I'm working on a FNAF 2 anniversary drawing like the one I did for FNAF 1. I know it's late, I know. But my work shifts are literally 12 hours long and cycle between days and nights. I'm doing what I can. I actually made a lot of progress tonight because I'm trying to stay up for my upcoming night shift; I want to be able to sleep late so I'm not a total zombie by the end of the 12 hours.

The plan is to ink and color everything once the sketch is completely done. It's mostly there, to be honest, but I just am not in the mood to draw hands right now. It was a challenge trying to fit all 11 animatronics in the width of this paper. For that exact reason, my initial idea was to leave out BB, Puppet, and Golden Freddy and kind of do a Toy+Withered homage to the Rock/Eat/Party/Play poster...but it's not a FNAF 2 party without Battery Thief, Cranky Baby, or Golden Heady. I think I did okay. :)

I have eight days off in a row starting next week, so I'll probably finish the drawing then. I was just excited to show off my progress.

Mangled Up in Tangled Up Knots | Diavolo x Reader

Summary: Diavolo is good with trees but the lights are a bit beyond him

You were so focused on carefully unwrapping and unboxing the ornaments that you scarcely glanced at the Christmas movie playing.

Diavolo was paying a tad more attention than you as he began to put together the generations-old fake Christmas tree you brought.

You’d been dating a long time now so you finally moved some things into the prince’s room. A few of these things were your traditional Christmas decorations like the polar bear nightlight, Lego nutcracker, light-up llama with a festive scarf, and your old Christmas tree which surprisingly still had needles on it.

Diavolo used his strength to easily correct bent metal branches. They’d caved from the weight of cats and heavy ornaments over the years.

You frowned after finding a broken ornament and set it aside. Diavolo sensed your sadness and looked to see what you’d sat down.

He smiled and with a snap of his fingers, the ornament was in better shape than when you’d first been gifted it. Your eyes sparkled, happy you wouldn’t need to throw something so pretty away.

“Thank you, Dia!” You exclaimed and he smiled and nodded as he sorted the branches by size.

He held two different branches in his hands and looked back and forth between them.

“___?” He asked and you looked up from what you were doing.

“Yeah?”

“Which of these colors is bigger? The brown ones or the teal?”

“Uhh….I think it’s the red ones.”

Diavolo looked it over again and nodded, “Thanks, I believe you’re right.”

You grinned and nodded and began unwrapping more ornaments, setting them into groups based on importance as you weren’t sure you could fit them all on the tree this year.

Diavolo began hooking the tree branches in place and you got to your feet to help him as you enjoyed this part.

You helped keep the tree pole still as he placed the branches in one by one until you were in the way of the bigger bottom ones.

Diavolo stepped back hands on his hips and nodded approvingly at his work.

“I did it, ___! How’s this look?”

“It’s perfect! Now we just have to fluff out the branches.”

“…What?”

You showed him how you moved the tinier branches around so the tree looked fuller and he nodded and began fiddling with it, occasionally itching his arms irritated by the tiny fake pine needles.

“You itch too?”

He laughed and agreed and you both hurriedly fluffed out the tree. Now the metal was barely visible and the tree appeared much more real.

Once again, Diavolo stepped back and nodded proudly. You laughed at how cute it was. Diavolo regularly displayed his magical strength as well as his influence within the realms but he didn’t often have small personal achievements. Doing things all on his own was still a foreign concept he was adapting to, contrarily you were still adapting to having someone else do your chores, cook for you, do your laundry, clean everything. So when you’d show Diavolo how to do these mundane things he was always elated when he pulled it off. Setting up the Christmas tree was another achievement as he’d always had Barbatos do it in past years with excessively large trees.

This tree was perfect for the bedroom you often shared, neatly tucked in the corner without blocking the bathroom or TV, it has its own place to shine.

“Shoot. We still need to do the lights.” You remembered, snapping your fingers like a cartoon character.

Diavolo nodded and opened the box with the lights. He began pulling them out but they were all tangled in knots and he immediately looked to you for help.

You shrugged, “We just have to untangle them. You can use magic.”

“Do you use magic to untangle them?”

“No.”

“Then I don’t need to either.”

