The Happiness Charge girls have one braincell between them, and I'm pretty sure Fortune has it 90% of the time.

It took Hirogaru Sky 35 episodes to have it's first "helping out a random person at school" episode, the plot that's usually like,, every 3rd episode in a typical season. Pretty wild

Past the 15 episode mark of Suite Precure, and it's definitely a very interesting position it's in. Undeniably, it's attempting to shake up the formula that's sort of existed since Precure 5, but it's shockingly noncommittal in its execution of said ideas, almost to the point of parody.
Ultimately, while the season so far has been working towards a bold and brash approach, it's like I'm watching these girls struggle in the quicksand of precedent set by previous generations, with each novel idea that gets sidelines accelerating the process. Let's just say I'm hoping the mid-season cures come with long sticks to save them.

Mayu going from a shy girl who can barely talk to narrating Satoru's inner voice while the latter watches Iroha surf and clearly getting a kick out of his reaction is a pretty accurate depiction of what happens when a shy person starts opening up to their friend group. I would know from experience.

Onto the first few episodes of Suite Precure, and I'll start by saying "the season where the girls beef with each other" is a good idea!
Problem is that they've had the exact same problem leading into the exact same solution for the first month of its runtime, and for some reason every fight they've had so far is almost entirely concerned with their problem instead of anyone they know, so right now the only side characters of any merit are the families of the two girls and also Ouji as the most shoehorned romantic interest Toei could present.
I can't be too critical because I have to take the episode 30 writing boost into consideration, but they aren't sending their best right now.

Let me be delulu
So I went ahead and totally dreamt of Satoru and Daifuku as pretty cures, so of course I had to get my thoughts out of my brain and that's what we have here.
So it was fun to make them both kinda Western, cowboy themed with Daifuku becoming like a tailor-suited business man of sorts. Where as Satoru becomes full on cowboy. Honestly, based on Satoru's personality and Daifuku being references multiple times as a brave boy these designs could be switched between them.
If anyone wants to colour or do better job than me, feel free!
