vbs housemate headcanons

vbs if they lived in the same house together:

they buy this apartment with two bedrooms and large living room with an open kitchen and a single bathroom. it also has a tiny studio for them to record in. the rent is atrociously expensive, given how big it is.

dont worry they can cover it -- bc theyve somehow managed to become nationwide sensations who are reviving the culture of street music.

akitoya share a room, and so do anhane, but this doesnt matter much because they'll all pile up in a single room one way or another.

or if they come home exhausted, theyll go searching for anyone already home and cuddle them. the next two who come home share the other room for the night

in some cases, a third member will wander over to the other room and squeeze in with them.

the fourth person (usually akito) will try to sleep alone in the other room, but they'll feel lonely so they end up piling with the rest of vbs

when akito gets home late, he first drapes a blanket on the others, if he catches them sleeping. almost most of the time, he gets snatched (by an or toya) to the cuddle pile

an commands the kitchen a lot, and she'll teach toya how to cook on saturdays

kohane decorates their place with pictures ofc

they have a record player in the living room. akito makes it a point to collect a lot of vinyl

anhane's room is a fucking mess

count pearl was let loose ONCE in their apartment. akito surprisingly likes her, toya and an stay FAR away.

they get a cute guinea pig to take care of. toya and kohane like spoiling it the most, but Hammy (the guinea pig's name) likes An the most

sometimes birds will follow toya home. cats will follow akito. kohane has SO MANY pictures of them that she and an squeal over

a lot of fans have tried to dox them, so akito has rui and mizuki cybersecure the shit out of their house. there was almost a machine gun installed

toya gets separate phones so the vocaloids can pop in without having to use their own phones, because at one point vbs were all in meetings via call when len and rin showed up to the panic and confusion of vbs and others

They have a silly date night at one of their houses every once in a while! They watch movies, paint each others nails, all that sappy bs

The sleepovers happen especially if one has a bad day, where that person would get showered with love and affection

Akito is forced to carry everyone's bags when they go shopping. Ena forces him to do this too and he hates it, but the puppy eyes his partners give him is too much

They all have sappy nicknames for one another <333

They play games in the sekai like hide and seek and tag! Akito is usually the best at tag, kohane is the best hider, and Toya is literally the best seeker ever like- he can find everyone within 5 minutes

kohane gets her cheeks squished by literally all of them, especially an.. 😭 she's their little hamster

They're all pretty physically affectionate, especially Kohane, who has to be holding hands with one of them at all times as they walk

Akito gets flustered real easily so kohane, an, and even toya all come up with ways to get him all worked up 😭

So I just had a thought about VBS all having a crush on An and they would all have an urge to eat sunflowers

Toya would bring a packet or two of sunflower seeds to practice because he says “Ive been feeling a strange urge to eat sunflowers recently… specifically during practice” and then he, akito, and kohane would all manage to finish a couple bags during practice

Polysquad Week Day 3: Vivid Old Tale

vbs headcanons part 3 i think

i firmly believe that every single one of vbs can do a cute puppy eyed look to get their partners to do anything for them.

kohane's obvious, she's just so naturally cute you just feel like the world should bow down at her feet. when she looks at vbs and bats her lashes an splutters, toya stares, and akito turns a bright cherry red. they all kinda get robotic once they do find the willpower to do whatever it is kohane asked them to, its really cute.

when an does puppy eyes its the kind of soulful look that makes you feel bad for even trying to deny her anything. it pisses akito off, which is why he's the one who does things for an with a grumble. toya kisses the corner of her lips bc she is pretty. kohane twirls her hair around, its her tell that she's getting affected by an's looks

when toya does it, its rare, and it makes their hearts skip a beat. it doesnt even LOOK like a pouty look? his face barely changes but you just KNOW he's doing it. when its directed at kohane she'll try to look away, but toya will lean over her (or cage her in his arms) and stare at her balefully until she gives in. with an it's more of an eager expectant look -- and its the quickest, bc an is notoriously weak for pretty faces. toya doesnt really make this face with akito because akito tends to automatically do anything toya tells him to, its disgustingly sweet.

akito has done it a grand total of two times and the rest of vbs agrees that it will STAY that way, because puppy dog eyed akito will RUIN you. it will water your crops, clear your skin, fill you head to toe with toe-curling warmth and it effectively short-circuits you for a week. it is VERY dangerous. kohane cried, an stopped breathing and toya fucking fainted. you are signing your death warrant if you ever get akito to do his puppy eyed look. somehow, the only one immune to it is ena and no one knows how.
