You know, the genius part of the TMAGP April Fool’s joke is that there’s several steps to it.
1. Protocol episode?? I thought they were on hiatus!
2. A fluff episode? And it’s an hour long? That seems strange…
3. Oooh, nice intro!
4. ….nice, long, intro?
5. Skip ahead. And ahead. And ahead.
6. Realize the date. Moment of shame for being thoroughly got.
7. Skip through the rest just to double check. It’s all Bonzo.
8. Then: remember this is Jonathan Sims you’re dealing with. And it is just feasible enough for him to hide something somewhere within this mind numbing hour of clown music.
9. You have a decision to make. Either potentially miss out on discovering a secret……. or spend the next hour in auditory hell.
10. Spend the next hour in auditory hell. Second round of gotcha, but at least now you’re sure there’s nothing you missed.
11. ….unless-
To conclude, Jonathan Sims is an evil, evil man and I applaud his manipulation of our own mistrust

...maybe he wanted to live. maybe they wanted to fight. maybe they heard themselves beg for death while wanting nothing more than to have the chance to tear the company that did this to them down brick by brick
Ranboos chat just pointed out that his mask was red when he started begging for death. So now I don't know if that was even them or just Showfall trying to make it more dramatic for the audience. I hate it here

Karna is such an interesting character to me, most notably because of her AGE
She was SO young when the war started. Younger still when she was thrown into a life of subterfuge and secrecy and disguise. Who knows how young she was when she devoted herself to a deity(?) that represented absolute destruction?
that has GOT to have an effect on one's psyche. in your most developmental years, knowing intimately that your narrative has been doomed from the beginning. how do you find the will to build yourself up from nothing when you know all you will ever survive to see will be foundations at most?
part of me wonders what parts of Karna never got the chance to grow as a result. she never had the time most children get to dream, to explore their identities knowing that the entire world was their oyster. she grew up with the fundamental knowledge that eventually, everything in her past, present, and future would end up as detritus. how does someone put down roots in a soil they know will be washed away? and if they cannot put down roots, how in Calorum do they find the nutrients they need to develop?

nlm beeduo loved eachother like best friends who always felt like there could be something more, stolen kisses and holding hands under the table and giggling whenever someone remarks on how good of friends they are.
Snowchester beeduo loved each other like they knew they always would, beds that felt empty with only one person and palms that fit together like two halves of one whole and knowing that no matter what happened, there would never be anyone else. If this ended, that would be it, because their hearts had morphed into the perfect shape to hold the other and no other puzzle piece would fit just right anymore

@mement0m0r1 sharing this here because we’re onto something
Celia mentions a “Jack” at the beginning of Episode 11: Marked, right? Stick with me for a moment.
The name Jack has appeared only three times before in TMA: once mentioned offhand by Breekon, once tangentially related to the Everchase, and finally (and most PROMINENTLY) in Jack Barnabas, the man who dated Agnes Montague and ruined the ritual of the desolation.
Now, assuming that Celia is in fact the same from TMA, this would mean she was originally known as Lynne Hammond. Lynne Hammond gave a statement in MAG: 100 “I guess you had to be there,” talking about a ghostly woman who was on fire and could burn her- which *seems* linked to the desolation.
Conclusion: After losing Agnes, Jack Barnabas went on to date Lynne Hammond, inciting the anger of whatever connection Agnes still retained to the world and making her appear to Lynne. Now, in this alternate universe, Celia is still dating Jack Barnabas
Thoughts?

AHHHHHHH
do you think after jailbreak he went to the bed and just sat, waiting for his husband to come home. When do you think he finally realized he wasn't going to? Because I don't think it was until he watched the sun rise and realized that the sheets still looked the same as they had the night before, because nobody had made them
gone, gone, gone...

