You liked my rambling last time so here I am to once again ramble about this comic I love.

Its a wonderul comic and always so well made. Please go look at it if you haven't, it's well worth it. :D

This frame is very pretty

I love the golden light in the middle, and how she basically makes up the lower part of the symbol. It reminds me of ribbon. Which is fitting considering we get red string all over this comic. (I still need to go into that at one point)

It makes me wonder if we see the other Zelda's more in this context if they too will get the golden ribbon rather than the red string. As I'm seeing it as a way to show how they are connected like how the links are connected.

I love these two. Interesting how dismissive Wolf is being at this stage. (currently playing through TP so I dont know a lot about the triforce in it but I assume it's still there)

She asked if I could do something a bit more angst-y, and I did so gladly lol - dunno what happened to the poor things but I think they've been running for a while.

The Coffin of Glass

The story opens with some discussion of luck and how even a poor tailor can gain great honor through it. Then we meet our protagonist, a sweet little apprentice boy traveling along and getting lost in the woods. when night rolled around he started worrying about where to sleep, landing on climbing a tall tree for safety.

The tree was fuckin' wimdy though, and he was only safe because of his goose (tailor's pressing tool, I had to look this one up) in his pocket weighing him down. After an hour he finally noticed a light and decided to go find it.

He found a decrepit house with a man in a patchwork coat of many colors, who asked him "who are ya and why are ya here?" The apprentice explained himself that the man called him a vagabond and tried to kicked him out, but our boy begged so pitifully that he relented.

He woke the next day to screaming (fun times), so he uncharacteristically ran outside to see what was up and found a black ox and a stag duking it out making an earth trembling ruckus. It was a close fight, but the stag eventually stabbed it's opponent dead.

The apprentice had watched on frozen in fear, and then the stag turned on him and scooped him up in his horns and started to race through the wood, meadow, mountain, and valley, while our boy hung on for deer dear life.

The stag finally stopped and dropped our boy in front of a wall of rock, and when he stopped dissociating and tried to leave the stag stabled the wall with it's horn opening a secret door, setting of pyrotechnics, and walking inside.

A voice called the apprentice inside telling him not to fear (who are you, an angel?). He felt compelled to enter through the iron (???) door and found a shining stone room full of symbolism he didn't pick up on. He was about to dip when the voice told him to go to the center of the room and wait for good fortune, which he did, activating a booby trap that lowered him into the floor (that's what you get for listening to disembodied voices).

He landed in a room slightly fancier room of the same size. The room was decorated in glass decor containing odd shit like spirits, blue vapor, and a miniature kingdom. Then the voice drew his attention to a pretty girl in a glass case of her own.

She seemed asleep or dead and then she jump scared his ass by opening her eyes and demanding he set her free. Not one to turn down a pretty girl (or strange entity in the wood for that matter) he did as she said. The girl that dragged him to a mantle, sat herself upon it, gave him a smooch, and told him he would be rewarded with love and wealth for his good deed, but first he must sit down and listen to her story.

The girl was the daughter of a count who died and was raised by her brother. They were content together and with their neighbors and never planned on marrying. One day some dude showed up begging for lodging one night and they accepted him and all became has friends.

That night, our girl woke up to music of unknown origin and some new sleep paralysis (fun times). That dude walks in (through a locked door?!) and says this all his fault because he knows witchcraft and wanted to ask for her hand in secret. Our girl is seeing all the red flags and stays quiet. Man gets unsurprisingly pissed and says he will find a way to punish her pride and leaves. Girl can't sleep most of the night, and when morning finally comes she went to her bro to fill him in (why she didn't go sooner I don't know) only to find him missing (!!!) and learn he went out hunting with her witchy suitor.

Obviously concerned, she heads on after them. She finally found the man holding the leash of a great white stag

She asked man where her bro was, the stag cried, and she put it together, which made the dude laugh. This pissed her off so she pulled a gun on him (a wha... you go girlboss) but the bullet ricocheted off him and hit her horse (oh no girlboss) which made her fall to the ground while the man mumbled is magic words to rob her of her senses (I think she probs would have lost them anyway falling off a horse, but I digress).

She then woke up in her coffin, the dude there to confirm he turned her brother, explained the shrunken castle and the vapor (previously servants) and offered her an out for her hand once more, but she just stared. So he dipped and she dipped back into slumber. While she slept she became aware of the circumstances of her prison and the apprentice, some time after he then showed up.

She then said it was time for action to fix the rest of the curse. They moved the castle to a stone and the weight of it and the couple unlocked the pressure plate to lift them out. The girl set the castle free now that there was room for it to expand. They then went back to do the same to the vapor servants in the vases.

The stag/bro returned (as a man now) revealing that the bull he killed was the creepy magic suitor (classic) and the girl married her tailor (despite the fact that seemingly her brother did all the work and could have saved her given a few more minutes).

TLDR: tailor's apprentice gets lost in the woods, eventually finds shelter in a mysterious house. awakes to screaming and a fight between a black ox and white stag right out front. Stag wins and whisks boy off to hidden pretty stone dungeon.

The dungeon is full of glass containers of odd shit (i.e. blue vapor, mini castle, and some girl in a coffin {yes, just like in snow white except not at all}).

Girl wakes up and explains that some dude showed up at her and her bro's house one night, seemed chill (was very not) and proposed to her at night (while using dark magic to keep her paralyzed to not run for help). She leaves him on read. He gets really mad.

Next day he takes her brow out "to hunt" and turns his ass into a stag. Girl races after and tries to shoot the creep, accidentally killing her horse. creep knocks her out and sets up the dungeon to ask her out one last time to set everyone free, she still ignores him so he knocks her out.

Then the girl and the apprentice start bringing everything out of the dungeon to grow the castle and release the servants (yes, they were the vapor). Then bro shows up explaining that the ox was the creep and he's dead now. Then the girl and the tailor get married because he supposedly saved her.

and yes I purposely disgized (I forgot how to spell) my writing style for this so nobody knows my one hundred and 10 percent evil plot

Time proceeds to talk smack about fi for plot.

Sky turns evil and kills him

But dies from guilt

Wind proceeds to take the master sword but because sky turned evil fi is evil too so she kills wimdy boi

Ok who’s left

Twilight decides to think warrior’s scarf is cursed so he steals it

Then he accidentally trips over the scarf and perishes from a scraped knee

Wild windbommed. No more questions

warriors stood in front of the chain, and then realized he technically doesn’t exist since he’s from a not canon game, so he fades into oblivion
