THE GRAND POLLS SHOWDOWN OF WONDERCON 2023

Had a blast from tabling at my first Wondercon with some friends, and we did a poll each day to see people’s fave character. The final showdown win between Venti and Wanderer was made possible by all of the Scaramouche/Wanderer cosplayers who came by repeatedly to illegally add votes check on the polls lol. The bottom two doodles were the freebie stickies given out at the con as thanks to the attendees for doing their civic duty. XD

Okay sorry it took me a while to answer BUT I couldn’t bring it over myself to give an half-asset response to this beautiful beautiful thing.

First I totally agree, I don’t know how anyone could be intimidated by him. He’s literally so ahhhh, the same with xiao. I also headcanon that his abdomen or waist part is the most sensitive, cuz his waist is so cute and adorable and it would be soooo cute if he was really sensitive there. Like just grabbing his hips and caressing them gently gets him all flustered and squirming in your grasp. Some people wonder how you can date him without looking scared, but oh boy. Oh boyyyyy.

He wears so little clothing too! If you don’t like showing off, you have to be careful about where to place the hickeys. Cuz he wouldn’t even notice that they are there, just going on about his day while people are flabbergasted. But if you do like bragging about what’s yours, go for it and mark him up everywhere!! Even if he sees them, he’d love them too much and be too proud to cover them up. So what’s the big deal with everyone? It’s a well known fact you two are going out, why are they so surprised to see some teeth marks on his neck and shoulder?

Cyno is literally such a puppy, he’s suuuch an adorable little dork. It makes one want to see him blush 24/7.

“My, my, my! Aren’t you up and early today. What, got another date with Xiao again?” Hu Tao walked into the kitchen where Y/N was preparing breakfast for her and her roommates. The brunette teasingly winked at her roommate who’s cheek had started to heat up again.

“Well no… but yes. He invited me over to work today. I can ask if you wanna come.”

“Oh I knew it! There’s absolutely no way you’d wake up so early just to make us breakfast. And I won’t be able to come. I signed up for peer mentoring so I have a meeting later today.”

“C’mon, 10 a.m. isn’t that early.”

“Uh, for you it is! Sometimes you sleep in until 1 p.m. on Fridays…”

“Fine, fine, I surrender,” Y/N chuckled, rolling her eyes as she lifted her hands up in surrender. “Do you want to call Yanfei up? The food is almost ready.”

“She’s in the washroom right now I think. Oh man, the food smells so good! You haven’t cooked us breakfast in forever.”

Yanfei joined the two at the table and the three girls chatted away on what’s been happening in their separate classes as of late. Despite always texting the girls and seeing them everyday for dinner, their studies and work often limited the time they had to spend together.

It was more surprising that Y/N was yet to spill the beans on her recent study sessions with the elusive Xiao from their ethics class.

“So, how is he? Have you cracked the shell yet? I haven’t really talked to him much since middle school, but our families keep in touch.” Hu Tao asked, taking a bite out of her food.

“You made him sound so much more intimidating than he actually was.”

“No, Hu Tao’s right. I remember that guy barely talking to anyone all of high school. The only reason why people knew him was because he was pretty…” Yanfei chirped in.

“He seems really nice to me… a gentleman too.”

Hu Tao choked on the juice she had been drinking. “Pfft. What? Xiao? Gentleman?”

“Yeah! He’s really sweet!” Y/N continued to detail the events of her meetings with the dark teal haired boy. From his first acts of chivalry, to how he took care of her at the cafe and even how he nailed her order twice! Her best friends couldn’t seem to bring themselves to believe her, insisting that maybe Xiao hit his head one day and had a whole personality change.

“Or who knows? Maybe his cousin is right and he does feel something for you. But it’s only been a few days so who am I to say?”

The door opened to reveal Xiao, wearing a tank top and sweats.

“Hey, come in. Sorry if it’s a bit messy, we’re cleaning up a bit.”

“Oh, hey Y/N! I haven’t seen you since the party! How have you been?” Kazuha called from within the living room. Y/N looked behind Xiao to see the platinum haired boy sweeping, wearing what looked like a cute pink cleaning apron.