_Beloved family snow days where Michael is practically spherical with how many layers they've got him wrapped in and Ranboo is wearing water-protection enchanted armor made by Tubbo himself and they have a full-on snowball battle and for once growing up on a battlefield just means Tubbo can absolutely *pelt* his husband with the biggest snowball known to man and get away unscathed
#and Tubbo's bones ache like they always do in the cold#and Ranboo's skin still stings and will need ointment later#but it's okay because Michael is laughing and they're all laughing and maybe the pain doesn't have to be the most important thing anymore#beeduo#dsmp#cbeeduo#probably.incorrect.theories

thinking about nlm beeduo after doomsday. something that had formed from forced proximity slowly fizzling out as the distance between them grew, as they moved away and moved on. thinking about a tender ache resting in their chests, a hollowness.
thinking about reconnection. who reached out first? was it tubbo, on a weaker night of loneliness? was it ranboo, after debating with themselves for weeks? either way, thinking about them meeting up one afternoon, as just friends. thinking of someone making an offhanded remark about a piglin, left in the nether. thinking about something familiar taking root, of going through the motions all over again- the nervousness, the hesitation, until somebody snaps
thinking about the second round of firsts. fingers pressing against a palm, hesitant but bold. a hand slipping around a waist, even as its owner looks away, unsure. a whispered "may i?", a whispered "yes." lips pressing against each other, worried at first that it might not be the same, and then relief as it's better, so much better.
thinking about love that didn't ever really die. thinking about right person, right time except it would always be the right time because it was them

what if cTubbo didn't not-revive cRanboo because of apathy or lethargy. What if he couldn't bear to see another person he'd love with a white streak in their hair and a haunted look in their eyes and the scent of death following them wherever they went. could you blame him? would you bring back someone you loved if you knew you could never look at them again without seeing a skeleton? if you had to wonder how hollow they would be if you saw past their stitched-together skin?

tommy and wilbur both came back distant in a way that's almost indescribable. to see the one person that always felt present and solid in a way that Tubbo can only rarely remember feeling before with that same haunted, foggy look in their eyes-
it would be worse, he thinks, than the emptiness he's found anyway. because at least this emptiness doesn't pretend to be anything more.
do you ever think abt how ctubbo has spent everyday of his life terrified after cranboo died that he would come back different? ctommy got revived and they barely talk. they skirt around it and sure, they try. ctubbo really wants to say they try but it’s not them, when they’re together it’s not tommy and tubbo. and cwilbur came back and he apologized and got angrier than ctubbo’s ever seen him. ctubbo wants so badly for cranboo to walk through the door and awkwardly kiss his forehead and giggle at micheal. but what if his hands are freezing cold like tommy’s or what if his eyes look sad in the wrong way? what if ctubbo can’t bump his head against cranboo’s arm? what if he breaks him all over again?

God what must it like to be a ghost. Not loving your husband, you’re not capable of that, but going through the motions because the half of you sequestered off somewhere is loving so powerfully you can’t help but feel indebted. You can’t feel, it’s not in your nature, but you think if you could it would be guilt because what right do you have to hold him when you know they’d give anything to be in your place?

yes. would you like to elaborate for the class
do you ever think about staying up way too late until everything is far funnier than it should be and his hands are calloused and scarred and the warmest things you’ve ever held and you kind of think it’d be okay if this were all it was forever. do you ever think about rolling over in bed in the early morning and feeling their tail wrapped around your ankle and watching as their eyes blink open, just at the end of sleep and you can feel the chill radiating from their skin and you can feel their fingers looking for yours and you feel peace. do you ever think about rubbing ointment onto crimson skin and feeling him flinch but then there’s a hand on your cheek and it’s okay, only instinct, and you’re gentler now and the fire is flickering and maybe this is worship, after all. do you ever think about pink tulips on the kitchen table and they’re your favorite because they’d asked, bouquet in hand, and maybe they weren’t your favorite before (did you have a favorite, before?) but they are now because how could they not be? do you ever think about love that was clenched in four fists because it was far too much to lose? do you ever think about love that hurt and love that hid too many things and love that still found room to be the best thing you’ve ever had? do you ever think about love that looked at two broken, damaged things and realized they could make a half-decent heart, after all? do you ever think about love?

