⭑ HATES baths. period. the pool is fine, the ocean is fun! but baths make her fussy

i wanted to ask for Wally taking care of an age/puppy regressor! they're sorta shy about regressing but get really happy and wiggly once they're comfy!! lots of silly little barks and happy noises!!

Hi neighbor, you're sweet as a pie too! I hope you enjoy! I didn't have experience writing petreg yet, so thank you for the opportunity.

The slightly staticy television flips through channels as you and Wally sit on the sofa inside Home. Wally presses the remote over and over, finding nothing either of you like. Your head is laying softly on his lap and his free hand rests in your hair. Wally groans quietly, and you glance up at him.

"Everything okay?"

"Yes neighbor, I'm fine. I would prefer having something to watch. Today has not been exciting - except for spending time with you."

"It's okay Wally, I'm sure there will be something! Just keep flipping!"

Wally rubs your hair, and continues. As he's flipping, suddenly an adorable dog is on screen. You gasp aloud, raising your head with a big smile. The dog grooming show fills your screen with just the cutest pets imaginable, and you're so focused you don't realize your body has started wiggling from excitement.

"Ah, neighbor!" He smiles and touches his cheek. "Are you playing puppy again?"

You stop wiggling, stilling and blushing. "S-sorry. I'll settle down."

"Oh dear, you know that I am always happy to play, Reader," he says, tilting his head. "There is never a reason to be embarrassed, with me."

You hide your face with your hands, turning your head into his stomach to hide. "No, it's- it's fine Wally. I don't think I should."

Wally tsks and takes your face in his hands, lifting it to face him. "Come come, play with me. Who is a silly doggy?" He calmly holds you, his voice rumbling lightly.

"No, Wally, I promise it's fine..."

"Reader, Reader dear, who is a silly puppy?"

Laughing lightly, you can't help smiling back at him, cheeks pink. "I guess I am..."

"Yes, you are," he states matter-of-factly, a happy monotone. He pulls you to his chest, cuddling you. You giggle even more, feeling yourself wiggling around in his arms. He sways the both of you back and forth. "My puppy, my little neighbor, so tiny and small."

"Wally, nooo!"

"Yes," he says, tapping your nose with his finger. You tap his face too, in the spot where a nose would be. He taps yours again, and the both of you go back and forth until Wally is laughing too.

Dogs bark on the T.V. as a segment of the show plays where the dogs run around and play on a puppy playground. You can't help letting out a tiny bark to match them, and Wally touches his cheek, laughing.

"Ha ha ha, oh Reader you are the most," he teases. "I love you!"

"I love you!" you practically yip, nuzzling into his chest. Regression came on as fast as a rocket, as Wally knew it would. As your caregiver he knows exactly what to do, as soon as he calls you tiny you're always done for.

"I love you," he repeats. "I love you, little doggy." He pets your hair gently, but you can tell his smile is more excited than his usual one, both of you feeding off each other's energy.

"Hum..." he suddenly says. "Reader, will you wait here for me?" He asks it but he's already standing up and walking to another room. You lay on the couch, rolling slightly side to side as though scratching your back. Wally comes back after a moment of you watching puppies have baths on the T.V.

"I have something for you," he calls. He takes his hands from behind his back and shows you a seemingly hand stitched pair of blue dog ears similar to Barnaby's sewn to a headband. "I use this when I play doggy with Barnaby. We both pretend to be little and walk on our four legs."

"You don't have four legs!"

"Oh. Yes, hands and legs." He sets them onto your head and adjusts them til he finds them perfect. He lets out a tiny 'woof', not an actual bark but just the word said in a funny cadence. You bark back at him, and he says 'woof' again. You copy each other until you're giggling too hard to continue. Wally sits back down on the sofa and hugs you tightly.

"You are just the sweetest∼ You are the littlest, neighbor, just the smallest."

"I'm taller than you!"

"Oh, are you taller than me?" He looks you up and down incredulously.

"Yes!"

"Well, you are still very small, right?"

You bonk your forehead against his, grinning. "Maybe a little bit," you admit.

"You are very small compared to Barnaby, right?"

"Yeah, he's taller than me."

"Well then you are a very small doggy," he teases, pressing your cheeks together and rubbing them like a cat. "Would you like to play ball outside?"