“Hey, Kazuha— why are you dressed like that?”

“He’s a little silly like that.” Y/N looks over and spotted Heizou, leaning on the kitchen counter, chuckling as Kazuha side eyed him.

“Heizou, hi!”

Not long after did a fourth voice follow, signaling the entrance of the indigo haired pain-in-the-ass.

“Hope the door didn’t hit you on the way in, Y/N.”

“… nice to see you too bestie— Hey! Don’t touch me!” She yelled as Scaramouche teasingly ruffled her hair.

Xiao swatted away his cousin’s hand and grabbed his project partner by the shoulders to shift her away from the boys protectively.

“I’m done my part for cleaning so she and I will be studying in my room.”

“You mean our room?” Scaramouche chided.

“You’re not allowed in there when she’s here.”

“Hey! I paid for most of this dorm!”

“Please, Scara. It’s a school project.”

“I’ll be quiet and not bother you guys I promise.”

“Fine. Finish cleaning up first.”

“Yeah, yeah, whatever.” Scaramouche was shooed away to do his chores by Xiao’s two other roommates as Xiao lead the way to his shared room.

He gave her a small bed-desk for her to put her things on top of while he worked at his own desk.

“I’m not gonna lie, we already got through a lot of the first part of this project and the first check-in isn’t until a week from now. Do you want to just finish everything for the check-in today so we can focus on other things next week?”

“Sure,” he shrugged, staring at their extensive amounts of research and notes that have been compiled into the document from the last few days.

The two powered through the next few hours finalizing the first report of their three-part project. Xiao’s three other roommates occasionally popped in to check on them and bring various cups of water, and teas. In Scaramouche’s case, it was often to bother either of the two and steal a few crackers. In the end, they successfully finished the draft.

“Oh man, my back hurts.” Y/N stretched in her spot as she closed her laptop.

“You should’ve told me. I would’ve swapped seats with you.”

“Nah, it’s alright. I didn’t want to ruin the momentum we had.”

Xiao looked at his clock. 4:49 p.m. “Do you want to see the Pokémon game? How long do you plan on staying?”

“Of course I want to see the game! I can leave whenever so it doesn’t really matter to me. Why? When do you want to kick me out?” Y/N raised her eyebrow teasingly at him.

He let out a chuckle. “You can stay for days if you wanted to and I still wouldn’t mind your company.”

“Ha ha very funny. I’d miss Yanfei and Hu Tao too much of you kept me hostage like that.”

“Do you want to at least stay for dinner? I’m sure the guys won’t mind and I can walk you home after.”

“Sure, why not.”

Kazuha was done for work so he decided to meet you at your house. He knocked at your house and waited for a few seconds but no answer. So he entered the house himself. Seeing you not in the house, He tried to not panic and look for you. He saw you just eating at a dinery for dinner by yourself. "Lovely evening, isn't it?" He spoked. You startled a bit from the sudden spoke then you just saw it was just Kazuha "Ah hello kazu! Wanna eat with me? I can buy you another treat if youd like." You said. Once he was done you asked "Oh, Good evening Xiao! What are you-" "-Where have you been? The moons already up and your not even resting. Let me take you to Wangshu Inn." Then he took you to Wangshu inn and healed you. When he was done, thats when you realized you were quite tired and decided to get some sleep but before sleeping you asked "Hey, Can you stay just for a little bit?" Looking up to him "I can stay for a few minutes but do not be shock when you wake up and i am not here." He replied and then you slept.

Okay, we all know Aether always watch Lumine and if a time comes that he can't see you travelling with Lumine then that's the time he can start to panic.

One time you decided to do a commission without Lumine since she's taking a rest, eating and stuff with Paimon, Then Aether decides to check on Lumine (and you duh) just for precautions. Seeing her sister just taking a rest and eating with Paimon only, makes him relieved...Wait, No, BUT WAIT, YOU'RE NOT IN THERE. SO NOT RELIEVED. He leaves the place and decided to look for you. It has been 30 minutes of not seeing makes him feels like hes in hell. He sends some Abyss Mages to look for you and you're just in there about to do your little commission till- Oh no an Abyss Mage!! But wait it is not attacking you, and instead when he saw you, he left. The Abyss Mage teleported to the Prince and told him where you are, what you are about to do, and what's the reason you're doing that. Well we all know the answer, you we're at a commission, you're about to the commission, and you're doing the commision to help Lumine. Then he teleported to you and just inspects you. Seeing you just talking to a lady and not hurt, relieves him so he left. But you obviously knew he was there just to check on you, How sweet!