hi hi hello hi you're my cbeeduo mutual and I just had a cbeeduo thought I need to share with someone
I was just reading this post about how to be such an annoying fake boyfriend that your fake girlfriend's religious parents are relieved that she's actually gay and there was a section about annoying pet names and they suggested "my liver" or "my little cabbage"
AND I THINK CTUBBO WOULD ACTUALLY USE THOSE
idk if he'd do it sincerely or just to make cRanboo suffer but I absolutely think he would somehow find a way to use awful and off-putting pet names like that it would be so funny and anyone else in the vicinity would be so confused and concerned
OH ABSOLUTELY “my little chunk of nuclear waste” “my little sewage rat”
And Ranboo gets all flustered and warm every time no matter how strange of a pet name it is. 10 out of 10 times he acts like he’s just been called “my beloved” which only motivates Tubbo to keep finding weirder things to call them
Ranboo reciprocates once (my little lab experiment) and Tubbo gets so flustered that Ranboo actually feels a little bit bad, but Tubbo gets them back later by calling them his little used teabag (which causes Ranboo to drop the mug he was holding, much to their distress and Tubbo’s delight)

I feel like it’s clear the Blue is most definitely some form of human contamination. And honestly, I’m leaning toward a form of radiation.
Considering the look of the neutral map, which seems to be a compound of some kind, plus the fact that contact with the Blue gives creatures “powers” (or perhaps, mutations). Not to mention the fact that it’s spread throughout every living thing- hinting at a contamination that has been steadily spreading and polluting over time. And, the spoiler reel at the end of today’s episode showed quite a few clips of our cast behaving erratically, plus the unusual behavior of the chipmunks (and their mutated tongues).
Not sure if I’m on the right track, but regardless I’m so intrigued by this season so far. I’ve been on a bit of a d20 bust recently, but Aabria’s dming never fails to hook me in

Thought about @transbeeduo’s beeduo aging post again and now I can’t stop imagining a universe where the nuke didn’t go off and ghostboo watched as Tubbo’s hair grayed and his skin wrinkled while they stayed stagnant, locked in the perpetuity of death. I wonder, would they have been jealous? Or would they be glad that at least one of them made it. And that at least it was him.

Something that will never fail to amaze me about Generation Loss is that, from the beginning, we knew we would potentially kill the hero.
Ranboo told us that there was potential for us to kill the mc- and we all took that to mean be careful-
the wrong choice will end in their death
we thought we'd have to go into this with wariness and caution- one wrong choice, and we'd kill our hero. We thought that our main goal going into it would be to keep them alive, no matter what
nobody expected for the choice to be that literal- nobody expected for us to KNOW that we were killing them with our decision. we all went into it with the same mindset- "keep them alive". don't accidentally kill them. don't make the wrong choice
the wrong choice will end in their death
and yet, the choice we made in the end- even when all the variables were laid out clearly, even when we knew exactly what we were doing- was exactly what we'd sworn not to do. We didn't accidentally kill the hero- we killed him intentionally. and even though it ended in the outcome we'd wanted to avoid, I can't in good conscious say it was the wrong choice
but showfall would. Showfall would rather reuse the same character, would rather not have to search for a new cast. from the very beginning, Showfall was trying to manipulate us, to use us for their aims.
the wrong choice will end in their death
don't make the wrong choice
at the very beginning, if you told me the right choice was to kill the hero, I would've told you that you were insane. and yet and yet and yet
what makes a choice right or wrong? some would say the good of the masses- but if that was the case, wouldn't we have wanted the entertainment to continue? some would say whichever causes the least harm- but isn't life, in any form or fashion, less harmful than such a violent death?
or is that just what showfall wants us to think?