You nod excitedly, and the two of you jump up to run outside. Home is already opening the door, and creaks a goodbye to you as you both run off through the neighborhood, holding hands.

You spend at least a few hours throwing and chasing a ball around the street. At one point Julie and Barnaby join in, and soon you're all playing puppy together, tackling Wally to the floor in a big doggy pile!

Criminal Minds Agere Headcanons (S1 Group)

I think that the Criminal Minds gang is not divided into caregivers and regressors, but rather into pet regressors and age regressors! There’s no one on the team who’s uncomfortable as a caregiver, and there’s no one who never regresses in one way or the other. 

They’re a complicated constellation that move around each other, becoming more comfortable as a team as time passes. Most of their regression time together is on the plane coming back and destressing from rough jobs. Sometimes, if a job stretches for days, one of them might regress and need some attention at night, but most of them prefer to stay 100% in big investigator mode until the job is done and they can let themselves relax. 

Hotchner and Gideon are both pet regressors (Hotch is a puppy but Gideon still feels like an old dog in need of naps). JJ is primarily a caregiver, but also falls into the pet regression group when she decides to join. 

Garcia is more of an age dreamer than a regressor, but she fits in with the kiddos when she’s not acting as a caregiver! 

Derek held out the longest when it came to regression: he had most of the team convinced that he was just a very affectionate and accommodating caregiver. Eventually it comes out that Derek is an involuntary age regressor and doesn’t really find it ‘relaxing’, but enjoys pet dreaming with the other pups or being a caregiver to the kiddos. 

Spencer and Elle are both age regressors, and the rest of the team is protective of them: everyone takes so much comfort in taking care of them, it’s one of the most settled dynamics in the team. When Spencer isn’t regressing, he tends to take point on caring for the pups, he has a real knack for caregiving as well. 

There’s a million ways that the whole group can end up interacting: puppies cuddling around the kiddos, who are busy sharing stories: caregivers playing with the pups and giving them pats, or the whole group coming around the kiddos and just really settling into a family dynamic with proud caregivers and fun little snacks.

Leon S Kennedy as a care giver (CG) headcanon’s ♡ (Re4 Version)

He may look intimidating with his hard exterior and his seemingly permanent blank scowl, but when it comes to you his entire demeanor changes. When he’s around you he’s smiling, laughing, cuddling with you as much as he can!

Spoils you absolutely rotten, whether its just buying you new stuffies for you or just giving you his attention when he’s working from home.

He can see when you’re having trouble with things, mentally or physically. Telling you he’s so proud of you, how much he loves you. Putting on your favorite cartoon and getting you a little snack.

One of his favorite things is just snuggling up with you and holding you close. Watching your favorite cartoon / show on the TV as you lean back against him, clinging onto your stuffie / comfort item.

Colors with you as you both lay on the ground, cooing at you about how good your coloring is! Taping the colored in pages on the fridge after they are finished.

Loves to hold your hand, interlocking his fingers with yours, rubbing his thumb against your palm soothingly.

Melts when you call him “Papa” “Daddy” or even little nicknames like “Lee” “Leo”

[ Mental/Physical problems ] Always makes sure you have your medicine on you, double checks your bags to be certain. Helps you pack anything you might need, putting alarms on his phone aswell to alert him and you when its time to take them.

Notices when you are slipping into your headspace, gathering things he knows you’ll probably want / need to make it easier.

Kisses your forehead and cups your cheeks, giving you little pecks on your face.

Follows you around, making sure you don’t get hurt or bump into anything, even going so far as holding your hand or picking you up, walking around with you as you cling onto him.

He knows you can be independent, but he also knows there are certain things you just cant do while small. Cooing at you that “You’re too little right now, let me do that for you baby.”

Ties your shoes for you, ruffles your hair, Lets you “dress” him up, as in putting a fake princess crown on his head. 👑

Lights up when he sees you’re energetic and wants to play, chasing you around teasing you saying things that make you giggle. “Im gonna get you!” “come back here little one!”

Puts your favorite drink in your sippy / bottle. “Don’t spill it” “Be careful okay?” “Don’t drink too fast, you’ll get a tummy ache.”

[ If you use a paci ] Cleans and sanitizes your pacifiers, rolling his eyes knowing you wont since you just want to hurry up and have it already. He kneels to your height holding it to your mouth. “Open wide.” “say aa~” “You want your paci, bunny?”