After awhile of thinking I decided to head off to the adventure guild to see how it works which meant I had to leave my hotel room which wasn’t a bother but the kids outside we’re so it’s best to face it now as I slowly left the hotel. But as soon as I left the hotel I saw a kid coming up to me with shit eating grin. Not that I hate kids some are really good but some of these mondstat ones make me wanna choke on a lobster. “Hey, lady do you know where you’re good-looking self went” the kid spoke and I stared down at him as I was compelled to hit a child “I hope to god you're adopted you, little runt”. As soon as I said that I could see the annoying kid have tears in his eyes it didn't make any slighter annoyance I got from this runt. But I just walked away leaving it at that but I saw a stand that looked like the adventure guild Everybodys been talking about so I went up and approached the lady to see if I could join and get some leads on it. “Ad astra abyssone! Welcome to the Adventurers Guild.” “Hello.” “What may I do for you.” “I’ve been meaning to join the adventure guild.” “Do you have a vision and are you capable to fight.?” “Yes, I do…(liar)” “ok great when can we get you started.” “how about today?” “great we have some commissions which are tasks for you to complete and get rewards like mora.” “Oh great so what’s the commission…?” “since you started I would like to give you one commission for now..” “oh yeah of course but where would the commission take place?” “Liyue” “WHAT!?” “very well now your commission starts best of luck adventure.” “HUH”. – You and Childe are the perfect embodiment of the best friends to roommates trope. Whenever you wanna sleep in for 5 minutes more and you’re about to run late for your first class, Childe never fails to slowly drag you out of your bed, laughing as he does so. “Wake up sunshine!” is the first thing you always hear in the morning and you don’t complain if you get to hear his smexy voice anyway. He is a confident flirt and is not afraid to show you how much he cares or how much he pines over you. 

–  He’s always always there to save the day. There was a time when your classmates stood you up on the group project you were making, and guess who comes up to you with glitter, glue, and colored paper? Childe, of course! He stayed up until the wee hours of the night with you just so he can help you finish it. He even promises to set things in a “very civil way” with your absolute jerk groupmates the very next day. You practically hang out with him 24/7 as most of the time he just barges in your shared apartment with some amusement park tickets on hand or to some expensive yoga or judo class. Childe is always able to successfully change the topic and shift away from talking about the shared feelings that the both of you have for each other. But, alas, the day had finally came to be and during your monthly trip to the amusement park, Childe confidently confesses to you on top of the ferris wheel.

DILUC:

– Diluc is your posh and rich roommate who sounds and looks too good to be true. The fact that you’re roomies with the literal heir to the country’s biggest wine and beverage company sounds like something straight out of a fanfic. But, it was of his volition to decide to live in a penthouse near Teyvat University. It was the doings of his step-brother Kaeya who tricked him into getting a roommate so that he won’t be alone for the rest of his college years... aaand that’s where you come in. practically barged into his life, but, you were a blessing. an angel sent from the skies.

–  He’s quite cold and unapproachable at first, only greeting you whenever he sees you but never bothered to engage in small talk with you. Even if the both of you go to the same university. It wasn’t until your second month as roommates, when you accidentally had too much to drink after a friends’ night out. You come home to see him in the living room, drinking grape juice from a wine glass, and watching a rerun of Hannah Montana. You practically collapse at the front door, he rushes to you and helps you up as you drunkenly confess to him in tears how you wanted to become much closer to him especially since the  two of you are going to spend the rest of your college years together. That was when Diluc realized how distant and aloof he’s been and vows to make it up to you.

