A country once discovered by a famous Portuguese sailor Vasco da Gama now known as Mozambique is one of underdeveloped countries has it's economic development largely by agriculture and petroleum production. • The country's current project is on LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas). • Recently got a loan of $20 billion from African Development Bank to support the LNG project. The project will consist of two LNG trains with a total capacity of around 13 million tons per year. • The country also has some endangered animal species which are being protected by the help of it's government. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #goodworldn #Mozambique #goodworld #good #nature #development #underdevelopedcountries #helpingothers #endangeredspecies #protectingwildlife #humans #humanity (at Mozambique) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDXFIE0DOJM/?igshid=3780ut0gmh4x

Pure Finds in an Animal Rehabilitation
Tumblr media
In the mention of animal rehabilitation, we naturally assume it as a place of heartaches — orphaned, displaced, injured animals, and those caught in natural disasters. The wild animals residing in the rehabilitation have faced dangers and tragic losses. However, this does not mean that animal rehabilitation is a sad place. In fact, it is a place where new beginnings sprout forth. Rehabilitation centers grant the rescued wild animals a second shot at life. With the pure actions they show to the rehabilitators, they are very much deserving of it. Recorded videos of rehabilitated wild animals have been dispersed around social media and people are in awe on how animals showed their gratitude. These videos have greatly impacted this generation in regards to the way we treat wildlife. Social media has raised awareness of how human activities have gravely affected the lives of animals. Aside from environmental indifference, animals also suffer from cruelty. Some humans kill them for house decorations, for sports or entertainment, for fashion, and for other ludicrous projects. Luckily, rehabilitators make sure that the wilds are far from the grip of inhumane activities. Some animals have been forced to extinction due to poachers. Rehabilitators have dedicated themselves to protecting wildlife. As advocates of life, they see to it that the animals recover from traumas and/or injuries before releasing them back into the wild safely. During their time in the rehabilitation centers, people will come to witness how these animals are never deserving of maltreatment. Although it is in their nature to kill for survival, they are not the savages some people think of them. They are as pure as their nature. The purest find anyone can see when visiting an animal rehabilitation center is hope. This hope is its kind that blooms even when all else fails. A hope for animals and humans to coexist in harmony, sharing the abundance of the earth and the glory of living. Read the full article

“The house on this property is one of the first built in the Hunter Valley. William Dun was given a land grant just over two hundred years ago. The first plantings were in 1823, and there have been two more main plantings since. When we came about fifteen years ago the land was covered in lantana, you needed a machete to get around! We have developed the woodland area with respect to the human and natural history of the land while creating wildlife habitats. We plant indigenous rainforest plants to not only protect wildlife but also educate people about what was growing here originally. This lilly pilly is one of three endangered plants we have in the woodland.” Julia, Paterson NSW

Cats are amazing climbers and hunters. This was a cat my sister met while going to the park. It's good to have the cats fed and... supervised so they don't go hunting wild life.

Gatos y gatas, son trepadores y cazadores maravillosos. Este es un gat@ que mi hermana vio mientras fue al parque. Es bueno tenerles bien alimentados y ... supervisados para que no vayan a cazar animales silvestres.
