Oh yeah, I started writing a fanfic. I keep forgetting to post about it, so I am doing so now. It is J/mart being used for an endgame of PeterJonElias, and it has an ooc and terrible Web!Martin. I have tried my best to put content warnings before each chapter, so I hope it is enjoyable.

This. Jon should also get found by Peter at some point. They are just quietly sitting on top of a crate. They are watching his crew. Not for any malicious reasoning, although he does notice that they seem to acknowledge him slightly after he sacrifices one of the crew to Forsaken.
He ends up dragging Jon home like an abandoned kitten to Jonah because he has no clue how people work, and Jonah would be better at this anyway.
They end up keeping Jon, and whether they are okay with that is up for debate.
...the only thoughts I am capable of are PeterJon. I just think that they could get along under different circumstances.
I think Jon should give his statement to Gertrude as a child and be so haunted by the nightmares it gives him that he seeks refuge in the Lonely. Like obviously he wouldn’t know what he was turning to (not until it was too late) but he should anyway. The awful watching figure he dreams of making him fear being seen, DESPISE being looked at completely, and make an already isolated and lonely child desperate to avoid other people and, well, Lonely. And as he gets older this would probably mix really badly with the gender dysphoria too, as well as worsening his aversion to eye contact.
And I think that’s when he’d notice the faint fog that’s always creeping around the edges of his vision.
#back* on my lonely jon bullshit#look I love him and this means I want him miserable#also please assume trans autistic and adhd jon for all my posts because I like to project#lonely jon#peterjon#peterjonelias

---
Peter Robinson has published various books of aphorisms, fiction, and literary criticism. For some of his poetry volumes and translations he has been awarded the Cheltenham Prize, the John Florio Prize, and two Poetry Book Society Recommendations. His most recent collection of poems is Retrieved Attachments (Two Rivers Press) and The Collected Poems of Giorgio Bassani (translated with Roberta Antognini) published in New York by Agincourt Press. Return to Sendai: New & Selected Poems is due from MadHat Press in the USA in September 2024.
---
Frances Presley was born in Derbyshire, of Dutch-Javanese and English parents, in 1952. She grew up in Lincolnshire and Somerset, and lives in London. She studied modern literature at the universities of East Anglia and Sussex. She worked as an information specialist in community development, and at the Poetry Library. She collaborated with artist Irma Irsara on a project about women’s clothing and the fashion trade, Automatic Cross Stitch (Other Press, 2000); and with poet Elizabeth James in Neither the One nor the Other (Form Books, 1999). The title sequence of Paravane: new and selected poems, 1996-2003 (Salt, 2004) was a response to 9/11 and IRA bombsites in London. Lines of Sight (Shearsman 2009) focuses on Exmoor’s Neolithic stone sites, which also feature in a collaboration with visual poet Tilla Brading, Stone Settings (Odyssey, 2010). An Alphabet for Alina, with artist Peterjon Skelt, exploits the lexical and visual possibilities of an alphabet for girls (Five Seasons, 2012). Halse for hazel (Shearsman, 2014) initiates a new poetic syntax of marginal trees and languages, continued in Sallow, (Leafe Press, 2016), with images by Irma Irsara. Ada Unseen (Shearsman, 2019) concerns Ada Lovelace, daughter of Lord Byron, mathematician and computer visionary, who lived on Exmoor. It was also a collaboration with Tilla Brading, ADADADA (Odyssey, 2022). Collected Poems 1973-2020 was published in two volumes by Shearsman in 2022.
Black Fens Viral (2020-) is written on a slow train through East Anglia’s flat, agricultural, landscape of black peat, once marshland. ‘Viral’ refers both to Covid and to a text generator known as the Markov chain, and its strange rearrangement of text resembles a viral assault. The first part of Black Fens Viral was published as a Literary Pocket Book (2021) by Steven Hitchins.
Presley has written various essays and reviews, especially on innovative British women poets. She has co-translated the work of two Norwegian poets, Hanne Bramness and Lars Amund Vaage. Her work is in the anthologies Infinite Difference (Shearsman, 2010), Ground Aslant: radical landscape poetry (Shearsman, 2011), Out of Everywhere2 (Reality Street, 2015), Fractured Ecologies (EyeCorner, 2020) and Poetics for the More-Than-Human World (Dispatches, 2021). She has contributed to a collection of poetic autobiographies, Cusp (Shearsman, 2012) and its London based companion volume, Clasp (Shearsman, 2015).
---
Simon Smith is a poet and translator living in London. He has previously published ten collections of poetry including a selected poems and a complete Catullus translation. His latest books are Last Morning (Parlor Press, U.S.A.) and Municipal Love Poems (Shearsman Books, U.K.) both appeared as companion volumes in 2022. 2022 also saw the publication of Source (Muscaliet Press), a collaboration with artist Felicity Allen and representation of Rimbaud’s ‘Le Bateau ivre’. He is presently working on a book-length series of prose poems, The Magic Lantern Slides. Between 1991 and 2007 he worked at the Poetry Library in London and taught creative writing and poetry at London South Bank University, The Open University, and the University of Kent from 2006 to 2022. He is Emeritus Reader in Creative Writing at the University of Kent.