– Diluc is very talented. Albeit in very discreet way, he makes sure to make use of his talents especially if it’s an opportunity to make memories with you. He is an amazing cook as much as he tries to deny it, He’s a secret virtuoso caught in 4k when you impulsively bought a guitar one time and you asked if he knows how to play, and he does so well. He practically serenades you in the most non-obvious way possible. Lastly, He’s very athletic. You invited him to play tennis one time, betting that if he won, you would do his bidding for the rest of the week. Before you could even blink, he wins. His “punishment” for you was that you accompany him in binge-watching TV Dramas. Grey’s Anatomy and Downtown Abby are just some of the shows the two of you would watch. It is absolutely adorable seeing him so invested in these dramas. and since the next on Diluc’s list were sit-coms, you were preparing yourself to answer his questions on the context of jokes that he didn’t get. In a poor attempt to flirt with you, he calls out your name and recites in the most Joey Tribbiani voice he could muster, “How you doin?” You were laughing so so hard that night because his pick up line actually worked on you and suddenly your realizations came full circle: you were very much in love with him too.

–  His naturally cool yet shy nature had always gotten the best of him.  He’s always wanted to ask if you wanted to carpool with him to school. Riding with him in his Tesla sportscar that goes 150 Mph? Heck yeah. However, it took quite a while before he could muster up the courage to ask you (4 months of being roommates until he finally popped the question) Since then, the two of you go home to and from University whenever you had similar schedules. Ever since then, Diluc had began to soften. His cold and hard facade slowly melted. Asking if you could help tie his floofy red hair then he’d let you play with it and let you style it in different ways. He takes you out on café dates during lunch breaks and take you out to watch a movie after both of your late night lectures. Everyone in campus thinks the two of you are practically together at this point. All that was left was to bare your feelings with one another through a fumbling and awkward confession.

“Words cannot not suffice these feelings I’ve been harboring for you since the very beginning. I L-like you a lot. Do you feel the same way too?”

KAEYA:

- Everyone loves Kaeya. Your friends and family, The School Faculty, The owner of the Convenience Store from down the street, The old lady who lives next door, The little kids from down the hall, and even the angry brown poodles from the farthest apartment to your right absolutely loved him. it was hard to keep up with having a roommate that not only were you crushing so hard on, but also had such a vibrant social life. Kaeya interacts and socializes with a lot of people and he admits that it does tend to get tiring at times. But, if these sacrifices lead to coming home to his cute roommate who has captivated his heart since Day 1, then it’s all worth it.

— Despite how warm and friendly he may seem, Kaeya is a very private person. He’s brought two or three friends like Jean, Lisa, Albedo, or Rosaria. But, only to discuss school affairs. He wasn’t the kind of person who trusts others easily, even if he was giving off the impression that he was a trustworthy and reliable person himself. He’d much rather spend time with you on days off from school. He may be a party guy on the outside (he insists he does it for future connections when he graduates) but he’s quite a homebody. Kaeya is the type to watch korean dramas and anime with you, go on late night convenience store cravings, and these always resulted in a perfect evening spent with him. When the both of you are fully immersed into the anime and things get a bit cozy, you rest your head on his shoulder, huddling for warmth.

— Kaeya would always come home with a little something for you. May it be take-out food, A trinket, a board game, an accessory, and even skincare products. The indigo-haired man is very particular about self-care and you bet that he’s bought different kinds of face masks, ointments, and even matching cute headbands just for the two of you! He’s very flamboyant and flirts with you a lot. Trying to impress you with pick up lines and suggestive jokes, but you always thought that he was just joking around because that was always a part of his personality. It was always a part of him. For Kaeya on the other hand, it seems to him that you don’t take him seriously and it's possible that you don’t return his feelings at all. He had to set things straight and it didn’t take long until Kaeya found the perfect opportunity to do so.

— With the help of practically everyone in the apartment, Kaeya is about to surprise you with a candle-lit dinner up on the apartment rooftop. His sly smooth-talking quickly convinced you that the both of you were just going to go out on your nightly convenience store trips. You understood why though. So, instead, you ask him to accompany you to do mundane chores. Going grocery shopping, doing the laundry and cleaning the apartment. He always helps in any way he can. You blush profusely whereas Zhongli coolly denies the woman's claims. It hurt quite a little but who were you to complain?

