i just need to get my sleep in order and not go to bed at truly despicable times so i can just crank out my workout time at the beginning of the day and get it out of the way which sounds like hell until you get it part of your schedule then it rules. also my roommate showers in the morning rn and me at night but hopefully ill get that resituated so i can not be like. limp haired and greasy at work i dont really sweat much at all actually i dont stink i just look worse like i look like beraggled and mangled or something like i got sucked up into the treadmill track and spat back out . but thats how you know its working