It’s me again…! Can you guess who imma ask?

I wanna know if you got any baby Tengen and Zenitsu headcanons? Here are a few I have!

- Tengen forgets his strength when he little, and it’s worse when he’s in baby space

- Sometimes he’ll grabs Zenitsu’s hair whenever he has a toy he wants and it cause a whole fit because it hurt a Whoo lot worse than he expected

- Very upset when they are separated

- Tengen only wants to crawl everywhere while Zenitsu needs to be held 25/8

- They both are petregs too, Zen being a bunny and Ten being a mouse; they constantly have the zoomies when they are like this

- Both are criers, they will cry over any and everything

- Can’t find their stuffie; cry. Can’t have a bottle; cry. Can’t have their mommies/daddy (AKA: Suma, Makio, Hinatsuru, Rengoku); cry

- Big cuddlers, they are cuddling while doing pretty much anything

It’s okay if you don’t have any! I mostly just wanted to ramble about the sound brothers lol

Not a headcanon but I am working on a fic with Tengen adopting the kamado squad which I thought you would like to know :3 (also have a really angsty fic planned…)

Also not a headcanon but I’ve been up since 1 am and I am heavily projecting my own mental state so these are kinda dark you can probably tell what I wrote two days ago vs this morning- do with that as you will

~Okay but crying over a missing stuffed animal is very valid. (Speaking from the experience of little me being devastated if something ever happens to my stuffed sheep)

~I feel like Zenitsu would scream and cry and throw a fit only for one of his mama’s to ask what the matter is and then just stop. Like- that’s all he just wanted attention

~Zenitsu with the tiniest bit of disapproval “everyone hates me- going to go and cry about it” and he just folds in on himself and weeps until he either falls asleep (in which case one of his cg’s usually picks him up and brings him to bed) or feels better enough to go find someone to cling too or go and hide

Bad days go something like this ->

“Do you love me?”

“Yes baby.”

“But do you like me?”

“Of course!”

“I think you’re lying.”

~And he’s very used to being told to just shut up so it’s always a shock when he keeps getting answered. Rengoku would be the best at this because he’s throw in so many silly pet names that Zen wouldn’t have any choice but to perk up

~I always believe that Tengen as a kid was a lot more reserved and often times is that way regressed. Not in a comfortable way but in “I’m taking up too much space and people are going to leave me.” Way

Wallace is Scott’s caregiver and Stephen is Knives’ !

Scott regresses to around 2 - 5

Knives regresses to 3 - 4

They have playdates after band practice and gigs!!!

Scott was very shy to play with Knives at first because he was scared to hurt her cause of their.. uhm.. history

Knives was just like “is oki Scott!!! we is okays now!!”

Knives is very babble-y where as Scott will often be non-verbal after practices so a lot of the time they end up colouring together while Knives babbles her heart out

Stuffie. Tea. Parties.

Scott has a fox stuffie (gifted to him by Wallace) and Knives has a pink bunny stuffie (gifted to her by Stephen) and they will get their sippies and sweet treats (bought over from the bakery Stacy works at) and have tea parties!!!

If one of them regresses without a caregiver around, the other will do their best to entertain them and keep them calm until either Wallace or Stephen (or Kim/Ramona in some cases) shows up

I’d say Scott’s regression is like 90% involuntary where as Knives is 80% voluntary- which means a lot of last minute playdates!!

Will nap curled up next to each other <3

- I think Zenitsu fits a mouse well!

- He enjoys getting “pet” less and prefers the small quick scratches

- Well he enjoys real petting too but gets embarrassed quickly

- A lot of his mouselike behavior is just him getting embarassed really fast and wanting to hide away

- Too be honest I think Tengen scares Zenitsu a lot because the man is not patient and doesn’t like luring him out carefully

- What does work is playing the “ignore Zenitsu” game until he eventually crawls over to wherever Uzui is

- Especially if Uzui is eating

- Zenitsu likes to steal food off of Tengen’s plate and it’s the only time he doesn’t care if he gets yelled at

- He likes crackers or riceballs, things he can eat with his hands

- At the same time he hates being messy so he eats very slowly and carefully

- Going back to his shyness sorry lol

- Zenitsu does not like regressing around others

- I imagine even regressing around Uzui started out as an accident

- Probably got “bullied” into regressing more because Tengen can see how stressed Zenitsu is and knows it affects him badly

