Revenant was one of the fics I wrote for the Philefest zine, in which when Mulder comes back towards the end of season 8 he comes back as an alien supersoldier. I only considered continuing it bc a few people wanted it to continue on to a happy ending and tbh I could see a few more chapters but my time and energy are limited rn lol

Love Unforgotten is a Star Trek: The Next Generation story that takes place in the beta canon novelverse, and it's really my one true WIP (apart from First Contact hehe) bc it's for the most part complete: every chapter is either partially written or outlined or some combination thereof, but it's been sitting in my google docs for four years regardless🤷🏼‍♀️ I saw a post today from a fic writing event that's basically for people to finish their WIPs from any fandom, and tbh despite my stressful schedule I might sign up to do it bc otherwise idk if I'll ever find the motivation to finish this lmao

oh and the plot to that one is a simple amnesia trope starring my Trek OTP:

Troi loses her memories due to alien intervention and Riker helps her get reacquainted with her life and it's really sweet and soft and fluffy lol

An excerpt:

“You can tell the captain he may come in now,” the doctor said to Nurse Ogawa. She nodded and left the room, swiftly returning with a tall, bearded man on her heels. He was broad-shouldered, with piercing blue eyes and a normally easygoing gait, although his muscles were now tight with tension. When he saw Deanna, some of that tension seemed to ease, and he smiled in a way that made his eyes shine brightly. At the same time, Deanna felt a burst of... something inside her. It was not coming from her, she soon realized, but from the man who had just entered the room. The captain. Before Deanna could identify what that something was, Doctor Ree was already making one-sided introductions. “Counselor, this is Captain William T. Riker, the commander of this vessel, and— er— yourhusband.” He muttered this last part very quickly and quietly under his breath, as if he hoped minimizing the statement would in turn minimize her reaction.

jace is always a targaryen-strong to me lSKDJS in all mod AUs. i love harwin too much for him to not be, so unless there's a good plot reason to make his dad laenor or daemon, i usually think of his parents as being rhaewin in modern AUs so sdkjs i just cannot kill harwin unless there's a really good reason LOLOL i love him too much.

Heyyy, first of all glad to hear you're back!! Hope your time in korea treated you well, and that the trip back wasn't too stressful. Thanks for replying to my long asks lmao they were a handful but I'm glad that you seem to like them, tbh i had forgotten pretty much everything I had typed right as I sent it lol (except the part where I go full game theory matpat on HJ's bible, that one was a rant stored in my chest through the entire story).

I'm indeed still around, I was checking your blog every once in a while to see if there were any news so no worries, I'm hooked into your story enough that I'm probably gonna stay till the bitter end. Honestly, I adore fanfics that go so hard in terms of plot, when authors get me questioning everything that happens like The Answer has, thats when I know it's good and again I love your care and attention towards the development of mc's inner psyche, its so heartbreaking to see her falling down the rabbit hole but at the same time I want to go through the journey with her, I want to see it through as ugly as things may end lmao but yeah don't rush yourself, I'm sure we are all waiting for it with excitement for what you got in store <3 no need to feel pressured

Hi all, just wanted to say hope everyone who’s currently in exam season (like I am) is doing well and getting through it okay!! Just a rough time of year for students rn, but keep going (you’ve got this ❤️‍🩹) in addition to that, my last exam is on Thursday (I had two last week and have another on Tuesday) so after that the updates will be much more frequent!!! (Yay)

The last proper chapter of Begin again has been posted to wattpad, but I haven’t had to time to crosspost it here yet, so if you’re desperate to read it you can read it there! Don’t be too sad that it’s finished though, because I have a bonus chapter planned (Changbin’s wedding hehehhehehe)

As for friends with benefits, the part plans are all finished for the rest of the story, but the next part definitely won’t be out until after Thursday (I’m sorry but I’m totally swamped rn 😭)

However, in some good news my exams have been going alright so far and I’ve started writing the plans for some new stories (if you’ve seen my post about my story plans, it’s Jeongin’s story and Seungmin’s story hehehe) and I’m super excited to share them with you!!

The basis for Jeongin’s story is perhaps my favourite plot I’ve ever come up with and I’ve been loving planning it! My current idea is to get through exams, post the next part of friends with benefits and then the first part of the Jeongin story (titled ‘where art thou Romeo’ which will make so much more sense when you get to read the teaser hahah) and then the extra chapter of begin again

Just wanted to keep you all in the loop since I’ve been more inactive than normal recently. That being said, I check for asks and comments every day so if you send me something I will see it (and I always reply hahahah)
