisztítót használnak (leginkább a smink lemosására) majd egy víz alapút. Az előbbit elég este, az utóbbit reggel-este kell használni.

Ehhez a beszerzett termék: Elizavecca - habzó arclemosó arannyal és csiganyálkával

A következő lépés a hámlasztás. Többféle típusú peelinggel is találkozhatunk, vízben vagy zsírban oldódó savakat tartalmaznak.

Megvásárolt peeling: Luffa peeling gel

A tonizálással helyre tudjuk állítani a bőr pH értékét.

Ezt a tonikot fogom kipróbálni: Brightening Toner C vitaminnal és Hyaluronnal

Ezután érdemes lehet egy maszkot vagy fátyolmaszkot feltenni az arcbőrre, javasolt ezt a lépést legalább heti egyszer elvégezni.

Mint mindannyian tudjuk a bőrnek vízre van szüksége, így ebben a lépésben egy hidratálót vagy emulziót viszünk fel az arcbőrre. A Koreában népszerű arcpermeteket is választhatjuk.

A hetedik lépés a szemkörnyék ápolása, krémmel vagy maszkkal.

Ezt követően használhatunk szérumot is.

A kilencedik lépcső fényvédő krém használata, amit NE csak nyáron használjunk, télen ugyanolyan fontos, hogy elkerüljük a káros sugarakat.

Legvégül gondoljunk az éjszakára is és használjunk éjszakai pakolást, hogy reggelre megújulhasson a bőrünk.

A fenti lépések közül én a 2.-3.-4.-6.-8. lépést fogom követni. Még nem szereztem be az összes terméket, egyelőre a fenti hármat fogom kombinálni az itthon található C vitaminos szérumommal és hidratálómmal, nos kiderül mit érek el. Mivel így is több, mint 13 ezer Ft maradt ott a boltban, így ez lesz az én kis kezdő csomagom.

As you guys can see, this is actually their old packaging of the product so I've actually been using this product for THAT long 😂

This peeling gel is a gentle physical exfoliator so it's suitable for sensitive skin. It helps to clear dirt and oil from pores and get rid of dead skin.

Based on my experience, this exfoliator really helps to deeply cleanse my skin without stripping my skin. My face feels really clean and soft after rinsing and it also brightens my skin! Packaging wise, I consider it to be hygienic and convenient since it comes in a tube compared to a tub. Most importantly, it's affordable 👍

This peeling gel contains some good ingredients such as Centella Asiatica Extract (smooth and soothe the skin, anti-bacterial), Lemon (astringent, brightening) and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract (skin conditioner, emollient). It does contain fragrance but it's right at the bottom of the ingredients list.

How to use: On dry skin before washing your face, dispense an ample amount and gently massage it all over your face for 5 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Recommended to use 2-3 times a week. (Please don't over exfoliate your face!!)