Your heart was thumping loudly to a non-existent rhythm, blissfully unaware that Zhongli was feeling a burst in his chest too. He clears his throat and his shoulders straighten. A wonderful array of colors fill the sky as his lips began to form the words he's always wanted to say:

That same day, you had mistakenly thought of your room as his and you walked in on him streaming a horror game. He wasn’t spooked by the jumpscares. But instead, he was looking at you in horror because you’ve just exposed yourself to thousands of people. You wave at the camera, apologize, and left. Since then, his fans, (called the Anemo Tofus) have been shipping the two of you together. Creating fanfiction and fanart of Xiao and the mysterious roommate that accidentally walked in on him. They practically begged Xiao to at least talk a little bit about you, to which, he declined. When you surprised him with dinner (as a little treat since this was your first week with him) He sits across the table from you, his eyes gazing deep into yours, as he pops the question, in a very tsundere tone: “Would you like to appear in my streams? T-the Anemo Tofus wanna learn more about you. B-but, if you don’t want to, it’s alright! You don’t have to-” You cut him off before he could continue his doubts, “Xiao! What are you saying? I’d love to!”

  —  There was something blossoming between the two of you after that particular dinner with him. Starting with your first “roommate video” that you had thought of when you were brainstorming for video ideas. It was an Almond and Mapo Tofu mukbang whilst the two of you answered questions from fans! The viewers noticed how visibly comfortable he was around you despite his usual reserved attitude. He was cracking up a lot more sarcastic and self-deprecating jokes whilst Tofu filled both of your mouths. Outside of the confines of social media and inside the comfortable space that was your apartment, you and Xiao grew closer. Wearing matching hoodies, going on midnight snack runs, playing in arcades, and stargazing with him up on the rooftop as you contemplate about life and talk about the mysteries of the universe. There were times when you would stay up late doing school works and would accidentally fall asleep on the sofa. Xiao would come out of room because he periodically had cases of insomnia. When he sees you on the sofa, he can’t help but smile at your sleeping figure and admire your beauty. First. he brings all your clutter back to your room then slowly picks you up from the couch, into his arms, and brings you back to your room. He places a blanket on top of you and your stuffed plushies next to you so you can hug them any time. 

— On a particular night, you fell asleep on the sofa once again and begun to  have recurring nightmares. Xiao was there to witness you whimpering, muttering to yourself, and shivering to a mental image that he could not see. (He wishes he could erase all the pain that these nightmares were giving you) You subconsciously grab onto his hand, murmuring to yourself: “Xiao, please don’t go.” He whispers back, “I won’t.” Your nerves slowly relax when you feel the Yaksha squeezing himself to lie next to you on the couch. Holding onto your arm, he continues to reassure you that it was going to be okay. You grab onto him, hugging him from behind. He feels your heartbeat revert back to it’s normal pace and you return back to your peaceful slumber. “I’ll always be here for you, (Y/N). I’ll be here to protect you. Forever and always.”  Turning to you to plant a kiss on your forehead, you nestle your head on Xiao’s chest. He watches as you cling to him for love and warmth until he is slowly whisked away by his weariness, rewarded with a peaceful sleep he hasn’t felt in a while.

This man cannot swim. Tell me otherwise, I dare you.

Kaeya tried to jokingly push him off a lil diving cliff area when they were kids.

He almost drowned. Kaeya was in a lot of trouble.

So, good luck getting this man to actually get in the water. The most he’ll do is sit on the shore where it’s very shallow.

He usually prefers to just stay under an umbrella on the sand and keep an eye on you.

Calls you every two hours in advance and helps you reapply sunscreen.

He’s very pale so I feel like he burns pretty easily, meaning he needs to reapply super frequently otherwise he will become a tomato. He brings like three bottles of the good shit. Tch, rich boy.

If you ask him to build a sandcastle, he will pretend to be annoyed but do it anyways. Ends up finding it kind of enjoyable.

He has the maids prepare a nice picnic basket for the two of you!! It’s got all your favorite foods plus grape juice cuz y’know.