- Zenitsu does want to be coddled when he age regresses but when mouse regressing he enjoys subtler affection and pampering

- Which is good because Tengen is soft without being *too* attentive

- They just enjoy existing in a space together

- He absolutely adores the actual mice

- Hides them in his pockets and sneaks them treats

- In turn the mice sneak Zenitsu treats too (especially if he’s in trouble)

- He’s a little more mischievous when regressed because he knows Uzui won’t punish him harshly

- The only punishment that gets him really upset is when Tengen puts his mice away

- If Uzui makes fun of Zenitsu’s overbite he gets bitten

- A very small friendly bite but Tengen loves to overreact and moan and whine

- Zenitsu ends up feeling awful each time and either ends up crying or head-butting the man until he gets attention

- The boy doesn’t like to crawl, instead shuffling around kind of hunched over

- He doesn’t like sitting on the floor either

- Very concerned about cleanliness

- Another reason he prefers not to be around other regressors… even Tanjiro is a bit “gross” at times

- That means baths are a very good activity

- Well actually Zenitsu likes to sit in the water but he hates being scrubbed down

- Once Tengen pulls out the loofa he squeals and tries to climb out

- Zenitsu also has an awful habit of chewing his nails so Uzui takes care of those too

- Another thing he hates

- He has a hard time sitting still and insists the filing sounds hurt his ears

-As a child he used to play as a puppy a ton, so that naturally became part of his agere and that just transformed into pet regression.

-Noya loves to bite on people’s sleeves so he can drag them to places.

-He once regressed during practice which lead him to running after every volleyball in the gym. He was such a tired pup he got a piggy back ride to his house.

-Fake bones are his favorite and he loves to hide them under blankets. Noya once had a sleepover and the other second years just found chew toys under all his blankets and pillows.

Hey hey hey! Do you have any bokuto and/or Kuroo headcanons? If you don’t it’s alright! But if you do then thanks :).

oh man do i! bokuto and kuroo are my two favorite hq characters~ you didn't specify if you wanted regressor or carer or petreg or what, so i'm just gonna throw a bunch in!

Bokuto and Kuroo Headcanons

tw: minor punishment mention (timeouts)

bokuto is a regressor! he usually regresses to around 3-5, but also has an older headspace that's more of a big brotherly mindset. he's regressed most of the time that he's not practicing or playing volleyball seriously.

kuroo is mainly a carer, and is also a cat regressor! he sometimes does regress a bit, more to a teenage age, and is still a big brother figure as opposed to a little kid. (he even acts like a parent cat when he's in his cat headspace. he's just a naturally caring person!)

bokuto has entirely too much energy. he's constantly running around shouting and making messes, and loves playing outside. he especially loves playing volleyball (go figure) but all his technique goes out the window, and he often ends up kicking the ball as much as he bumps or spikes it.

kuroo usually takes care of bokuto, making sure he doesn't hurt himself or bother anyone too much. (not that most of the people around bokuto mind at all.) akaashi helps out with bokuto's care as well, and watches over both kuroo and bokuto if they're both feeling younger.

when kuroo is in his cat headspace, his caring is more...well, catlike. if bokuto is being too loud or wild, kuroo will just kind of grab him by the back of the shirt and pull him down onto a couch or bed to curl around him and get him to settle down. kuroo is all about physicality in his headspace; he likes touch and communicates mostly though body language.

bokuto can be a handful when it comes to his emotions. he's usually happy and excited, but he can get very fussy and upset at the smallest things. he throws tantrums sometimes and kuroo has to give him timeouts, but he always comes back out of it ready to apologize.

kuroo is very good at determining when bokuto's moods are caused by something understandable (like something that is messing with his SPD), or him just being a bit of a brat (like not getting some candy he wanted).

i think that's enough for now!! i have sooo many hcs about these two, but i've gotta save some for later too~ thanks so much for the request, i hope you like these!

Pet Regressor Kenma Headcanons

-He regresses to a cat

-His cat headspace is pretty calm

-His favorite toy is a mouse rattle toy

-When Kenma is really burnt out and  exhausted he regresses into a star fish

-all he does when he’s in his starfish headspace is just lie down with his limbs spread out and stare at the ceiling