You chuckled at his innocent insistence and sat there watching him fiddle with the lights for a good ten minutes, his smile slowly becoming less genuine while doing so.

Finally, he miraculously untangled the lights and immediately asked what to do next.

You showed him how to wrap them around the tree, lightly tossing them onto the branches and spreading them out so there weren’t any gaps in the light. He nodded and plugged the lights in to get a better perspective.

You snuck a photo of your boyfriend holding the glowing lights, it was as cute as it was surprisingly beautiful.

Diavolo began circling the tree with the lights doing as you’d instructed and occasionally looking at the example on his D.D.D.

Without either of you noticing he stepped into a loop of the lights and pulled them with him as he circled the tree. You arched one brow as you realized he felt no resistance due to his strength and was blindly twisting himself up.

“Uh…Diavolo,” you began to speak up when Diavolo stood still and looked down at his legs.

“Oh dear…” he chuckled and quickly began trying to backtrack but he had to be extremely gentle so he wouldn’t break the card with his absurd strength. He looked around more confused as it proceeded to get worse. He threw the remaining lights over his shoulder so he could focus on his feet but now he appeared to have a net thrown over him.

You quickly took another photo and just as you put your D.D.D. away he gave you a childlike frown.

“___…I’m stuck.”

You couldn’t help the laugh that escaped your lips. Diavolo protested to being laughed at and pleaded for your help. You quickly came to his aid, telling him to stand still as you unwrapped the lights.

Diavolo sighed in relief and now that he was out of that situation he blushed profusely as you tried to hide your snickers.

“…I think I’ll use magic…” he sighed in defeat and with a twirl of his finger the lights quickly and perfectly rounded the tree.

“That’s amazing, Dia,” you complimented and his embarrassment immediately was replaced by pride.

He hugged you into his side as you looked at the tree you’d put up together. It may have seemed small but in the grand scheme of things, this was the first time you’d put up the family Christmas tree with your future husband. It was a moment you wouldn’t forget, especially with the pictures you took of him.

1. Prior to the Taken War, the Reef maintained an interdict upon the poorly navigable Jovian moons. That interdict has failed, allowing Guardians to begin (politely put) "reclaiming" these satellites. The sixth moon, however, still falls under Vanguard interdict. To borrow an old adage: "All these worlds are yours, except Europa. Attempt no bounties there." 2. I have been asked to review this interdict's continued necessity. My first impression is that its Europan files are so heavily redacted as to encourage the very expeditions they are presumably meant to deter. Have you ever tried to tell a Hunter that they can't go somewhere AND can't know why? 3. Europa's surface is hazardous. Intense radiation mangles both flesh and machinery. Peak temperature at the poles never climbs more than 50 degrees above absolute zero; the equator reaches a balmy 110 above. This moon was never T-formed and has no proper atmosphere. Tidal stress tortures and crackles the surface, leading to frequent cryovolcanism. There are many ways to die on Europa, but we are speaking of Guardians here. Risk of death alone cannot justify a no-landings edict.

4. The subcrustal ocean is two to three times the volume of Earth's. Life exists down there, but we have forgotten how to reach it. Rumors of some vague abyssal connection to Titan and Enceladus are unsubstantiated, and in this agent's opinion, probably nonsense. So long as Guardians do not take up sport hunting, protection of native life is not grounds for an edict. 5. A heavily armed platform of Golden Age origin keeps station over the moon. It maneuvers using either Hall-effect electrical thrust or some kind of anchor in the Jovian magnetosphere. Ordinarily this would be worth investigating, but the files suggest that the platform is a rare example of an active and unpredictably hostile Golden Age defense asset. Approach at your own risk. (Interesting note-some suggest that jumpships of the Eon series are not as rapidly engaged - this matches what we know of their designer. Jumpships are rare and valuable, so best to keep a safe distance.) 6. Recent close flybys have imaged a Golden Age compound bearing the Bray Tech insignia built in the Europan ice. The same imagery captures thousands, if not tens of thousands, of hibernating or destroyed Vex. Unlike all other Vex presences on Venus, Mars, Mercury, Io, or Nessus, there is no sign of major construction. This suggests a Vex strike force, rather than a permanent presence. What did they want? We have fought Vex before, and early aggression against their designs has always proven critical. Their simple presence cannot justify an interdict.