Of course, he won’t have to resort to such violent lengths. Everyone in Mondstadt knows who Diluc is and they probably know you’re his s/o, so they’re usually smart enough to mind their own business.

All in all I definitely recommend a beach day with him! I’ll give it a solid 8/10 (-2 for not wearing floaties and getting in the water with you or letting you teach him how to swim.

I think Albedo is a good swimmer and gets in with you and Klee so that he can help her (which is very cute omfg)

He’s set total workaholic, as we know, so it took a lot of convincing to get him to put down his experiments and accompany you to the beach (however, he’s particularly weak to yours and klee’s puppy dog eyes so he caved eventually)

Though, looking at you and Klee happily building sandcastles and decorating them with pretty seashells of all shapes and colors, he can’t really find it in himself to complain.

He, of course, takes this opportunity to take out his sketchbook and draw the waves, seagulls, you… Of course he won’t let you see the sketch book no sir. He’s a bit embarrassed to be honest, but an artist such as himself recognizes beauty when he sees it so he simply had to draw you. (God I love him so much)

If a creepy person approaches you,- well don’t worry. The sight of a small arsonist child blowing up fish is enough to scare them away 🥰

At the end of the day, all three of you are all ticketed out. Albedo has to carry Klee back to Mondstadt because the poor baby fell asleep the moment you started drying her hair with the beach towel. You’re, of course, carrying back Dodoco and your bags. (You also manage to sneak a peak at Albedo’s sketchbook and find some very pretty drawings of you and Klee with your sandcastle)

At the end of the day, you guys tuck Klee in and read her a bedtime story (she woke up and insisted). Afterwards Albedo takes you back home and thanks you for coming with you and Klee (which you ofc say wasn’t a problem because how could you not???)

All in all? I’ll give it a solid 10/10. You’ve got tasty food, fun times, your boyfriend and his cute kid adoptive sister (yes I am very biased idc)

🦋Xiao:

I think it would take a lot of convincing to get Xiao to go out on a beach date with you.

He’ll probably see it as a distraction getting in the way of his slaying of monsters and demons.

However, he also worships the grounds you walk on (hehe, simp XD), so I don’t think it’ll take that much convincing on your part (especially because it’s is self appointed duty to keep you safe so if you insist on going with or without him, he supposes he’ll have to go)

Is definitely a bit tense at first. He doesn’t know how to let loose and chill so while you’re sun tanning on a beach chair he’s like 🧍‍♂️ahdgshjsjd

Eventually calms down a bit though! You get him to relax and eat some almond tofu you brought along with you. It definitely gets him to perk up.

I don’t think he would mind getting into the water but I do think he’d rather walk along the shore and collect pretty seashells and sea glass.

He later gives the ones he deems pretties to you (he hands them over to you with a blush on his face and pretends it’s not a big deal and he definitely gets all pouty and grouchy when you coo at how adorable he is)

As for creeps, Xiao is both intimidating and well known in Liyue. No one is brave enough (or, let’s be honest, dumb enough) to approach you with any bad intentions.

Sure, Xiao has sworn never to harm a human/citizen of Liyue but that doesn’t mean he can’t scare the absolute shit out of them.

I think Xiao would definitely enjoy a beach day 🥺🥺. He’d find it very relaxing to go out with you and just hear the sound of waves and feel the sand under his feet.

He’d definitely hint at wanting to do it again later. Of course, he won’t tell you. No, that’s a foolish mortal activity and he has much better things to do.

OK SO ORIGINALLY I WASN'T GONNA WRITE ONE FOR HER (at least not in this post) BUT THEN I THOUGHT OF LADY NINGGUANG TAKING YOU TO A WHOLE ASS PRIVATE BEACH

She knows you don’t care about how exclusive the beach you go to is (in fact, the fact that you don’t care about where you are or what you do is one of the things that make her fall more and more madly in love with you) but you deserve the best so she’s gonna go all out.

She’s a busy lady so days like this where the two of you get to go somewhere and be together are few and far between.

She knows it’s hard to be in a relationship with someone who is busy 24/7, so she appreciates how you remain by her side despite all hardships. (Y’all are a whole ass power couple istg)

The two of you spend your day relaxing. Sun bathing, drinking piña coladas, maybe taking a dip in the ocean. It’s all very pleasant!

