- Renting: you are limited in what customizations and improvements you may do to the home. Everything from exterior landscape to interior paint will be subject to approval by the landlord, even if it is payed for by you.

- Owning: you may customize and improve your house to your tastes and desires, subject of course to HOA covenants (if applicable) and municipal codes and permitting.

💸Cost