Letters (jonpeterweek day one)
Just a little something for today; I’m going to try to do one every day this week, for my idiot boys. These will all very likely take place in my Lonely Eyes OT4 (Jon/Peter/Elias/Martin) AU.
//
The letters that Jon receives from Peter bear very little resemblance to letters in the usual sense. There's no greeting, no signature – nothing to address the recipient directly in any way. They read, in fact, like pages torn directly out of a diary and stuffed in an envelope with no context or explanation. For all he knows, they might be. He never mentions them, and the baffling anonymity of them keeps Jon from asking about them either.
He knows that Elias also gets letters; he has no idea if they're the same. He hasn't asked, or tried to Know. If it were only Elias's privacy he were invading he wouldn't have hesitated, but Peter is a different matter.
Jon had ventured the suggestion, once, that Peter sends these inexplicable pages because he wants them to miss him. Elias had laughed somewhat cynically and said that the last thing Peter wanted was for anyone to think about him at all, but Jon isn't entirely convinced. Peter complains, of course, about all the attention – but he does keep coming back.
It doesn't seem right to write back, even if there were a way for letters to reach him (Jon has no doubt that the Tundra has never accepted mail once in her career), but after a couple of long conversations with Martin on the topic, Jon starts leaving things in the pockets of Peter's greatcoat. Small, innocuous things – things it would be entirely plausible for Peter to have picked up from Jon's desk or held for him and then pocketed without thinking about it.
He's careful to make sure not to leave anything personal. Stray pens, notes in his scribbly handwriting that he knows Peter can't decipher, hair ties. There's something, Martin had told him, about finding a reminder of the person you love simply existing, with no thought for you at all.
It's very likely that the tokens Jon leaves are a little too frequent for plausible deniability; he can't claim to be that absent-minded. But they're no more frequent than the letters, at least; and Peter never mentions them, either.

4 Days Till JonPeter Week!
To help our rarepair get some love, we have been reblogging extra prompts, shipping dynamics, writing guides, and story ideas! These can be found under the tags #fic resources and #writing prompts. These will be rolling out until the start of the event to give everyone plenty of inspiration and ideas to work with!
While we look forward to all the NSFW and romantic content, there’s more than one way to crack an egg, and a million ways to play with character relationships! Enemies to lovers? Classic! But why not try out lovers to enemies? Enemies to even worse enemies? Hero corruption? Villain redemption? Hell, hate Peter as an antagonist and want to create content where Jon whoops his ass in the Lonely on repeat like your favorite song? Go for it! As long as the work is focused on a relationship of any kind between Peter and Jon, then it counts. The only works we won’t accept include ship hate or ship shaming.
The only restraint we ask of creators is to ensure proper tagging! Other than that, go wild! Get creative! Project on this rarepair to your hearts content!
Any questions? Our askbox is open!
Looking forwards to everyone’s creations! Enjoy JonPeter Week to its fullest, shippers!

Trans/Omega Jon, Pregnancy, baby names
Jon's Uni Band was The Mechs(mostly just taking some names, no huge references)
Mentions JonElias and JonPeter.
I want Jon to get pregnant from Peter or Elias. I want Jon to get knocked up because I think it would be fun to play around with. I also want this to be a "Jon is willingly The Archivist and enjoys it" deal because Jon deserves to enjoy his inhumanity.
I also think that Jon deserves the Mechs as friends.
Imagine: Jon gets tipsy at an event or something and ends up being chatty with the people around him.
This results in Jon accidentally saying that he finds Peter/Elias handsome, to their face, and as if it is a well-known fact. (It is a well-known piece of Institute Trivia that Jon had a crush on Elias back when he worked in Research)
I wanna see Peter and/or Elias trying for ages to properly court Jon before realizing how oblivious the man was. They quickly corrected the situation, of course.
After a bit, Jon gets pregnant with twins. A boy and a girl. He snips at Jonah and/or Peter until he gets naming rights. However, how long that would take is up to you.
Jon ends up naming the girl: Sasha Anastasia Sims, and the boy gets named: Timothy Marius Sims. Named after old friends.
Jon eventually has two more kids: Rose Alexandria, named by Jonah, and Antonio Raphael, named by Jon. Peter wouldn't want "The Attachment Associated With Naming A Child." So Jon gets to name 3/4 of the children. Maybe 4/4 because Jon could easily name a child Rose Alexandria.
Jon just deserves to give kids all the care, love, security, and safety that he never felt as a child.
I think Jonah would love taking care of a happily pregnant Jon. Honestly. And he would adore anything Jon creates.
Peter would help in non-visual ways. You only actually notice it if you are paying attention to him, or his coat, which now has a small child in it 60% of the time.
That is all for now. Thank you for listening to my stoned rambles, and I hope that this makes at least a little bit of sense.

Drown
For Day 2 of JonPeter Week 2021, my fave rarepair <3
Really, he should have known something was wrong when the Archivist came willingly. Came like a stray cat called from an alley, practically purring in his grip. Peter had not forgotten the violent guttings the ships cats perform on the ships mice, laid as offering in dark corners. He had simply forgotten himself to be a rat.
Or, the difference between an anchor and a drowning stone is whether one took the dive willingly.
Read it on Ao3!

Jon, setting a bowl down in an empty room: Here's your curry, I put more coconut milk in yours and gave you extra rice because I know that you have delicate white taste buds :)
Peter's disembodied voice, carried on a breeze that shouldn't exist: Thank you, it looks delicious.