Ningguang doesn’t quite feel like the type of person who would sit in the sand and make sandcastle, however you’re more than welcome to make some yourself. She finds it endearing <3

If you insist on her helping, she’ll eventually comply. She loves you too much to say no. I feel like she’ll either be terrible at it or like a total architect.

Sand is technically like tiny rocks right? So maybe she can use her vision to help her? If that’s the case, she’s making a replica of the Jade chamber out of sand.

If any creepy person comes up to you don’t worry. Ningguang will buy the whole beach and then use her right of admission as owner to permanently ban them from the beach you’re at.

The only downside to a day at the beach with Ningguang might be that there’s a big chance she’ll be called to tend urgent matters, seeing as she is the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing and all.

If that does happen, she’ll be sure to make it up to you somehow, whether it be rescheduling or taking care of the matter as soon as possible so that the two of you can get back to your day of relaxation and fun.

All in all?? Lady Ningguang will treat you like total royalty and the two of you will have an amazing time! I give her an 11/10 (she would literally buy a whole beach for you to be comfortable I mean c’mon)

Brainrot time - be glad, today was supposed to be angst but I had a change of heart.

He was too high to be directly involved with your training after all.

Finally when the fateful day comes, he looks at you with admiration at the other side of the mat, your determination and fast rank up had him enamored. But you had different plans. When the spar session started, you maneuvered around his kicks and finally did what you've always wanted to do— you wiped your dirty, uncovered foot against his face in a kick. Somehow he fell in love more.

You've just recently broken up with your boyfriend a day before you got your license to drive, something you were so proud of and excited to exercise together with your lover. But yet here you are crying your eyes out as you drove on the long and winding road of... somewhere. A deserted area with the next stop over or town miles and miles away, so when you happened upon a dejected voyager who clearly needs a lift, you offered him to be a hitchhiker. You part when you reached his home with a huge thank you for the lift, and you realized that you were just a town away from him.

The next time you saw him was an embarrassing moment you didn't expect to happen or come by so fast. Awkwardly standing by the roadside where your car was supposed to be, towed away because you didn't realize it was illegal to park there, an motorcyclist with a neon decorated bike suddenly pulled over in front of you. And when he takes off his helmet to offer you a ride, the smirk on Xiao's face doubles the embarrassment. You accepted the offer.

You are a secret agent tasked to assassinate a target you've been following and gathering data on for weeks now, the perfect opportunity happens to be a gathering of high class people, a party or ball even. You thought it would be a quick and easy operation until you realized a man named Kaeya seem to be hovering around your target too closely for your taste and ease. It seems the guy has a body guard in hand. Now your focus was on swaying this bluenette, who was thankfully very, very receptive and welcoming to your advances.

When you finally FINALLY managed to let him off your case and successfully separated him from your target, you hurried over to finish the assassination as you realized you've been lingering for far too long— only to see Kaeya about to stab your target before your interruption. It seems that instead of his body guard, Kaeya was actually a hitman hired to kill your target too, and had been dancing around together with you because he thought YOU were the body guard.

"Woah, this your target too?" "Hell yeah." "Yoooooo!" How ironic, you two laughed the coincidence out nonchalantly as your target bleeds to death besides you both. After escaping your almost jail time when the true body guards came to check on their boss, which made a very awesome action sequence as you exchanged bullets next to Kaeya, you learned that your agency had recruited a new fellow under its ranks. You didn't need a name and face to know who the sly bastard was.

You're not really the type of person to be into parties, not since high-school, and still no in college. Things were already a pain to deal with as the midterm examinations rolling in, but your roommate somehow managed to drag you into a popular college organization's midyear party before unceremoniously dipping to drink with the org members. As you cradle your alibi cup in a corner, staring into the raucous party, you realized someone else who's solo is accompanying you in silent brooding.

The two of you awkwardly introduce yourselves to each other before realizing that you've already met once or twice in campus grounds. "I don't really wanna be here." "Me neither." "Wanna dip?"