7. Through negotiation and horse-trading with her superiors, Awoken Paladin Kamala Rior provided me with a device capable of sundry high-physics measurements I will not detail. It reveals that Europa is saturated and interpenetrated with dark matter loops. This is a sign of the interest and attention of the Nine. Their power and influence depend on the mass of nearby stellar bodies, and Europa falls within the sphere of Jupiter-as mighty a gravitational gatherer as anything outside the Sun itself. But even in this bastion of the Nine, Europa is a focus of particularly intense observation. We have often speculated that Xûr is a construct made from the repossessed body of a Jovian colonist… but there are no known records of colonies on Europa. So what draws the Nine here? Unclear. Their interests are opaque. In any case, the gaze of the Nine is no reason to prohibit Europa- Guardians have gone much further into their influence before. 8. No known signs of Ahamkara or other ontopathic predators occur on Europa. Perhaps there are wishing-sharks in the abyssal deep, but that is purely my fancy. No grounds for interdict here. 9. Europa is a traditional stopover for Fallen raiders tanking up on reaction mass. Mithrax, VIP #3987, relays vague reports of a taboo no-go area around the Golden Age station. This prohibition apparently goes beyond fear of its weapons and could be related to the Vex. There is allegedly "something that cannot be stolen from." Tantalizing, but not grounds for interdict. 10. Many Exos have fragmented memories concerning ice sheets and Jupiter in the sky. Europa would be a logical origin for those memories, especially given the presence of Bray Tech assets. This seems to militate towards an investigation.

11.The instruments Paladin Rior provided are extremely unreliable in the vicinity of Europa. I cannot determine whether this is a result of poor construction, my own inexpert use, or the presence of something aberrant. 12. This is hardly a well-vetted piece of intelligence, but something about the imagery and lore I've collected gives me an extremely bad feeling. Something is wrong here. 13. In conclusion, I cannot find strong strategic reasons to maintain the interdict on Europa. We lifted the interdict on the Moon not five years ago, resulting in a series of strategic key victories and intelligence findings… but also triggering the arrival of Oryx, an event that gave Ghaul his Light-suppressing technology and ultimately led to the awakening of the lunar intruder. Perhaps Europa will prove as consequential? We cannot shrink from new discoveries simply because they may lead to new challenges. Victory, after all, requires escalation.

“Jeeves,” I said.

“This ‘Pushkin’ chap, eh, is he any good?” 

“I’ve heard that his writings lean towards the depressing side, sir.” 

“Oh,” I said. “Very well then. Continue on.” 

Jeeves returned to polishing the tea kettle. I often wonder why that man can’t just bally well quit his job as a valet and go be prime minister or something. I don’t see what it is about me that keeps him so engaged. 

“Shall I lay out our funeral attire, sir?” 

“Right,” I said, remembering the blasted thing that was Aunt Agatha’s mangled corpse. “I say, it is a rather horrible situation, eh, Jeeves?”

Mmh creo que como tal favoritos no tengo, más bien va por etapas de tiempo. Un ejemplo es que ahora en estos momentos me inclino mucho por dibujar a Bonnie y a Puppet, hace un mes (más o menos) estaba dibujando a Mangle! ✍️🎨

oh no I was already drawing before that, I was always the Art Kid, if I dont at least doodle one thing in 24 hours I will die

my first digital art was actually for fnaf when fnaf 2 came out and I was drawing human mangle when I was like... 12-13 I think? I still wanna draw that old mangle design by pole bear at least once for nostalgias sake but we'll see when that happens

Biblically Accurate Toy Chica

I watched Phisnom's Five Nights at F---boy's stream recently, and it made me really think of the sheer, iconic absurdity of the series. Hostile party hats, Toy Freddy having a kid with Splash Woman, Enragement Child...and of course, the move sets. These games just wouldn't be the same without the animatronics' goofy skills. Special mentions go to Caffeine Revival, Mama Bird, and all of Toy Freddy's skills. They're so weird. I love them.

Anyway, I realized that the names of all of Toy Chica's skills end with "Wing," so I decided to take it literally and give her a wing for each skill. It gave me something to do at work during my breaks, anyway. :p
